I can’t say enough positive things about how Chipman Relocation and United Van Lines made our move from WA to CA a low stress and straightforward experience. Warren completed the virtual survey and provided a reasonable estimate in a fun efficient manner. He even gave us great resources for our other transport needs. Brandi, the customer service coordinator, always checked in, was very communicative, answered questions quickly and competently and is a super awesome person. She provided support and made the process and move pleasant. Ahiba, the moving van driver and loading/unloading coordinator, was the nicest, most polite and competent person. Both locations were on dead end streets and he navigated them with ease. He has amazing driving skills. I highly recommend Chipman Relocation and am very pleased with the reasonable cost, customer service, scheduling convenience, loading and unloading and the super team of people who work hard to support their customers!

Everything about my move went perfectly. George Howsman, the estimator, was professional, helpful and friendly and gave us perfect confidence. I was able to contact him any time with questions. Mistee, the coordinator was also easy to work with and always got back to us promptly when we called. The team who did the loading and shipping and unloading were great and handled our belongings with great care. This was an interstate move, and the shipment arrived within the projected date. I would highly recommend Mayflower/Chipman Relocation.

The price was fair and honest. My coordinator was great, and my driver was quite nice. My loaders were great, but my unloaders were not as careful as they could have been. I would have preferred to be inside directing traffic, instead of being outside checking off the inventory sheet. I had lots of boxes in the wrong spots.

These guys worked me in (unloaded me) at 8pm they closed at 5pm but, some guys were there.

Chipman was the contractor for our long distance move. They were on site yesterday and loaded a 4000sq ft home in 7 hours. Now- we move a lot and the guys we got were by far the hardest workers and most pleasant I have ever encountered. I absolutely would use them again!

NEVER USE THIS FIRM: This company acquired the assets of a company that kept our items in storage for several years. When we finally had the items delivered, many items were missing and they have been the most uncooperative company with whom we have ever dealt. It is very possible our items are at their location in mislabeled vaults, but they refuse to allocate any personnel to try to locate our items without charging us an arm and a leg...that is after we have paid for years of storage fees for items that they cannot locate and have not offered any refund for those fees, which are not immaterial. We are beyond frustrated and would not wish this experience on anyone.

The communication and follow up with Mistee and Ygnacio was amazing. They exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic Service.

Horrible company. I have been through several military moves and this company has beem the worst. Still waiting 10 months after finishing the move for this company to reimburse me for the furniture they damaged. They will not return calls, and said at one point that they switched banks and could not pay me for at least a month. Here we are 2 months later and still nothing. Do yourself a favor and look for a different company

March 2018 Chapman was contracted by my apt complex...they finished my move & the next morning they broke into to my apt...2 months later the company refused to contact me about my stolen property
