Mark and Zach epitomize the phrase Customer Service. Purchasing my 2018 Ducati Scrambler from San Diego Motorcycle Exchange was an awesome experience. I wanted to sell my 2018 Grom in order to boost by budget a little while searching for new freeway friendly bike. I decided to take a chance with Mark and his operation rather than continuing with lowballing dealership trade-in values, or the shadiness of Craigslist strangers. I couldnt have made a better choice. Mark offered me an extremely fair amount for the bike, and I was paid in cash on the spot. I cant imagine a sale going smoother or faster. Mark is sincere and straightforward; none of the eye-roll inducing fake friendliness that you get at big dealerships.
