On this particular day I lost my wallet and I was backtracking where Ive been for the two hours. I walk into this liquor store where I was 30 minutes before I noticed my wallet was missing. I asked the guy if he has seen a wallet or have someone turn one in. My wallet is very important to me so I asked if theres any way to view the surveillance footage( can I put in a application) from the time that I was in the store to see if I drop it ( no more than 30 minutes ago); or can he review the surveillance footage to see if I dropped it. He gave me an attitude telling me no he cant help me and he wouldnt review the footage. Customer service is key. This guy always has an attitude. Could have simply said no our policy is not to have the surveillance footage review by anyone but the owner.
