The team, especially Jean-Louis, is incredibly responsive (within minutes) and is willing to go on-site to help users with printer issues. Really top notch service and support. The team is even able to help us with printers in our other offices by partnering with great vendors in each office region, which helps us maintain a single point of contact despite our multiple geographies.

I was moving my office and needed a new all-in-one. I had been with another company for about 15 years. The company (that will remain nameless) pretty much abandoned me about 8 years into our relationship. I had a Xerox product but our needs have changed so I reached out to Advanced Office and Bill set me up with a fantastic Ricoh machine. Installation was prompt and easy and Tony and his colleagues did a great job. They even arranged to haul away our old Xerox machine. My experience with Advanced Office was excellent! Advanced Office San Diego is great. They have supplied us with and serviced our office equipment for many years (at least 15), without a glitch! Our small business was hit hard with COVID-19 as we are event coordinators. We recently moved our office into storage and are now working from home. With 3 months left on our copier lease, Advanced office went WAY beyond the call of duty and, on a Sunday, informed us that they would store our machine for the 3 months remaining AND ship it back to the leasing company FREE of charge to us!! What a Blessing! This is saving us money during really tough times. What more can I say. They ROCK!

By far the most outstanding service team we work with. The service Manager Doug is not only friendly and knowledgeable but so is his entire team. They are always more than willing to explain in detail what the issues may be and when they issue is user error they are willing to provide on the spot training. We have been purchasing Ricohs from Advanced Office since 2011 and they have never let me down. When I have to field multiple proposals for equipment replacements I always throw my support behind Advance. The Sales team is terrific as well. I highly recommend reaching out to Advanced and giving them your business, you will not regret it.

We have two Ricoh copiers. The service techs I mainly deal with are Doug and Tony and they are great. They figure out the problem right away and get me back and operational with a minimum of down time. The cost is also very reasonable and would highly recommend!

We are more than pleased with Advanced Office. We have two locations, with five divisions each and print a great deal of reports. Recently, we had an issue and reported to the Digital System Specialist in our area, Mr. David Dufort. What was the most impressive thing, he did not just look at that one issue, he was determined to get to the bottom of it, as well as look at our whole operation to see what our business needed to run more efficiently. Mr. Dufort brought on Mr. Bill Steinecke, Sales Manager and provided even more support and solutions, which resulted in us saving money. Have renewed copier contracts multiple times since 2000. Have been with Ricoh for several renewals, then with an authorized service provider for the past 5 years. This year I needed to renew another contract and dealt with multiple vendors and brands. One of these was Advanced Office who represents Ricoh products primarily, so there was no need to sell me on the reliability and quality of Ricoh copiers. What I had to be convinced of was the quality of service after the sale and the quality of staff who will service our copiers. If you decide to go with Advanced Office, you can count on a very professional and honest staff from the sales team to the field service agents. I am glad I made a switch to Advanced Office and look forward to many years of a great experience with these people!
