I cannot thank you enough for this service! The scooter was dropped at our hotel as promised. It was in brand new condition, the battery lasted forever, went 4 miles in one setting and it never dropped down on the power meter. It made my time in San Francisco accessible. Thank you for offering power chair rentals! When we return we will definitely be looking your company up again.

Ive rented a bicycle during my visit in Orlando. Everything was fine, the bike was in hotel at time, in perfect conditions... Unfortunately, I had an accident (a hole in the tube - see picture :) ), but they have been able to organize my pick-up somewhere in the Orlando and put me back to the hotel. Especially, many thanks to that lady who arranged my rescue (I dont remember her name) and Jack, the driver. He was very nice and it was a good time even it was in such a bad situation :)

I was so impressed with the customer service for Cloud of Goods. Their website was incredibly helpful, but I was even more impressed by the personal service I received when I called their phone number. I expected to have to wait to speak to someone, especially since I was calling last minute about car seat rentals for a Christmas trip across country, but someone answered right away. My request was not typical, so they went out of their way (including a timely call-back for confirmation) to make sure they could deliver exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful and easy to use! I am thrilled that a company like this exists.

Amazing service! The scooter was amazing. We changed our pick up address 3 times due to some circumstances out of our control. They never charged extra for any of this. If that wasn’t enough, I left the charger in the car that we put in storage. I let them know and that I would be back in the spring and return the charger. I asked if they wanted to charge me for it and when I return it, refund me the money. He said no and that he has lots of them. Over and above service and courtesy. I wouldn’t consider calling anywhere else.

Terrific service. Wheel chair was at hotel waiting for us. The Wheel chair was in excellent condition and functioned as expected. We left the wheelchair at the hotel and pick up was already prearranged. I didnt know this type of service existed but this sure made our vacation time more enjoyable. We had no worries about bringing a chair on the airline or picking up at chair at a shop some place in SF.

Delivery the evening before my arrival to SF was fantastic! That meant I was ready to start my adventures the next day without delay. The scooter managed the neighborhood hills of North Beach and Russian Hills in SF without difficulty. Navigating the scooter was very easy as was disassembly to put in the trunk of a car. The pick up time was per my custom request. I will definitely rent again on my next trip to SF.

My dad was coming out for a 2 week visit and it wasnt until the last minute we realized we needed to find a wheelchair for him, to rent (and he was arriving the next day). I starting searching for rentals and I came across cloud of goods. The website was simple. It had a lightweight wheelchair with a brief description and the price right there - no guessing or searching) so I called and left a voicemail. I thought well let me look for another site just as a backup in case because it was already later in the day and I was not certain I would hear back. Within minutes I received a text message from Stacy from cloud letting me know that she received my message and so I texted her details and then called her to arrange it. They have a delivery time but for a small additional fee they will deliver the wheelchair based on your schedule. They were there exactly when they said they would be and delivered the chair. It was lightweight and perfect for the time my dad was here. At the end I simply sent a text to Stacy asking about pickup time and again they accommodate us by arriving right before we left for the airport so my dad would have it available if he needed it up until the end. I want to thank Stacy for making this one of the easiest parts of my dads trip!! Thank you and we will definitely call you when he is back in town or for anyone needing to rent a wheelchair.

We rented two car seats for a long weekend in SF, and Cloud of Goods was very accommodating. We had to rent a car, and the delivery man called us when our plane landed and gave us the option to meet him at baggage claim or the car rental place. Our arriving flight was delayed and he kindly waited for us. Similarly, he was flexible when we returned the car at the airport. When I originally booked the car seats online, I used the chat function on the website to ask some questions, and the representative was very helpful and courteous. The prices were also very reasonable when I compared to multiple other companies, including the much lower delivery fee. We will definitely rent from them again!

By far the best experience of moving my father from another state. I needed a wheelchair dropped off at the airport and picked up from my home a week later. These folks are so easy to deal with and always right on time. Will definitely use them again if the need ever arises. Thank you!

This company messed something up and didnt deliver the stroller. They have not called me back after 3 messages-- because they dont answer the phone and you have to leave a voicemail!!-- and now its the next morning Im still waiting for a call back!!, they dont respond to chat messages on the website, and have still not responed to my email. Im now in San Francisco without a stroller for my 2 kids and not sure how Im going to get around today. Dont use them, theyre awful and now Im stuck.

I called Clouds if Goods on a Friday and received same day service for a weekend rental of a mobility scooter.Every part of my business experience was wonderful.The reservation was quick and easy and the payment process even easier. The receptionist was very helpful with my selection of scooter rental and explained the rental process very thoroughly. Justin dropped the scooter off at my designated location. I received a text message from Justin to let me know the scooter waiting for me. Julien sent a text to offer more time if needed.I was then allowed to drop off scooter at the front desk, no waiting around for pick up...... I’m remarkably impressed with the professionalism and concern that was rendered to me.

What a fabulous and easy service! We were going to SF on vacation and I got in a car accident the day before we left. I am recovering from an auto-accident and using crutches to get around. My husband, 4yo and I arrived without a stroller for our short SF weekend getaway. After an hour of walking around with our 4yo we quickly realized that we overestimated our ability to safely cruise around the busy city streets with her. I turned to Yelp to find a place to buy a cheap umbrella stroller and found Cloud of Goods instead. I messaged the business around 10pm and they amazingly had a full-sized Britax stroller delivered to my hotel by the Ferry Building the next morning. I really appreciated their flexibility. I also easily extended my rental from 2 to 3 days because theyre great at communicating via text. Pick up and drop off at bell desk was a breeze.At $10/day + delivery we were able to borrow a sturdy, solid stroller which saved our family trip from angst, frustration and exhaustion. Our daughter was extremely comfortable and took a 2 hr nap (see pic) while we enjoyed a nice stroll around the city. Thank you.

Great organization and experience. For us it was too much hassle to go into a bike rental store, bike up bikes, return them and then go back to our AirB&B when you are traveling with a 2,5 year old. Cloud of goods made it so easy for us. They delivered the bikes to our home and picked them up the next day. They also helped us with the request for specific time slot for bringing and picking up. Overall the service was very good and would definitely recommend anyone to use cloud of goods.

Needed a scooter for 4 days to use in Avalon. it was delivered to me, Chris who delivered it was very helpful and made sure I knew how to break it down if I needed to for transport. Scooter itself was great, had a nice seat and plenty of power when needed for getting up the ferry ramps. if I could change 1 thing it would be the horn or should I say bell, it could have been louder.

This was the 2nd time Ive used Cloud of Goods in the last 2 months. Was visiting NYC and decided at the last minute to rent a lightweight transport wheelchair for my elderly father for the next day. Made a call and it was delivered to our hotel later that same day. Discovered the foot rests were missing and called it in and Juan came with the foot rests a short while later and wanted to ensure I knew how to install them (as I had no access to the chair itself because it was in my parents hotel room who were out for dinner). Next morning we were using the chair and discovered the front wheels werent working properly and would get stuck in any kind of crevice or crack and my father would be propelled out. Called it in while on the road and in the subway. Juan waited at least 20 min for us at Central Park subway station. Again, he was extremely helpful and apologetic about the chair. He gave us a better one that was more sturdy etc. Service was excellent and timely and it was obvious Juan took his job seriously and wanted to ensure we were satisfied and had a proper chair. Would highly recommend!

In general, a pretty good service - it was good we could borrow an infant car seat for a week from the airport, it would have been a pain for us to bring with us from Japan. It would have been helpful to have a manual or instructions for the car seat, we had some trouble figuring out how to attach it ourselves. We also got a high chair which we used a lot, and an air mattress, which we ended up not using so much because it was a bit too bumpy for my infant son. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful, so that was good. Cost-performance-wise, we used the service for 9 days, which is probably pretty close to the cutover point where it becomes cheaper just to buy everything (putting aside ecological considerations for a moment). Anyway, for a trip to the Bay Area less than a week for families, this was a good service.

Abruptly cancelled my order over email. However, I received a text message from the delivery driver that he was 20 minutes away and was ready to drop off early? Called customer service and they say it was cancelled because they had no more scooters available. Hour or so later, customer service called to fix the order after I complained over email. Was a pain but they did put effort to correct the issue. Advice: Just call the customer to tell them the issue/cancellation. An email is not sufficient.

They are so nice and accommodating! I was on crutches and there was no way I could get around SF, and they made it so that we could comfortably and easily enjoy the day. The fact that they bring you the wheelchair and pick it up from you wherever you are makes a big difference. Would recommend!

I´m a big fan of Cloud of Goods. I was vacationing with my family in San Francisco and we realized that it was going to be impossible that my father would walk the city. That same day I started a big search of options for my dad. Unfortunately big companies take from one to two days to rent stuff. We rented a scooter for sight seeing in San Francisco. The scooter was easy to assemble, speedy (unlike the supermarket variety, which made it easy to keep up with the rest of the family) and powerful enough for the many ups and downs in SF. The battery lasted all day. We had one brief assembly problem, and a tech was there in 20 minutes! Fixed it on the spot. C of G was wonderful to work with and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Big Disappointment- I needed to rent a scooter for my father for our weekend trip to San Antonio. 2 days before my trip they called and told me that they had nothing available and would refund my money. This was the most disappointing feeling ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I believe that they should show better customer service!

Very convenient rental of a wheelchair to use on our trip to San Francisco. My mom was very reluctant to the idea of getting the wheel chair. However with her being able to see entire loop trail at Muir Woods National Monument and she still had the energy to see Fishermans Wharf area, she was very pleased and happy. The light weight wheel chair was very easy to use and packed easily into a vehicle, handles fold down to make is the chair more compact. Delivery and pickup was a breeze, even for a late reservation. I called for the chair at 8 at night, Cloud of Goods was still delivering, so it was at the hotels bellmans desk for in the morning. Stacey was very kind and sweet the phone and even called in the afternoon to check that we were ok and if we needed anything.

Set up the rental so I could get charged the minimum for my three day stay while the scooter was delivered at my hotel the night before I arrived and picked up on the morning that I left.I actually never used a mobility scooter before and found the mechanics intuitive - it was easy to use. Scooting around the hotel was really easy. Heading out about 10 blocks to a museum and navigating all the ramped curbs gave me a good feeling of self-reliance - I did feel a little awkward when it came to elevators and opening doors. Service was great, and delivery/pick up was as promised. The heavy duty scooter that we received was a bit banged up, and we were initially worried that it would croak on us, but it got my father through the week. Just a suggestion - maybe offer a trailer for rent as well for families who do not have space in their vehicle for the scooter. We ended up buying one from a nearby Harbor Freight store.

Cloud of Goods saved our vacation! Our daughter broke her foot two weeks before we were to arrive in San Francisco. Cloud of Goods delivered a wheel chair (in excellent condition) to our hotel the night before we left so it was ready for us upon arrival. I rolled into Disneys Ft Wilderness around 5:00 pm with the realization that my wife would need a scooter due to her chronic back problems. I called around and most everyone wouldnt take reservations for at least another day. Call COG and they said they could have one delivered that very evening and at 1/2 the price of most others I called. The next day, I lost the charger and couldnt recharge the battery overnight. I called COG at 10:00 at night and got someone. I explained my predicament and they had someone come out the next morning with a replacement charger and a fully charged battery. Great people, great service, great prices. 5++++

They made it very easy, were timely and flexible when I had to change the date from one day to another. Overall, very good service at a reasonable price.

My wife and I were visiting San Francisco for the weekend, and needed a wheelchair in a pinch. I called Stacy and told her I needed it soon for a day trip, and within 30 minutes I had the chair and everything was set! She handled delivery and pickup, and was extremely friendly and courteous through the whole process. Do yourself a favor if youre in SF and use Cloud of Goods

Super convenient. Delivered infant carseat to our hotel lobby and we returned to the bell desk for pick up. Easy to use. Included youtube instructions in the email confirmation. They also txted to remind me of the time for pickup. I was visiting San Francisco with my child - highly recommend.
