This place is awesome! An order i thought was outrageous is normal for them. They were able to fulfill it and be ready in time. The managers were beyond awesome! Will definitely be coming to this location all the time.

Terrible operation management and hope the higher department can see this.My wife and I came there at 9:15pm on Friday National Donut Day and wait in the line in person even though I have Krispy Kreme App, the reason is that we just did full vaccination so we want to double check with the staff and choose the flavors of donuts we want for our kids in person. It’s windy and cold at that time, and suddenly a lady(guess she’s the manager)came out said that they’ll only let the people into the store by 9:45pm, but it was 9:43pm at that moment, they should put a sign or notification outside earlier about the time policy, or send someone to outside kept telling us about this at least 10 or 20 minutes earlier, I believe it will be better and reasonable.Outside and in front of the door there was a couple and then was my wife and I, so we are second group(lots of groups behind us), after 5 minutes (9:48pm), a young staff still opened the door and let the first couple in front of us get into but refused to let my wife and I also other people behind us get in. Another lady customer just behind us argued this to the staffs inside, but seemed staffs didn’t do anything for her from my observation. Since we’ve been there like almost 40 minutes, and we really want to get fresh donuts for our kids especially it’s Friday night. We decided to jump into the drive-thru because the staff told us we can purchase it from there before they close.After waiting another 30 minutes later in the car line, around 10:20ish, we get into the drive-thru of Krispy Kreme, but cars moved very and super slowly. Another 20 minutes later, we get to the menu and ordering section but no one speak to us via the speaker. Yes it’s CLOSED and no one came out to tell us or at least put a road cone ahead of the drive-thru to save people’s time, it’s common sense even my kids know it but no one in Krispy Kreme did it. Sadly to say it but from my experience regarding these 2 failures of having donuts, I’m confident to say that they don’t care about how their customers’ feelings, and apparently the operation management at this branch is terrible.Overall, we arrived there at 9:20pm in person in the line and left from the drive-thru around 11pm didn’t get any piece of donut, and our kids were disappointed at that night because they couldn’t enjoy their favorite Krispy Kreme.

Always great service! Came in today for vaccine and costume doughnuts. As well as a few extra for relatives.

Standard Krispy Kreme. Location is easy enough to get to, plenty of parking. Staff are okay, store is in good condition. Parking, entrance, seating, and counter are all accessible.

Donuts are good as always, customer service is not the best. The girl who gave us our donuts tonight showed zero kindness when we ordered, and when we got our food.When we asked for a bag for our donuts, she grabbed the donut box aggressively and handed it back to use aggressively (when passing it back and forward, she banged the box against the drive through window, I was kind of scared the donuts would fall). We gave no trouble to her, but disappointed with the encounter we had. Also, her mask wasn’t fully covering her face. It was below her nose. As someone who works in customer service (I have 0 affiliation to Krispy Kreme or it’s competitors), this is not how you’re supposed to handle customers. Typically the customer service here is really kind, but I guess this girl had a bad day. Still doesn’t give you the right to treat people like that though.

The legendary Krispy Kreme. That oh so kreamy taste is a flavor that will live on forever. I hadnt been here in a while and was surprised at all the new donut choices they had. The cake batter ones are crazy and so are the strawberry flavored ones. Buy in bulk to save some dough.

Their prices have gone up and quality down. I use to like them but I feel their donuts are pretty small for the price and recently have been getting I think older donuts which are pretty hard. Im going to pass on them in the future. Especially if Im paying $16 a dozen.

We arrived right at opening. We ordered a cake batter donut (my favorite) and glazed donuts. We were helped by Edith, she was really friendly and asked us if we’d like to wait to get freshly glazed donuts. We’re so glad that we did because the donuts literally melted in our mouths.

Price goes up, donuts get smaller. Was on point system till I lost over 1500 points with no explanation. Very, very shy to try point system again!

Theres not much to say about Krispy Kreme donuts as the name speaks for itself. If you havent tried it yet, try it once. Location is great as it has a drive thru and next to Costco and many other stores. Youve been advised.

Long lines so come prepared to wait in line or do the sane thing and order ahead. Face covering required. Skip the line by ordering online. There are no signs outside notifying you to just walk in and pick up your online order. There is a sign inside that reads Mobile Order Pickup.

I dont typically crave sweets, but I did on this day. This location has a spacious drive-thru line and yes... satisfied my sweet tooth. Ordered a mix dozen and the recess peanutbutter filled donut. It was tasty, but you definitely need coffee to enjoy the full experience.

Stopped by with a couple friends to participate in the free donut with your vaccinations. I have not been there for well over a year, was not impressed with the donuts seemed smaller than normal and not enough glaze for us. When I inquired about what the price would normally be was $1.69 seems way too high for me but free was good. Dont think Id return even for a free donut, well stick with my neighborhood shop

This place just pulled a McDonalds. No blended drinks and no coffee?!?! It closes at 10:30 I was here at 9 and doesnt have coffee. I get if they have to close soon theyre cleaning but an hour before closing time and they shut off the coffee machine just serving donuts only is inconsiderate. Warn customers before ordering.

Obviously youll always be satisfied with the quality of the sweet treats no matter what Krispy Kreme you go to. But the service of this Krispy Kreme is what really made them stand out. The workers were very attentive and helpful, even offered free samples of their hot chocolate just out of courtesy. Overall great experience and one of the best Krispy Kremes Ive ever been to.

Drove from Fontana to san dimas because the website said there donuts were hott well they weren’t to my surprise and they ran out of the donut we drove all the way down there for definitely be out last trip ever to any Krispy Kreme back to winchells best donuts hands down

This is a much smaller store compares to the one in Azusa Ave. No drive thru, most staffs doesnt seem so friendly but very efficient.

Best to eat warm and buzzed. Dont have your wife and kids take you. The stress you will have when your wifey drives.

Always great doughnuts. But since its Valentines week the have a special Valentine heart doughnut but when I went at 8pm they only had 6 of the Raspberry filed ones left. I did not understand why of it was special for that week. So I asked for a manager just to see if they would make some since there always making doughnuts right in the store. When the manager walked up to talk to me then 4 other workers walked up and stood there next to her it was a little embarrassing I wanted to just ask a question. Anyways it was really awkward but i got my doughnuts and left. Thanks guys

The worst krispykreme i have ever been, their clerks are rude, unprofessional, they dont even TRY, how is it possible that they cant sell a water bottle at room temperature? Is freaking flu season, their donuts are incomplete, HARD dont even fresh, I bought an ice coffee for my daughter and the cup was all dirty on the outside, the lemonade that we asked the same. NEVER EVER going back to this store, prefer to drive all the way to puente hills mall, THE DIFDERENCE IS HIGE FROM HERE TO THE MOON

Its impossible to not be happy after leaving here, especially if you leave with a box of donuts donuts.

Disappointed, ordered a Ny cheesecake donut and it was filled with lemon filling not cream cheese. Also that day we did a trade test with the local donuts show and 6 out of 6 people liked the local donuts more. The birthday cake donut is good though not great but good.

Even though Krispy Kreme has been in So Cal for sometime now, I still remember the hype, the hoopla, and even the hysteria that came with the opening  of our local Krispy Kreme. I still remember the long line of cars waiting for the  drivethru and even longer lines of people out the door.  It was a truly well deserve spectacle because they just dont sell doughnuts, they sell fried dough that people go nuts over (you saw what i did there right). And mark my words, you will never forget the first time you bite into a Krispy Kreme original glaze. Go check out your local Krispy Kreme.

Always went to the location cause of good service. However today went and got to the drive thru about 10 minutes before they close at 10pm NOT 10:30pm and a employee has the nerve to tell us that they are closed when theyre is obviously a car that has not ordered and it is not yet closing time curfew. Never coming back since they dont even consider the long drive we took to be disappointed.Hope you at least add cones to drive thru to show you are closed and have nice employees to tell you are closed.

Its disappointing, we went in early Friday morning because my kids wanted a Halloween Dozen, and when we get they where out of mostly every Halloween donut. At 8Am! My kids where super disappointed.
