Big thumbs up to Cross Armory for super quick shipment of very high-quality Glock Gen 4 and 5 Trigger Pins. As a someone who has carried Glocks for personal and professional purposes for nearly thirty years, it is great to have found a high-quality source for maintenance and upgrades. Stainless Steel (dimpled) pins are a great highly functional/cost effective upgrade, the dimpled pins fit like a glove and look great (quick tip- if you have a newer Glock, only extract the original OEM pin about 1/3 of the way out -left-to-right- and let the Cross Armory Pin meet and press it out the rest of the way; of course work the slide lock anytime you’re pressing a trigger pin in or out.). I called over a warranty issue with my quick pins and the gentleman on the phone in customer service just took care of my issues no questions asked. Just the best customer service I could ever ask for!! He is awesome! I didnt get his name but because of him i went back on their website and bought a extended mag release for my glock because i love this companys products and service. Way to go cross armory.

This group of forward thinking innovators has done it again. I have all of their products including the Thumb Grip and the Quick Pins and the Safe Mag. Easy to install and work amazingly well. Cant wait to see what these bright minds come up with next. Quality is second to none, highly recommend checking them out.

I cant remember the last time I felt so welcomed at a business before. I called before stopping by with a few questions and they were very friendly so decided to drop by when I was in the area. Jade (sp?) was the one who helped put a few pieces on for me and he rocked. I met Wes, the one who designed all of these awesome parts and he was very nice as well. Another lady up front (Savannah?) was also extremely welcoming and friendly.What can I say, everybody who I had an interaction with was very nice. Even gave me a free hat! Makes my ar double feed, adjusted screws even took to gunsmith and was told take that garbage off and go featureless. Many people I know dont recommend theor products because they expierence the same results.
