Called to check if they had used tires in my size. The woman on the phone said yes so I came in. My initial interaction with the crew was HORRIBLE. They were rude and the front desk MAN sent me away immediately without checking his inventory. I went ahead and left but called back to verify if I had the right address. The woman explained that there was miscommunication within the crew. I said okay(because of price) and came back. The man at the front desk was rude and sarcastic as to why I would return. She had to come out and tell him that the tire was put to the side. I would not recommend women coming alone. This man was rude and there was only one gentleman in the crew that didn’t start sarcastically talking in Spanish. I believe they thought I was not bilingual.(made comments about my tires being not the same brand name and yelled out a comment when I was doing a look over of the services rendered) Never coming back again.

Came here a few times for my brakes and tire needs.. Fair pricing.. The owner runs a clean tight staff.. They’re very knowledgeable and very helpful. All in all a good little spot right here in the city of San Fernando.

Good tire service but alignment is not done the right way they only adjust toe and say that camber and caster are good when they didnt even check it .I was watching to see what they did .Im a auto tech so I know my stuff ...

Horrible service !! Stopped by for a nail in tire patch and was qouted a price, once service was rendered went in to get a service invoice and price was changed by manager. When I told him thats not the price I was qouted, he stated well thats what it is . First and only time I will ever go HERE!

What a joke!!! No basic customer service!All the 5star reviews are their own employees.Do not go there. They say all sales are final. Of course they can not stand behind their service. That is why!!!Bought a wheel on ebay with local pickup. I drove from Ktown to San fernando to pick it up. Upon trying to install the wheel to the tire I found that my tire had a hole. I bought used tire from this shop for $41.50. Then I drove back home (ktown). When I arrived after driving 20miles, the tire I bought was flat. I called them and told them the situation and requested $41.50 refund through ebay since I live so far. They refused to refund my money unless I return the flat tire (which is useless tire) or refused to compensate for me driving back and forth to return old used and now flat tire. Ridiculous!!!

Gave me a price over the phone. Got there and it was a different price. Got my tire changed and I got a flat 10 mins later. A nail went into my tire when leaving there property and they charged me to fix what they caused. 2 months later I had to get the tire changed because it was a bad tire. The other side of my tire was all cracked. They sold me a bad tire and they knew it was bad and still sold it to me. Never come here

Well first off I call over the phone if they do a alignments MY exact words (do u HAV a computer)n their answer uses so I take as I was waiting I see a computer but at any time I see him using it then the mechanic says pay inside so I do that I ask for the print out they say computers to old! Then I bring it to the supervisors attn I tell him thats false advertisement n he Rudy responds ever since then took it back cause they did a poorly job they treated me really bad No customers service at all I learned mine by given them money PPL BEWARE

I bought a set of wheels back in May I came back cause the front end was shaking, they said it needed balancing and front end alignment after all done they charged me $99 and now the steering wheel is turned to the left but yet the pull to the right, some help they were, I’m done with this company

I called to see if they sell used tires. The lady on the phone who answered said they did, when they transferred me to a sales person on the floor, he said they didnt sell any and just hung up on me. I then went to the location to see what was going on as i have never received such rude service on the phone. I wanted to know why one person said they sold used tires, and another person said they didnt. They refused to answer my question, and threatened to call the police on me. This type of low class customer service should not be tolerated and we do not need these types of businesses in our community. Dont give them your business. There are a bunch of shops less than 2 blocks away.
