Randomly found this place during a walk in neighbourhood. They got me at baklava on the sign at the front door. I ordered the third item on the right menu. The meat tasted good, the salad was so fresh and crunchy! I enjoyed every bites, and definitely will be back. They also offer a wide range of drinks from wine, kombucha to juices, coffee and smoothie.

Massive menu. Everything is delicious. Portions are great. Very affordable for SF. Get the baklava - you wont regret it!!

Yummy. The wrap was huge. So tasty with a little spice kick. I taste the hummus. Every bite of lamb. Nicely chopped.

Great salads. Even better burgers! Freshest baklava Ive had in decades. Eat in or take out.

Great service and food

This is my first time to come here and I can definitely say that Ill be back. Ordered the hot pastrami on dutch crunch roll and it was really good. Im excited to try their other stuff too. This place is small with only three tables so plan on just taking out your food to go as well. The lunch crowd picks up around noon so it was a good idea for us to head there a bit earlier.

Great food the KABAB SUPRIME was my favorite and great family place

I had falafel rap. Falafel was crunchy on the outside and moist inside. My friend had grilled meat kabab with salad and rice. Delicious and good portion! There is good selection of craft bottled beers and Yerba Mate teas. Good place to eat around hospital. Hard working staff!

Their hummus is the best I’ve had in San Francisco. The two gentlemen working behind the counter were polite and nice while working on what looked like large catering orders. Can’t wait to go back and try more items, and am very curious about the breakfast burrito.

I like getting the Gyro and made points when i asked for it the traditional way with a pita and Tzatziki not with the shawarma bread. Try it its wonderful. Messy but soooo much better.

I asked for a mango strawberry smoothie and it tastes nothing like that. The front desk guy seems new and didn’t know how to make it at all and the chief (a bigger guy) just poured a bunch of orange juice in it (I didn’t realized at first). What really the problem is the chubby guy’s attitude: I asked my Uber was almost here could you please hurry for a bit. the chubby chief used his Russian mob like accent responded with: “so? he is gonna take whatever time he needs “ wow. I live next door and literally their neighbor. we go there All the time but this time I was kinda shocked. It will be my last time

Great spot to grab and go some lunch and a bottle of wine on the way to the park.. Jiries, the owner, is extremely friendly and has already made me feel like a regular. They also have coffee, pastries, and smoothies - overall a great spot to pop in no matter what time of day!

My son & I had lunch at OPAs cafe. I ordered their delicious Reuben sandwich and my son ordered their grilled chicken kebab . They are so generous with the portion of food.Anyone looking for a Greek cafe, I would recommend this place. Be sure to say hi to the owner Juries.

5 stars for the flavor and freshness of the food. Really a go to for all the hospital/medical folks.1/2 star off for the sometimes chaotic rush and unclear ordering process. They are still getting that worked out after the remodel. Overall, my favorite lunch spot.

The food is DELICIOUS and reasonably priced compared to other SF eateries. The new renovation looks marvelous although there’s less of a selection now of some popular foreign items they used to stock on the shelves they had in the center which made space inside a bit tight but gave the consumers more purchase options. I believe mike is his name, the guy who usually works the counter is always pleasant to talk to and always provided great service. The Hispanic chef 👨‍🍳 behind the grill can cook up a storm of delicious food and gets it right every time and fast.

I went yesterday and am already wanting to go back and try more. My husband and I went in for a quick, casual dinner...just grabbed some sandwiches. Oh my- they were SO good. I got the sopprasetta and it was mouth watering good. My only suggestion would be for the sandwiches to have a little more substance as they were small for the price and seemed to skimp on the amount of ingredients.but again...so so good.

Really good rotisserie chicken that comes with flavored rice and side salad/slaw mix. I think there’s a choice of breast or leg and I chose the leg which came with plenty of meat — actually the whole order was a lot larger than I expected for only $10. The salad was surprisingly very good with a variety of vegetables in the mix and a not overpowering dressing. I’d definitely recommend this place for an excellent quality for value.

Spent 4 days at Kaiser for birth of my son. This place was a life-saver for me and my wife. Great food, very short walk from the hospital, wife didnt have the eat cafeteria food. New dads in waiting take note!

Had a long day at Kaiser. I asked the staff where was a good place to eat. They suggested Opa. My wife had the cheesesteak sandwich and I had the BLT with turkey. We both enjoyed the sandwiches. For as busy as they were we had great service. I have a surgery coming up soon. I will recommend this to my friends and family that come to visit.

Great little corner store with good sandwiches and wraps. But, make sure to order ahead. Theyre really really slow at making sandwiches. Waited for 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich this morning and i was the first person in line

In town for vacation and my family and I decided to have a picnic dinner and watch the sunset. We googled a market in the area and Opa Market came up. Service was fantastic,sandwiches and a bottle of wine were better. Since I dont live in the area I asked the staff where would be a good spot to see the sunset. We got directions and they even pulled out google maps to set us up. Thanks for a great job you made our picnic a great memory!

Better hot food than youd expect from looking at the outside of the place -- more than just a liquor store. Really good rotisserie chicken, and at times tri-tip. If phoning in an order, you might just want to ask whats great that day and roll with it. Otherwise, the chicken + rice plate is always solid.

Im from Philadelphia. I went to Opa for the first time and ordered the cheesesteak. I asked if it had provolone and they counterman said Provolone AND mozzarella! This place has class. The cheesesteak sandwich is the best possible in the world including Philly. Ten bucks. Cant beat that. Everything else about the place is perfect also. Good coffee. May I recommend that you try a Ritter Sport candy bar that I have not seen anywhere else, Rum Trauben Nuss = rum grapes and nuts. I didnt even like it all that much but you could tell this was something you should appreciate.

Was looking for a yummy snack close to the hospital on a Saturday evening. The reviews sent me to Opa. Opa seems like a magical market that many urban neighborhoods wish they had. A local market with an eclectic selection of snacks, beverages, and great sandwiches. Ive ordered the falafel a couple of times. They made a small mistake one time and made good on it when brought to their attention on a subsequent visit. This place is a little neighborhood gem.
