THE WORST EXPERIENCE DURING MY OIL CHANGE ON 9/13/21ALMOST 5 HOURS TO GET AN OIL CHANGE THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE SHORT OF PEOPLE AND NEVER GAVE ME THE CAERWASHI WAS TOLD SORRY THEY FORGOT.SHAME ON YOU GALPIN MOTORS ALL YOU CARE IS MAKING $$$$ MONEY AND NOT FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE US FOR THE PAST 25 YEARSI WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOU FIR SERVICE OR TO BUY ANOTHER NEW CAR.YOU NEED TO HAVEVRESPECT TO YOUR LOYAL CUATOMERSI WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE BAD SERVICE

We bought 2018 honda crv for my sons birthday during the purchase the financial department told me to for extended warranty witch I got . 1 of the service every 30000 mile change oil filter n belts is required if I dont get extended warranty and at 60,000 miles the socks has to be changed to valid the warranty. So I paid 2000 to get all this service n with my my 30000mile service they didnt change the belts they said my old belt are still good .this dealer is a RIP off and now I want to make sure they change all of my shocks or struts at 60000 mile . GET YOUR SERVICE DONE ELSE WHERE NOT THIS LOCATION AND DONT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THESE CROOKS

Unfortunately, I give my experience with Galpin Honda and Honda America as a whole, zero stars. We purchased a 2016 Honda Certified Honda Civic from Galpin Honda in 2018. Since then, this car has been nothing but problems. Our AC compressor went out within the first year, the car started making an awful vibrating sound coming from the rear end of the vehicle a couple of months ago, additionally all of the cars system failures warnings lit up like a Christmas tree. We took the car into a Honda dealership in Valencia for service where we were informed that the car had an after-market frontend bumper and after-market passenger seat sensor. It was determined by their service department that the vehicle was in a front end collision at some point. Which was not reported to us as buyers at the time of purchase. When we addressed this issue with Galpin, they did not take responsibility for not reporting all of the previous damages to this car, and suggested we replace our rear tires to fix the noise coming from rear end of the vehicle (which we had just done). Honda America was even worse to deal with and proved to be entirely useless to the customer and only aided to protect the dealer in question. After taking the car to a third party mechanic it was determined that the rear bearing needed to be replaced. Since the system warning lights have been recalibrated, but not fixed, by the Valencia dealership, only time will tell what other hidden issues will pop up on this vehicle.Overall, I would not suggest working with this dealership, especially when purchasing a pre-owned, certified vehicle. They have proven to be nothing short of deceitful and money-hungry. Never buying from Galpin or a Honda again. Worst financial decision we have made.
Ive been to a couple of dealership across the nation but Galpin Honda is at par the best dealership that Ive been to. Right from their doorstep until you leave the place, people working in there treat you with utmost importance. You will never grew tired of the process of buying your car coz they always make sure your comfortable. Not to mention their overflowing food and drinks that they offer while youre waiting to bring home your new car. I can say that Im one of the luckiest person to do business with them coz I got the best salesperson in the person of Beverly(Beverly Yutuc). This lady treats you as king. So next time if you visit this dealership, look for Beverly and experience yourself the best experience I had in an auto dealership.Their awards speak for themselves!

1st timer Ive been going to Sepulveda location. But I thought I should give Galpin a chance taking my 2019 Honda CivicType-R . Robert Cottrell was my service rep. Hes a cool guy, greeted me once I drove in, showed me the coffee area. Gave me exactly time my car would be done for oil change. Robert Walked up to me in waiting room informing me car was done and washed. Showed me my multi point inspection sheet that all was Great working conditions. I love this place, I will start to continue my service with Galpin.
BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!!! If you decide to use their service center make sure the quote you get over the phone is correct! I was quoted a price for a timing belt with water pump called Jessie three times to make sure this was correct amount with tax so I would have necessary money in place. Conveniently when I arrived Jessie had no recall of our conversation and the price went up $400!! Needless to say did not stick around for them to find any other issues with my car. Definitely will not be back.

Very accommodating. Ive taken my car here twice. One minor issue is that they filles up the tires to 32psi instead of 30psi as stated in the manual. As a result the tire pressure sensor kept triggering. I had to take out the extra air for the sensor to stop triggering.
Good for the oil change but these guys try to pump you to buy services you dont need. Told me I needed new brakes when they were fine.

I ordered floor mats using a $100 gift card. When the order came in, I received a phone call telling me to pick them up and to pay a small balance. When I arrived, after waiting approximately 30 minutes, I never saw the mats and was told I needed to pay the balance at the Galpin Ford location in North Hills which is 5 miles away. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing. Disappointed with the parts department.

For the same issue, I had to bring the car in more than one time .. happened more than once .When you tell them there is a problem, they do not do thorough investigation. Thats when I had to bring the car back again. . Starter needed to change, it took them a week to figure it out, i took a video and still they could not figure out whats wrong2nd time i bring the car, it had a problem with a specific tire, all they did was visual inspection which is completely ridiculous since I specified that the tire loses air over time, no way one could visually identify it, yet they tell me if you wanna wait 2 more hours to find out whats wrong we can do that even though i literally left the car with them for over 6 hours, whats the point of telling you theres something wrong if you wont inspect it accordingly.This kind of incompetent service is why I wont be renewing a lease from Honda ..
Ive taken my 2014 Honda here a handful of times for regular maintenance services. The Honda guys have always been nice, and our service guy has always been cool about my husband hassling/questioning him about almost every maintenance schedule recommendation ;-) Perhaps theyre overpriced because they are a delear. But I like the records they keep on maintenance (even if I dont always follow them), and a car wash is always a nice bonus.I took off a star because one time one of the mechanics marked my break pads as low (but I didnt replace them), yet subsequent mechanics have marked them as worn but still okay. And the first time I ever brought my car there, while it was still under warranty, I had them fix something in the radio. When I got my car back it had a subtle rattling. My husband pulled off a top piece of the dash and found out someone forgot to put some screws back in the radio/dashboard area. We brought it back and they fixed it.
