I like your low prices but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of shopping carts. Target staff says they are missing because of shoplifting. There are tech solutions to prevent this including wireless triggered locking wheels. Other stores do this successfully. Target, unfortunately, punishes its honest customers because of the bad actions of a few. Please correct this. Please also provide more staff to help customers find products and unlock cases that are increasingly appearing in this store to counter shoplifting. Sad. Finally, your security personal spend all their time by the front door and never walk through the store. If you want to reduce loss due to theft, they need to get off their stools and patrol the store.

I like custumer service, and I find a lot of nice staff for me and my family every time I visit.

I originally bought these at Walgreens for $2.49 each!. Went to Target on Mission and 4th found these(different brand) same in every other way... for $0.26 each! They didnt have quite as many as Walgreens but had plenty of selection of all back to school goods!

The new hours make it very difficult to get what I need here. if the store closes so early it would be nice to at least open earlier so I could go in before work. I don’t have a car so I can’t just drive to the suburban ones that have better hours and most of them aren’t near bart either unless I go really far.

I visited this Target for two Items but I couldn’t find them. I went back for a second visit the following week because I saw what I was interested in on their website. When I found my items, the prices were more expensive than advertised on the website. The cashier said he would match the prices on the website. I asked why weren’t the items labeled correctly on the shelf and he said the associates probably hadn’t gotten around to changing the labels. I find that interesting and unfair because even though the items were mislabeled, they should have rung up correctly on the register.The store is super huge and is located at the corner of 4th and Mission in San Francisco. There are two floors with escalators and elevators large enough to accommodate shopping carts. I find all Target stores to be bright, spacious, and clean in general. I like shopping a Target because it’s like a one-stop shop and the prices are reasonable.I almost forgot about the Open Home experience. Target and Google have collaborated to design “digital experiences” for customers to try products before purchasing them. According to the signs, I believe the area where this takes place is called Open House Google Home.

Target has to be one of my favorite store every time I go to the US, especially that one. Ive been going there for years, not to do grocery shopping but to buy hair and skin products, games, etc. Great location, I would go there to buy some snacks to sneak in into the movie theater that is right next door... Lots of products, and really clean and organize. Staff are always nice.

Closes too early at 6:00 pm, understandably due to theft. Several people, including myself, were pulling the locked doors to get in & then realized were late and may have to return tomorrow.

Great range of cosmetics, but the stock is always low or completely out of stock. The only thing that makes up for it are the friendly staff members - super willing to help and have good product knowledge.

Convenience of grocery shopping, clothing, home and drug store. Also receipts are easy to understand.

I love the central location and the fact that I can pick up my goods Immediately. The store is clean and the stockpile is neatly displayed. Thank you Target!

Actually - a surprisingly good Target visit. Some Targets don’t have many employees available so it’s hard to get help when you need it, however THIS Target had very knowledgeable and professional staff. Alex I believe his name was, was very knowledgeable about the Electronic inventory at Target to which they have extensive technology offerings like TVs, converter cables, phone stuff!

Horrible experience at the womens fitting room. I asked the salesperson if the garment was available in other sizes and he kept telling me listen as he was trying to service me and that women do not listen, several times. Shocking that management would place such a misogynist at a womens fitting room. The whole experience was so unpleasant I just wanted to walk away and not worry about my order. I left the store rattled and upset.

The worst TARGET (Metreon) Store in all San Francisco Bay! Management is terribly unprofessional and lazy!One particular evening, around 6:50 PM, a bunch of customers went in to purchase items! By the time we headed to the cashiers to check out, Managment had closed all Cashier stations, even self check out machines! Literally about 35 customers dropped their baskets filled with items on the floor and headed out! All Target Staff had gone and the Managers hid out until everybody left!Avoid this Target store like a plague!

I have unfortunately had to deal with a cashier named Jeffrey on more than one occasion.. This is the most negative and rude cashier I have had to deal with.. I look for any line that he is not a checkout clerk at all.. He is always bitter and rude..

This Open House thing by target is really cool you get to try all the new tech from Google and see how it would make an automated homework I love going there with my family and messing around with the technology and making the robots move it is really fun for the whole family.

They have some items proceed better than you can find online. But theres a greater amount of items which you can find less expensive online. I also couldnt find any cheeky womens underwear under the sign directing me to find my (girlfriends) style.

As a Target, this Target is like many other targets. Well laid out, easy to find what you need, lots of check out lanes or self check out areas, clean bathrooms. What this Target has that Ive never seen at a Target before (and Ive been to a lot of Targets) is a disposal for your SYRINGES!! SF, what has happened to you? Citizens of this fine city, why is this ok with you, that addicts are so prevalent in your city that your local business needs to supply somewhere to dispose of their needles???

Target does not have good prices on most items. Pays to shop around. My biggest gripe with Target is the really terrible customer service. Ask three different employees where a certain item is your likely to get three very different answers. One of their cashiers actually tried to give me $6 in quarters as my change with no receipt, had to ask for a correct receipt three times and make it clear that I do not want $6 in quarters. Just awful

This was BY FAR the best experience with shopping during COVID time. I have already told my neighbors. The store was clean, you allowed the right # of shoppers in for adequate distancing, the shelves were well-stocked, your security team smoothly & quickly handled a disgruntled (and non-compliant) shopper and as always, your team was very friendly. It all starts with the team and you have one of the best.

I shop at this target a lot, the customer service representatives are very very helpful and nice, if I ever have a question they always answer to the best of their ability, and if theres a product that they dont have they always check at a different store for me. Ive been shopping here for about 4 years now and this is one of the only places in the city with the good bargains. The security guards are great too oh, I dont know what happened to mr. Top-flight security of the world but hopefully he got a higher-paying job or something!

Clean store, easy to locate items, very friendly & efficient checkout staff (thanks Carlos!). Only minor issue was that the store couldve used a little more assistance in the checkout area for the volume of customers. Despite that, they all handled it well and if overwhelmed, did not allow customers to see. So kudos to all staff working at the time! Also, security was friendly and I observed him greeting/wishing customers well upon arrival & departure. That isnt always a common occurrence, so thanks to him too!

This is an affordable shopping spot in the Union Square area, but the homeless lingering outside and inside are very offputting. Make sure you wash any clothes you buy from here before you wear them. I often see very dirty people try on clothes with the intention to walk out with them.

Within 1 hour of using the self-checkout; my credit card was used for two fraudulent charges AND Target accidentally charged me for $960 AFTER my actual transaction was completed. Thank goodness Chase was on top of that and contacted me. What is with the security at those self-checkout terminals? And what is with the accidental $960 charge?

Same great Target experience, in a perfect downtown location. Size and selection here are similar to a suburban Target. But the location is perfect for downtown shoppers and conference attendees. I understand why some may be wary of a department store making its way into the city, but the convenience factor great for those quick purchases you cant find at boutique shops. And Target seems sensitive to the local culture - the store isnt an island, but built into the surrounding block. Service and selection are what I expect from Target, which is very good.

They had some nice wines, but no umbrellas!!! Like what is target for if not getting an umbrella when the rain is pouring like crazy! Get a hold of yourself Target...

Great place for shopping for all sorts of goods. Very spacious layout with different sections for different household items. When I was here, bought some nutritional vitamin supplements which was on offer. Lots of clothes on sale also, although the clothes were a bit on the high price.

Conveniently located Target. Very easy to purchase some desserts or snacks and then head into the AMC theatre upstairs, which allows you to bring food/drinks in, which is a huge perk for a theatre.Their items are quick to restock and they get extremely busy on the weekends as there are a ton of folks loading up on items for their apartments.

The store is fun to shop in. The staff is always courteous and eager to help out. The store is clean and items are easy to find.

It was extremely easy to shop for what I wanted, then send my boyfriend to pick it up. I dont get out much due to my disability. I have been going through Amazon with there delivery service. Now that I know about Target and there delivery/ pickup options, and there awesome selection Im hooked.

Really poor stock control. If this store tells you they have something in stock on store, I would not take that for granted. Came over from the other side of the city for an item, eventually found the item to be told its out of stock. When I questioned as to why its still shows in stock online, I was told that the website is DAYS behind the real stock levels?! How the hell is that still the case in 2019?!

I couldnt go higher because your prices are higher on most stuff compared to Wal-Mart. BUT I like that you partner with some really good fashion designers over the years and have brought some amazing good quality styles, such as Liberty London, Victoria Beckham... Womens and childrens clothes always have something that is stylish and well made. Sometimes I get good clearance sale items. Staff is usually nice and helpful. I like that you have electric carts for disabled ppl.

Target is my favourite place in America. You can buy everything you need under the one roof. The staff always go above and beyond, and theyre very understanding with returns and exchanges. The range of products is very diverse but they stock all your favourites. I cant wait to go back!

Target is a convenient stop. Unfortunately the produce section is quite limited. It would be nice to have more of a selection of fresh veggies that hit the yellow, green, red, etc. range for a more balanced nutritional meal.

While using the restroom a male employee was busy attempting to figure out if the customer using the restroom next to me had stolen something. It was very uncomfortable.

Nice place and clean to shop.However, cashier could have been more friendly. Was queuing in line and when it came up to my turn, was told to queue in another line as the cashier is closing.After I get in queue for another line, the same line is not even close. There was just a change in cashier. Why would anyone say that the line is closed and queue in another line?

Target does what it does best. I like that they have a large variety of stuff. They have a good selection in their grocery section and you can get good deals on their frozen and dairy products. I prefer the store on Geary which has much more acreage which has even more selection. Overall, a good place to shop.

This is a good place to get what you need in a hurry. The people are friendly and the prices are pretty fair. Plus, the delivery option is always convenient. Enjoy.

Worst Target experience and I love Target. No parking, waited 50 minutes for order pickup, and customer service sucked. Never going back to this location. I would give 0 stars but the pharmacist (Hannah?) was super nice so that redeemed this Target the 3 stars. I would only go here for the pharmacy.
