Went into get a check up.. they backed off the ramp fell off and damaged underneath my car and scratched the bottom of my car too. They tried to hide it but I saw them. Still trying to ask if I still want an alignment .. no thanks I went to get damage done basically. No apology nothing. If they offered me alignment you wouldnt be reading this!!! I should have took them to court and had the fix it. No apology what so ever . Thanks shemp,Larry and currly !!!! #^$^#

Absolutely WORTHLESS !!! I went there at aprox 5:40pm to have my air pressure checked on my Hot Rod,. As I walked into the office to say hello (there was NO customers at the shop at this time) I was greeted with a guy looking at the computer on the counter. I said hello to him ..I didnt get a look from him ...so after about another two minutes I asked if he could PLEASE checked my tire pressure. At this time he said give him a minute and he would move HIS truck out of the work bay. By the way, parking is 100% terrible for customers ... I drove around the block and pulled into the bay.. He looked at my Hot Rod and sorry he could not help me due his tire gauge would not fit my tire stems on my wheels. I said REALLY ..you are a TIRE shop ? Shouldnt they have just about EVERY type of tire air gauges that is on this planet ? It is a 100% TIRE shop. He said no.and acted like he really didnt care at all. AGAIN... ABSOLUTE WORTHLESS Terrible Customer Service !!! I will NEVER go to this shop again and I dont recommend that anyone else WAIST THERE TIME !!!

With a truck and U-Haul trailer filled TO THE BRIM a block away from the house, we discovered a screw in our front driver tire. This place is great! I came in for an oil change and actually got all the things promised to me—a tire rotation, fluid top off, and an inspection!Joey was the man. He is an honest hard worker that definitely gives his all with his job. My only negative thing to say about this place is the amount of time I had to wait for my car to finish. The reason why? Joey was the only employee in charge of the entire shop! (I counted 9 cars at one time). Definitely not Joey’s fault for the slow time, as he was working his tail off to do a prompt and thorough job with every customer. I recommend the manager give Joey a promotion, hire more staff, or both!

Went over as the low tire pressure light went on. The gas station across the street air machine was out of order. Staff was friendly, helpful and quickly filled air in my tires.

Beyond the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Great and affordable. Mechanics have lots of knowledge and are very honest with you. Gilbert the mechanic worked on my 2013 Dodge Charger and did a outstanding job taking care of all my issues. Joey the general manager was very attentive and on top of everything going on, didn’t even have to make an appointment and Joey just told me to bring on down my car and he’ll get it done. Very impressed with this place. 💯% quality satisfaction.

On the phone they say first come first serve entire tire change 1-1.5 hrs. I get there first thing in morning and they say it will take all day. WTH happen to plain old honesty. Seems like it doesnt exist anymore.

While driving down to Los Angeles quite late at night, my tire pressure light came on. I arrived at my destination and the next morning took my car to The Tire Choice so my tires pressure could be checked. The manager was so kind. He stopped what he was doing and immediately checked all of my tires, identifying the low tire, and adjusting the pressure in all without asking for, or expecting, any compensation. I was relieved that I could continue on my trip without worrying about a tire going flat. Thank you!

The store was great... I recently ended up here, with a bolt hole in a tire and heading up to Big Bear. The tires were already in need of replacing. The store was able to get 4 new tires in and installed before they closed, just under 5 hours.. Note: The staff tends to be busy. Once they have your needs started, dont expect much chit-chat from them, until it is time to get you on your way. It is just the way they roll.. Side-Note about the Drive Card: I signed up for the Citi-Bank sponsored Drive Card to get the tire rebate and 6 months same-as-cash. I live in a PO Box area, but the company insisted on sending the card to my street address... which came back to them and eventually the store. I just spent 2 months trying to get this mess straightened out. I may have lost the rebate, because of this. People with mandatory PO Boxes tend to have such issues, so this is a caution.. I am not sure about the recent acquisition of Certified Tire to The Tire Choice, yet. The credit thing can get you, if you are not careful. It had a 30.74% interest rate in September. I only that way for the rebate, and am hoping I didnt lose it, because of the PO Box issue.

Joey helped us with our flat tire. We thought we had to replace our run-flat tire, but he said, it was a repairable bolt on top of the tire. He repaired very fast and the price was just right 👍🏼. Poor customer service!!!! Took them 5 minutes to notice me standing at the service desk in their waiting room. Then it took them two days to fix a simple flat tire issue and they ended up having to keep the car overnight. Then...when they finally got to look at it they try to get us to pay $400+ to also get it aligned and get new tires.

Ive had horrible luck with my tires (I bought somewhere else). This is the sixth nail/bolt that Ive had in them. They took care of it right away. I was out of there in less than thirty minutes. This is the best customer service and price you can get. Thanks for making an inconvenience more convenient and less stressful.

Extremely Slow and Rude! I made a appointment for 9 am And I dropped off the car at 830 . I asked them about how long it should take and they told me a couple hours from now. My sons football game ended at 10:30 so I politely called them two hours after I had dropped it off and explain that I was on my way home from my sons football game and asked if there was any chance that the car had been taken care of yet. They said no it’s only been two hours sometimes it takes more. I think them for their time and I asked them if they had any idea how long it may take. They said it will be done when it’s done and will give you a call. 5 hours later I came back and asked if my car was in yet. He came back and told me it was next in line. I made the choice to take the car back and got it done somewhere else.

Returning customer. First two tires here a few months ago. After a wild exhausting search for special tires this place knew what I needed and was the only place able to get the Job done. Im certain I will be just as happy today as I was the first time. Joey and John are here and Joey is as cheerful and helpful as before. Consistency and great price I would recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. All we needed was for our tires to be put on and one tire pressure sensor. Was told $105 to have them put the tires on. And $15 for the sensor. Come in to do paper work and get told a completely different price. They wont honor the price that was given to us originally. We were told it would take 1-1 1/2 hours. We got there at 1030am and were told that wait time. No big deal went on a walk had breakfast walked more and came back. Still not ready. I had to call someone to come pick one of us up because our daughter got out of school at 3pm and car wasnt done. The car barely got done not even 30 mins ago and the most they did was take $20 off. For wasting our whole day and making us have someone stop their plans to just come and help us was ridiculous. Never again going back here. Dont waste your time or money. All the guy could say was that he was blaming it on their district manager who comes in and messes up everything. So unprofessional to even talk about your boss that way to customers.

Paid 1200 to have shocks and struts installed with alignment. Struts were in the end installed wrong and damaged upon install which caused fluid to spray everywhere after driving for a bit. I had to get a new set of struts up front installed from a different mechanic because these guys wouldnt have the parts in until the next day and I missed a lot of work for these people to take forever to get the job done. They also wrapped the brake line around the caliper which is wrong. They took all of Sunday and Monday to do shocks and struts and an alignment. Shouldve just waited to take it to my usual mechanic who had it done in a few hours.The people at the tire choice took almost 3 hours to tell me they would need to replace the struts and that the new struts wouldnt be there until the following day. They also claimed the damaged strut was defective upon inspection. I decided not to wait anymore so I went to my mechanic to have it done correctly. Also when I mentioned the brake like issue to the manager he looked at me like I was speaking another language. These guys are incompetent, inexperienced and understaffed. I dont know how they havent been closed down or at least cleaned house.The worker who did the installation put the struts on reversed and used vice grips on the shaft which caused damage to the shaft that caused the groove to tear and leak after driving it for a bit. I brought the damaged parts in and requested a refund which they will file. Until then Im holding on to the old parts until I get my money. As you would probably guess I wouldnt get even so much as an oil change done here and I would hope others avoid this shop like the plague.

I have been going to this location since Ive moved this area 5 years ago. I have an older truck and its always needing something. Well, these guys have never steered my husband and I wrong. We love what they have done for our vehicle. It rides so smooth now that they have recommended and serviced multiple issues we had with the truck that we were truly unaware of. Gus and Richard are also so helpful when I just call with questions and the service department have never taken too long to do any repairs; they are usually completed within the time they estimate and if not they are courteous enough to give me a ride home. As for the warranties, I havent had any problems with any of them not being honored. It shouldnt matter who the owners are especially if you have the proof written on your service contracts. All info is kept within their computer systems and all they have to do is look up a name...all service and contracts show up therefore all warranties should be honored. Now I may be one of the few that really havent had any issues, and I do feel sorry for those that havent had a good experience, but who does have a good experience when they feel they are being scammed or screwed, or even knowing their car is in need of major repair. I know I dont, but I will be returning here and have also recommended this place to friends no matter the reviews. Like one reviewer stated, do your homework first and know the cost of your repairs and thus you wont get screwed.

Fast service with a good attitude; seems like they care. Tire Choice is the only place I know that will fix a flat tire, and do it fast. Toyota makes you buy a new tire.

I just left this shop. I spoke with a guy on the phone who advised he had 235/55/17 in stock at 149$ for a pair. As I got there, I was acknowledged by a guy in the service bay, but not addressed. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes until another guy came to help me. He said they didnt have the tires in stock and further wasted my time with calling another store. This place seems to be understaffed and not organized

I concur with the bad reviews posted here. I moved to the area and thought I would try to support the local economy. Took my car here for a basic brake job. They called me and told me I had all sorts of mechanical problems. I went over there and the mechanic walked me around the car while it was up on the rack pointing at this and that and stating all of these problems. I said fine, take it down, Im taking the car. The mechanic couldnt believe it and began to tell me scare stories and stating I would still have to pay the $105 diagnostic cost. I said fine, paid it and took my car. I drove immediately to my regular mechanic in the town I used to live in. He looked it over, could find nothing wrong with it other than the brake pads needed to be replaced. (Remember, thats what I took it in there for in the first place!) He even stated that those werent urgently needing replacement. It may be inconvenient but I will continue to drive back to my former town and mechanic. I would never, ever recommend these guys. By the way, I figured they tried to rip me off because I was a woman and wouldnt know any better. It doesnt make me feel any better to know that they try to rip everyone off.

I thought the flat repair was a little expensive until I found out that it wasn’t just patching it but plugging the nail defect, putting in a new valve stem, and rebalancing the wheel. If you want to get a cheap repair then this might not be the place for you, but if you are willing to spend a little more to get it done right, this is the place

I didnt get a chance to tip these nice guys so here it is.I made an appointment for 3pm Sunday (1hr before closing) for a tire patch. Due to reasons, I didnt make it until 3:25. I explained I had to have it done for my wife to use the car to shuttle our kids to school. They said theyd still take care of me. They stayed open at least 30 minutes past their closing time(there were still people waiting when I left) on Sunday to make sure I and the other customers were taken care of.They didnt charge me but I will be getting my next set of tires from them.

Terrible service. Brought my car in for a simple battery. I brought it in at 11:00 am. It is NOW 4:00 and they are still NOT DONE. They said they ordered the wrong battery twice! Twice? Really? Then they hide from you and ignore you cause they dont know what to say to you. These guys are a joke. Its funny... I have been coming here for some time now and the workers seem to change frequently. Maybe this is why. This will be my last visit here for any and all auto work.

Went in for a simple tire patch because I had a nail in my tire. They said it would take a hour or a hour and half to fix. After four hours I finally got a call to pick up. I had to cancel and postpone plans because it took much longer than what they said.I went here because it was local— but the service was disappointing. $30 and 4 hours to fix a nail in a tire.

I am able to have nitrogen put in all my cars here (instead of driving far for it). Besides having great customers service here - cool!August 17, 2019- i had acquired 4 new tires from this shop back in february, and last night got a flat on my way home. this morning went to this tire shop and met with Joe (great fellow), who was able to help me with my little problem. Joe has used great public relation in dealing with me and his fellow colleague (its obvious that he was still learning the ropes). kudos to you Joe and i whole heartedly thank you for helping me get back on the road. like i said 2 years ago, that is why i go there.

Love this place, work always done quickly and efficiently. They open sundays which is a big help.

Havent had the chance to get work done at this location however when I inquired over the phone the man who answered the phone was extremely helpful and very courteous. I really appreciate that. If I decide not to do the work on my vehicle myself I would definitely have them do the work for me.

5 hours to remove a nail from a newly-purchased tire. When they returned the spare to my son’s truck, they put it in UPSIDE DOWN and stripped the securing tool attempting to mount the upside down tire. These guys are very inexperienced and work slower than sloths.

We have a fleet lease and due to this the shop decided to recommend a ton of work that we disagree the truck needed and then they refused to release the vehicle citing the lease company. This forces us to do the work with this shop or tow it out. I will be filing a complaint with the lease company to get this shop removed from approved locations. I would stay far away from this shop and considering the other reviews on here it is surprising they are still in business. Buyer beware. They need a new Quality Label called TERRIBLE STAY AWAY

I called to get a quote for the brakes and tires. Bering a girl, I did not tell them my car was shaking when I brake because i was afraid that they would take advantage of me for being a girl. I even asked them to price match me on many items. Joey and George were AWESOME! if one wasnt in the other knew who I was and they gave me the best service over the phone. It turned out I needed rotors as well and when I said switch them, they insisted they try to save them first. I ended getting 70k tires, brakes, rotors, tune up and tire sensors replaced. I was amazed by the integrity of these guys and their awesome customer service and willingness to help! I am going to call them this week for struts as I just bought my daughter a car. Twice already I asked on the phone if I had to make an appointment to get my oil change, they said no just bring it in right away.I live 2 city’s away so instead of paying 20$ to uber back home and then to get my car back, I wake up my gf (who works graveyard) if she can get up and take me to drop off/pick up my car.So both times I get there they tell me that they are super busy today so come back later.Why not just tell me that on the phone, whole reason I called in the first place is to make an appointment so this doesn’t happen.On top of that when I get there the older dude in front is talking to sombody else about his hobbies and where he’s traveled too,Like that’s cool and all if you don’t have a line waiting To speak to you.Then 15 mins of waiting nicely to talk to you,You say “we are too busy today”?Dudeeeeeee

I would not return to this Goodyear Service Center. I highly recommend to seek better service else where. The customer service is horrible. I was talked to as If I was a child. The manger is extremely rude and spent nearly 25mins on the phone and asked me to wait. Please pass this review on to others and let them know. The mangers name is John and he is the reason I will never return to this service center.

First time going to this place. I wished I never have gone to this place. Took in for oil leak left with same oil leak after they said they repaired went back 3 more times lost my car for 12 days I asked Rick if they can change the lover radiator hose I would pay for the cost he told me he ask John to check out the hose they never replaced I still drove off 12 days later with same oil leak not coming back hear the lie too you here they money Hungary here for your cash and do bad so that both managers Rick and John are shady be aware if you go back for same problem call customer service first and get claim number for repair to document this repair I now stranded with the radiator hose leak I asked for repair I mad now.

I was a repeat customer and I always thought they were honest, come to find out they tried to say I needed a water pump and for my car they might as well do the timing belt at the same time...over $750. I picked it up to get a second opinion it cost me $30. To change the thermostat. Wow

Do not go here. When it was Scher, I dont think I paid more than 30 bucks for an oil change. Today I went there and they wanted to charge me 91 dollars for an oil change, insisting that my car needed synthetic oil. First the guy tried to sell me on a goodyear credit card. It seems as if these guys are professional con men. They could not even find the energy to smile or even try to be helpful. Its too bad, because I like to give my business to local merchants, but I dont trust them and I wont be going back again.

Piss poor experience. Was helped by Anthony. Came in to have have my front brakes changed and an oil changed. Was informed that my caliper had seized in the right front wearing my pads in an uneven fashion. Agreed to have a caliper replaced along with the brakes and oil change. I come back to a $500+ bill and as I read through the invoice I found out that the REMACHINED caliper was $111?!? I ask why wasnt I informed that they were no new earlier. The answer Well none of them are new. I said I wasnt informed of that either. VERY deceitful. Will never give this place my business again.

Used to be Scherr Tire. I had my problems with them, but eventually they always fixed their mistakes. Even talked to Bruce scherr himself before he died and he had them fix their mistake when they did not want to back their product. Recently before Bruce died they charged me for some work that they never did (most of all alignment). So now I go back and they have changed hands to certified tire. It is literally right down the street so thought, lets give them business, my hometown. I KNEW what I wanted looked at, my car has problems with the front end (struts, strut mounts, tie rod ends, sway bar linkage, rotor etc... that make for a noisy ride and uneven tire wear). My tires (that I purchased 1 year ago) were wearing to the inside (camber) and I dont have the tools to align so took it in, simple job, and to have a part replaced in my cooling system (a sensor). First of all be prepared to pay $105 for check and advise no matter what you bring it in for, $105 right off the top. Just for driving in. They call me about an hour later to describe a PLETHORA of things wrong with my car (which I totally agree with the above poster about bogus things needing to be fixed!) Some I knew of, some were outrageous. The one that stuck out in my mind was that I was told my back tires were already on the low tread warning mark and my tires had inside wear (camber, DUH! thats what I brought it in for!) and I should have them replaced....they could give me a good deal on good year eagles. Literally my tires had less than 6000 miles on them. I went down there and it was a bald (pun intended) faced LIE! my rear tires (or any for that matter) were no where NEAR the low tread mark, still practically brand new! So after his giant list of what needed to be done, I say (just for kicks) ok, how much will all this cost me..., hold on he says, and puts me on hold or a minute, comes back... we could do all of this sir, for $5,000. WHAT!!!!! I paid 9,500 for the car in 2006?! I laughed. Didnt even bat an eye, tried to rip me off as if that was their norm. This shop is the exact example of why people hate going to autoshops because they fear that they will be ripped off by replacing things that didnt need to be fixed. Inflated prices, will sell you things you dont need and just plain dishonesty with the new crew. I will definitely be finding another autoshop. Do not go here. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!!!
