Where’s the negative 10 star button google? This is a perfect example of a business that deserves it. So have you all seen 20/20 and Nightline specials where they say they do all these services to your car and don’t even touch it. This is one of those businesses, and the ironic part is that it was proven by another Firestone location. They themselves said no one touched anything on your alignment “which was done four days prior “. These guys are so bad that they even lie about tire pressure readings, that’s how lazy they are they won’t even read your tire pressure. So I’m only speaking for this location but if you have to go to a Firestone, pick anyone but this one.
Hands down my favorite Firestone 🙌🏼I was told my tire was going to take about an hour and 30 minutes but Greg and his amazing team did their thing and had me out within the hour!! I just want to say a Big Thank You to them 🤗 and their hard work.

I Want to give the UPMOST THANK YOU To this company. My family and I got stranded here IN THEIR PARKING LOT, and slept in the car overnight until they opened ! Our car would start but wouldnt move. Went in for an Oil Change, paid $99 for a service not worth more than $10. Came in to pay with a credit card under a files name and the cashier said “no we don’t do transactions like that” and rolls his eyes. I said ok let me get the card. Then he asked for the number on the file and realized he can do the transaction online and it was processed. I Go out to my car, turns out it was left on for who knows how long. Then I realize that they haven’t even switched the oil Change on the monitor display. I had to go back inside and ask for them to update it. My family have been coming here for years but they’re becoming more unprofessional by the visits.
Been here a few times, guys are nice but started to wonder about price fluctuations, nail repairs with no proof and tire rotations that didnt look like they had been done. Finally marked my tires before last service and they were definitely NOT rotated, even though paperwork and employees told me so. Pay attention if you go here

Booked an Oil change Appointment Online for 10.30 AM and store was very busy. They mentioned there are many appointments ahead of me ??. The estimated time of completion was given as 5 PM :) Left the place and went to another store nearby. They finished the job in 20 minutes

Had an appointment at noon for alignment... It took over 2 hours because they aligned some other cars with no appointment actually...sad!!!
Service and quality is gone down hill.
Made an appointment to have my oil changed and a vehicle inspection. They took care of my car also rotating the tires made sure all fluids were topped off and did so within the time they said it would take. The waiting room was ok but wish they had a table so I could get some work done while I wait (is that too much?)
Needed new tires and called them for a price quote. Mr. Ramiro was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me a good deal and when I got there he took his time to answer all my questions. Good experience and I might come back here for my next tires if he still works there then... Lol.
Been going here and it as been okay. A few days ago I walked in and there were two employees present but didnt even get an acknowledgement so I left after 15 minutes. Service could be better.

I had an appointment 06/19/20 at 2:00 pm I was in the store 1:45 Pm. Just to tell me I didn’t have an appointment. I show my confirmation. And tell me we’re busy. You can make the appointment to other day. So I wasted my time. I didn’t make others things. To be on time for my appointment. So I will not recommend this business. I told to the front desk person. Why you didn’t call me to cancel my appointment.
BE CAREFUL, AND STAY AWAY !!!I am starting to despise taking my car to Firestone. I recently took my car to Firestone for a different issue, however; they told me that I needed a tire, which I already knew.Moreover, I have been buying tires from Firestone for many years, and I always purchase insurance on the tires. They have told me that the insurance covers wear and tear, and damage caused by nails or screws. There has been numerous occasions on which Ive replaced my tires due to road damage, or wear and tear, and the tires are pro-rated due to the insurance.However; the other day, Greg (associate) told me that wear and tear its not covered. I was like whaaaat! And Greg said that the insurance has never covered wear and tear, which is a big lie. Furthermore, Greg did not want to pro-rate my tire. I stated to look at my previous visits, hell find out that my tires have been pro-rated due to road hazard or wear and tear.Greg eventually pro-rated my tire, but then I asked, what about the other tires I have on the car, theyre not going to be pro-rated, he said NO! Once again, whaaat! Im going to report that issue to the Better Business Bureau. Just be careful people.

Well we are not a happy camper.. bought 4 new firestones. 950,.00 this last week. Got on freeway. The right front tire way out balance... no problem. Called and made appointment to have it checked. Told to be there ar 8.30 this last Sarurday. Got there 8.15 am. A little earLY. THE GUY DESK SAID YOU HAD LEAVE THE TRUCK..why DID,NT TELL THAT. EARLIER,,, look into shop. Not that busy.. would maybe take 20 to 30 minutes toCheck it.. My family has been customer there for about 25year,s... I guess my time is unimportant..thanks for showing your real colors.. I called them with an emergency tire problem that my wife had on her way to work. She hit one of those bad potholes on the 5 fwy and blew out 2 of her run flat tires. She works across the street from this store.They came over and took her car in and fixed her right up with some great Bridgestone tires. Great price and excellent service. These guys are terrific!

Best place to get your vehicle repaired or looked at. While it may take a while, understanding this industry, is about precision and doing it right. Have been a customer here since October 2017 and enjoy everything out of it. The service advisors are out going and know their stuff. Never had an issue with this particular Firestone, keep it up!

Showed up first thing in the morning 7:30am no schedule up but google it and it opened at 8am so I decided to wait. I was first in line well the guy attendance showed up late open with a horrible attitude and tell me you wont be attended l need to make an appointment because we need to take care of the cars from yesterday first. Really. So no more walk ins accepted.First. You didnt greeted people and yes I get it you have after me two cars that belongs to a company so you dont want to lose that client. I doubt you were anyways.See me with a child and still did not hesitate to denied services at first come first serve TODAY... Its not the clients fault the lack of service of a prior day.Drove to Van Nuys location and another different history. They had a lot of clients already there but greet us with a smile and a good morning and took us 30 min to have our car ready.

Told them my tire keeps going flat and it needed to be fixed, they checked the pressure and it was good because I filled it 5 minutes before I got there, all they did was look yo see it it had a visible nail. I paid for a tire rotatiknyhey didnt do one. I was told my front tires needed to be replaced soon so i asked to have 4 new tires put on and they then said oh the tires are ok for another 20k miles. I bought the tires from that store a year ago but I wont buy there or get my vehicles serviced there again.

I recently tried to adopt Firestone as my primary auto care facility. However, this has turned out to be a huge mistake on my part. I would like to share the following account of my experiences with several Firestone locations across the country. This experience begins in Bowling Green, Kentucky.At the Firestone in Bowling Green, I decided to purchase new tires and have a tune up near the end of December 2018. The check engine light came on almost immediately after I left the store. I took it back to the same Firestone where I had the knock sensor replaced, as advised. They also recommended a fuel system cleaning and an alignment for life package, both of which I purchased. Everything seemed fixed at this point, and I proceeded to drive to California.When I was in San Fernando, California, the check engine light returned. I took the car to the local O’Reilly’s auto parts and had the codes read where it indicated and Evap system small leak (P1440 & P1441). They recommended that I attach the car to a pressure system and check for leaks. At this point, I took the car to the San Fernando Firestone store.At Firestone, they recommended that I replace the entire Evap system, instead of finding and repairing the leak, in a seeming effort to run up my bill. When I finally got ready to leave, two days later, the hubcap was missing and half the plastic screws off another one were sheared off. I was supposed to pick up my friend from the hospital in Crescent City, CA and I was now on a time crunch. As I got out of the city, my check engine light returned. I stopped to have the codes read, and it showed up as a large leak from the Evap system (P1444).After I picked my friend up, I took my car into the Medford Firestone to have the work checked. He hooked the car up to the pressure system for almost an hour and found no leak. This seems to indicate to me that in San Fernando they never did any kind of diagnostic, they just started replacing parts. The Medford store next cleared the codes and sent me on my way. The check engine light reappeared immediately with the same code of P1444.I took my car back to the Medford store, to give them one more chance to help me with this problem. They told me that the mechanic was out of town and wouldn’t be back for a couple of weeks. I called the corporate office and spoke to a few different people there. They first connected me with Joe from the San Fernando store on a Friday (7/5) and he told me he would call me back later that day. The next week, on Tuesday (7/10), I called corporate again and told them that I had spoken with Joe but he never returned my call. They advised me that they would have an area manager call me and Joe called my back pretty quickly after that.Firestone finally called me after having my car for three week and told me that my car wouldn’t start and that I needed a new fuel pump. At this time I told them I would just pick up the car, and the employee advised me that I would need to tow the vehicle to move it. When I arrived at the Medford Firestone to collect my car, they had the battery out of the car, in another seeming scheme to run down my battery and charge me some more money. Also don’t forget that my car had been here in the parking lot for three weeks when I never had a missed call or a single message from Firestone. I hooked jumper cables up to the car and it started on the first try.I picked the car up on Monday, and didn’t talk to Joe until the next day. He wanted me to take the car back to Firestone in Medford, which is not exactly close to where I live, right after I had gotten it back from them after three weeks. Instead, I took it for a second opinion. The mechanic showed me a wrench shaped hole in the air intake housing, right below the PCV sensor, which he explained could cause the car to fire up the check engine light.

Husband dropped the car off for a simple tire patch, told the car would be ready by one. One thirty car still has been touched. I finally got the car at THREE THIRTY. At four fifty my husband gets a call that, the care Im driving, is ready. Will not be coming back.

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. Dropped it off at 830am today and requested it to be done by 12. I specifically advised the front desk attendant that i couldnt wait any longer and waived the vehicle inspection they usually do and signed for it. He advised that he needed it for a couple of hours but it would be done by 12. I said ok even tho an oil change is a 10 minute job. I show up at 12:15pm and my vehicle had not moved. I go inside and no one is working on any cars, they are all just hanging out. Once the front attendant acknowledges me she lets me know that they are now going to start on my vehicle and if i can wait 20 more minutes. I advised that no i could not. That i specifically dropped it off in the morning 3.5 hrs ago for them to do a 10 min job. I have been going to this firestone for over 10 years. The usual front attendant Ricardo is out until April, he took care of his customers and made sure jobs would get done. The new front person does not.It will be hard for me to come back, even if Ricardo returns and will be advising others to chose another source for their vehicle repair needs.
Place is good for oil change has complimentary checks of other components of autos and they dont make a hassle when parts need to be changed
The service is very slow. 2.5 hours for an oil change, even with an appointment made five days in advance. This will be my last oil change there.

I went to go get my tires fixed and they ended up scratching my rim and they said they would get back to me, its been 1 year and no call. Not only that but they have lost my cars wheel locks and i had to go to the dealer to buy new locks but they were discontinued ended up paying hundreds of dollars. I bought a battery at the Firestone over three years ago and now it went bad so i went back and now they say they have no record of me buying the battery and now it has no warranty.

They make my appointment at 7:30a and they are late opening, its almost 8a. And its the third time dropping off my car for the same issue, was not fixed correctly. So annoying.
Car wouldnt start, so i called and told them its possibly the Timing belt, they said to bring it down to get looked at. But they failed to tell me if that was the issue that they wouldnt be able to fix it. I used my last AAA tow to get the car down here. Now to get it out its gonna cost n extra $126 and a waste of a full day to get it fixed. What a waste of time.

They are always too busy to take care of warranty issues, I took my truck in 3 different times for a simple alignment, first day their machine was getting serviced, made appointment for the next day I showed up but they had no time, Ive taken the truck twice for different nail problems under warranty and I had to pay someone else because they had no time, all I did was loose my time
