I don’t drink coffee but this place was the closest with breakfast food and I was in a hurry. Ham and cheese croissant was fairly good. The pumpkin muffin though 🤤 to die for. So delicious.

This is a great shop. They serve fresh sandwiches and have a great selection of coffees and teas. I ordered the creme brulee coffee and the tropical passion ice tea. Both were great. I especially liked the tea. I also tried the avocado toast. It was very tasty. Matt was very helpful in assisting me with choosing what to get. Next visit I would like to try the cooling coconut lime. The shop was a bit crowded, however service was quick. Dine in is available and no mask required.

Great coffee! Subscription Bit of a let down. Even tho there is no option when you subscribe, Choose monthly! Not every 4 weeks or else youll get the same coffee 2 months in a row! ??? Confusing! Guess its my fault for not choosing an option thats not available! Should be explained better! Dont think people sign up for a monthly subscription to get the same thing over and over. Cancelled my subscription. Get it together! Not impressed at all! BAck to driving all the way over there and buying in person! At least ill get something i want, for the same price more a less! Waited over a week for there bag, same old bag as last month. Now i have to go buy another bag, thats different, probably not from klatch. kind of far for me!

Best white mocha latte ever !! It almost has a marshmallowy taste to it but without being overly sweet - with or without whip cream, you cant go wrong. They have cold drinks as well including delish cappuccino shakes, and plenty of food items to choose from - pastries and muffins as well as a wide selection of sandwiches.Theyve recently remodeled inside and the place looks bright and welcoming. All of the staff are, without exception,friendly and helpful. By your 2nd or 3rd visit, they will know you by name - thats how attentive they are to their customers.

We came here because of frequent friend recommendations. The food is very good and I saw other things that came of the kitchen that would make me come back here. It is nothing spectacular but a very old building and nice people. Up until I read the reviews I had no idea that it was in the book The Garden of Good and Evil.

Unacceptable that you don’t take cash and your rely only on technology. Your store was offline and not working . I offered to pay cash and was turned away. 100% bad for business and extremely unhappy. You need to teach your employees how to properly handle these situations when they arise, and not turn people away due to technical complications.

Waited forever to be helped because the cashier kept answering the phone and doing other things. Ordered two hot coffees and a muffin. Got the muffin first. When I stood there after getting the muffin they asked Are you waiting for drinks? Yes, actually, I am. I ordered a small hot coffee black and a large hot coffee with cashew milk. Couple minutes later they call me over to get my coffees. I grab them and leave quickly because Im already in a hurry because the took forever. Get in my car, drive away, jump on the freeway, take a sip.Cold coffee. Not kinda hot, not lukewarm, cold. Both of them. Cold coffee. In hot coffee cups.Awesome. Good job. Good effort Klatch Coffee. Never getting another cent from me again.

This is such a popular place and quite popular with a locals. Watching them make coffee is fun with a little machine.But the coffee that comes out is kind of mediocre. Noisy is heck in there. Would not be the first place I would go to again.

I decided not to go to klatch anymore. Ive had too many unpleasant experiences in the last couple years. Their attitudes are not sincere. Not warm, patient, or friendly. I see most are fake. And not accommodating.

Klatch Coffee House was my favorite café nearby my home but they just lost a customer. I had been coming here for several years because of their coffee. One of the best aspects of this place is the quality of the espresso in their lattes. Another café I use to visit actually uses their coffee grains.I choose to come this location because of the relaxing atmosphere, especially when I drop off my mother’s car nearby to get serviced. The last time I came here, I stayed there for several hours while waiting for my mother’s car. I patronized Klatch by purchasing several beverages and food. The owner of the shop where my mother’s car was being serviced then picked me up upon completing his job. Today was supposed to be another day like that one. The only exception was that I had to sit outside due to health department regulations. So I was prepared to sit outside while I waited for my mother’s car. After I placed my order inside, I asked the kind employee who took my order if I could charge my laptop’s battery if I needed to since I was going to be outside. Other places have allowed me to simply charge my laptop while I waited outside. The kind employee asked a manager if they could allow me but he immediately said no. The manager was rather rude and unkind. He never had the common courtesy to address me personally or explain why he couldn’t allow me to charge my laptop while I waited outside. I don’t know his name but I can only describe him as Black, athletic and tall. Managers like that are a disservice to businesses, especially ones that interact with customers face to face.I arrived there with two bags and a sweater. One of the bags was quite heavy. I had to be there all day but because I knew that I had to charge my laptop’s battery, I couldn’t just sit there for hours doing nothing. I am my mother’s caregiver, so I take her car to the mechanic as needed and wait at this café while they service her car. As I mentioned above, the owner then picks me up after he completes his job.But I had to cancel my order today because as I told the kind employee, I can’t just sit around doing nothing. I also need to be productive and use my computer. I had to make the tough decision to walk to another place far away. I don’t mind walking but carrying two bags (one which is quite heavy) is very difficult. I also have health problems, so today was especially difficult and taxing on my body. Wearing a mask is difficult enough because of my asthmatic condition.I walked for about 1 mile to another location. It was actually good that I walked but it was unnecessary just to find another place that would allow me to charge my laptop. I was finally able to use my computer, relax, and eat like I needed.Employees’ attitudes reflect a business’s or company’s values, and their actions will have unintended consequences. Klatch is no exception. Unfortunately, a company or business can acquire a bad reputation because of one incident. The manager that was there around 9:30-10 AM today, 10/21/20, had that unfortunate effect on Klatch. His actions were egregious and he should be held accountable. Maybe he doesn’t understand that kindness and an attitude of service toward customers are paramount to any business. The next competitor will acquire that customer and businesses like Klatch will lose out in many ways as a result. Klatch should do a better job of screening and scrutinizing their employees, especially their managers.

Ive been coming here for years. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They recently just remodeled and the store looks fabulous. Its always crowded with students and business meetings because this is a hot spot. Outdoor seating and indoor couches are great. My favorite drink is the patio special. Their menu is very unique and delicious.

I was disappointed because it took over an hour for me to receive my order. I called to inquire why the wait was delayed though it showed driver was on her way. I was put on hold (which was fine) the first time, then call was disconnected. I called a second time and probably accidentally hung up on; then I called back more than a few times and kept getting a busy signal. I wanted to cancel the order but was unable to. By the time my avocado toast got to me, it was a bit soggy. I ate it because I was hungry. Klatch has always been a 5 star, but not today.

Okay, great coffee, nice atmosphere to hang out. I always like to support smaller local business in my town. However the reason, I am only giving them 3 star is because there service is very very very slow. Slow doesnt justify how slow there service is. It doesnt matter if you go in if no one is in line or if there is a line, it still takes them at least 15-20 minutes to get an order ready. Even if the order is just a plain muffin and a cup regular coffee. I just recently started a new job and can no longer wait in very slow line to just get a cup of coffee. Also I think just a coffee is way over priced. I think they really need to do a training especially with starting with the managers how to work better and multi-task. At times I feel like no one there really cares about giving great customer service. At times I have been there and no one is in line and still I see them wiping things and putting away or even communicating with each other, while I am just standing and staring at the walls and feels like forever and then someone comes to take and order, customer service should be first, or hire more people, I mean the coffee is pretty expensive. Unless I have an hour to kill, I will no longer be getting my coffee here. Sorry guys.

Great little craft coffee shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pour over was very good, took the recommendation of the barista. Super interesting items on the seasonal menu (next time!), and bakery items looked delicious too (didnt have one this time because I had just eaten, but the bread pudding was calling my name). Cant wait to come back next time we are in town!

The best coffee shop experience you will ever have. Period. From their always friendly staff, (that greet you from the moment you open the door) to their wide variety of coffee (all which taste amazing) this place has something for all coffee drinkers. Their patio special is one of a kind, I cant even begin to explain the experience you have while drinking it and my favorite is always the cold brew, which at $3.50 for a large, its just mind boggling the quality of drink you get for that price. They also have a large selection of beans and many of which have won awards internationally. This place is a must for anyone that likes coffee. I rarely do this, but wanted to communicate respectfully that the Klatch To-Go food service is consistently terrible, with little apology for their disrespectfully late ready times. I work for an organization that loves to order from there, but the Klatch have over-promised and under-delivered the last three times, of which we have been gracious enough to keep going back. We called in at 8:50am, and the manager said theyd have our order of three sandwiches and three salads done in 20 minutes. We knew from past experience that that means I should be there for pick up not at 9:10am, but 9:45am. So I did. I showed up already late at 9:45am. They had not even completed the salads. I walked out of The Klatch at 10:28 with my order! OVER AN HOUR past what they had deemed the ready pick up time! I rarely do this, but decided to kindly make the manager aware that I had been waiting for 45 minutes for three salads to be made, when our original time to pick it up was even earlier and she replied, well, we had a rush and it would be best to order the night before for large orders - Not acceptable. We just paid $75 for this and thats not worth our time or money. Sorry, Klatch. We will no longer be giving you our business.

Cashier was nice and helpful. I ordered a hot Mexican Mocha and an iced Mexican Mocha. Both were quite delicious. Didnt have to wait long for drinks. We visited on a Monday afternoon. Good atmosphere overall.

Only swung by for coffee on my way to Riverside. Bought a latte and it wasnt burnt. Automatic 4 stars. And it was a good latte, too, so bigger plus. But if youre looking for a more intimate spot - somewhere romantic or relaxed - this place isnt your best bet.

Bought an ice brew coffee and friend got a ice latte. It was OK, Ive had better at Starbucks and at home. The cold brew coffee had a bitter almost herbal taste to it as if it sat too long brewing or a brew from a few days ago but Ive also had worst. Time to time I cold brew coffee at home and it normally tastes much better. Nice place to sit and drink some coffee, catch up with friends or just read a book. Ill give this place another chance due to the high reviews on another popular review site/app as it might just been an off day for the barista. Recommended as a possible alternative to Starbucks.

The coffee and the staff are equally excellent! This is my local coffee shop that never lets me down. They have rotating coffees on their Brubar that often contains a rare coffee as well as a seasonal food and drink menu. Dont forget to try their house made almond cahsew milk for my friends who are lactose intolerant.

The food and coffee is great. Customer service eh. After 7 years of coming in 2-3 times per week, only one employee ever seems to recognize me or remember my name. The location in Rancho has much better service for some reason.
