I went in asking if they could take a look at a series of scratches that a homeless person put on my car. I met with a gentleman named Dennis and he said let me buff it out for you and let me go. He did a quick buff for me (which made all the difference in the world) and only asked for a reference.Genuinely impressed and love how taking care of the client is their #1 priority.Truly recommend!

The most comfortable body shop I ever dealt with. Cliff is knowledgeable and sincere in every explanation of repair cost and why. Estimates are accurate. Glad that they became fully certified body shop by Tesla and I don’t need to drive down to south. The office interior is nicely decorated.

Was directed to this shop through triple A insurance. I had a terrible experience. Car took too long and they refused to fix some damage saying that it was cosmetic and the insurance wont cover it. After i spoke to the person in charge of insurance and she fixed the problem and forced them to fix it. Although this all is taken from my time. Also they will fix whats outside and what is visible they will ignore inner stuff that you cant see. So try to be very careful and precise with them. I would advise not going there period!

Dennis was great. Got the car fixed and returned to me within a week of getting the estimate, including dealing with insurance!

The people at 19th Auto Body Center were incredibly nice and very helpful when I took my car in after a fender bender that did a lot of damage to my car. The main reason why I was drawn to come here was because theyre a dedicated collision center for my specific vehicle make. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the time it took to get my vehicle back: 2 weeks. Other than that, its an incredibly friendly service with good rates.

Call in advance to see if they can take your car. They are pretty busy. Professional pre-estimate of damages on car and given a copy of the preliminary until car insurance contacts them.

CA AA Insurance - Approved shop. Competent and very nice staff. Efficient - completed the work as I requested on time. They replaced my broken side mirror and made my Prius look better than when I bought it. They also replaced my catalytic converter after it was stolen. It sparkled when they finished.

The owner is so nice! I had a minor issue that I had no idea about and he easily could have ripped me off telling me I needed unnecessary repairs. Instead he graciously told me I could fix it myself and now has a customer for life!! Thank you!!

Actually I only went in for an estimate so I cannot speak to the actual service, but while my car was there for the estimate someone took all the change from my car. Mostly annoying, but in my opinion it also says these guys cannot be trusted due to their poor character.
