Always friendly, courteous. Inventory is good. We drive all the way to SF because of their service and work ethic. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽We tried BMW Concord - had the exact opposite experience. Never going back to them!👎🏾

Had an appointment, when scheduled it I put the reasons, when I arrived, they told me I will have to leave the car for few day, why they didnt call me an explain that before I made the trip! And of course they didnt have a loaner for me, the guy told me he will call me to find another appointment because I have wait too long 😑, and guess what he never called!Not recommend at all.

As a BMW owner trying to get an oil change at 10 PM on a Saturday night… It’s pretty interesting that it says it’s open till 6 AM on Sunday…

Part Department is terrible! Never answer phones Never call back … Amazon should drop them!!

Dont bother leaving a message, they have bad phone ethics. I have left mulitple detailed voicemails offering my patronage, and yet still no call back, even during early weekdays... still no call back. As a certified bmw shop, I would hope you take more pride in your customer service than that.If the shops makes it right, I may change my review.
