I contacted Atlas to come out to our facility and provide a quote for some customized tool cages. For over 3 months, I waited for Atlas to get back to me about the status of the quote. I had to call multiple times and follow up. Each time I was told the quote was on process. After 3 months of waiting, I complained about the poor customer service and lack of response, but even that did not result in a professional reply or apology. I will never use this company again!
