Pretty decent selection of clothing, I love their summer & fall collections. Their in-home decor has been getting better too, so cute! I got a pink neon flamingo sign at home, it adds those vibes!!!!

Its the best UO in the country. There might be a rival in the Manhattan ones, but I havent been to all of them. This one though... *chefs kiss* First off, its huge. The selection is incredible. Its the store that has the items that are ONLINE ONLY. Many many many times it will have every single ONLINE ONLY item. A gd dream come true. The staff is stylish. The store is beautiful. I miss it...

This is a great Urban Outfitters with a large selection. Multiple floors so you can find everything you need. Despite the larger size of this location, everything is very organized, especially the accessories that seem to be all over the place at many other Urban Outfitters. The staff is quite helpful and this store is conveniently located in the city.

Excellent customer service and lots of awesome clothing. The sales are always great and I love the exclusive items. There are lots of stairs to climb for each level but there is a lift you can use. The space in the shop is open and everything is easily accessible.

Urban Outfitters has the best street dance scene in San Francisco Ive witnessed in all of 2020. Of course, it might have just been five hobos vigorously making love in the alley, but it can be hard to tell the difference in SF sometimes. Either way, it was an incredibly energetic and pleasurable event which is precisely what I wanted in this October summer. I was shocked when the Levis crew came out (no jeans, what a surprise!) and wicked out-danced the Urban Outfitters peeps, but then U.O. stepped up hard. Somehow their dancing made my gutter snails taste even better. I. Have. Been. Floored. Yall!

Good thing this place is here so I can buy clothes whenever I need them.

I got there 2 mins after they closed. I needed to finalize this return, and I had been struggling to find the time to do it. The security guard politely informed me that they were closed. I said I had a return and asked if they could do it. I was clear with him that I would totally understand if it was not possible. I was prepared to be disappointed because frankly, Im always disappointed. Nobody ever goes above and beyond, anymore. Urban Outfitters did today, though; indeed, they happily processed my return. I was impressed and I was thankful. Great job, UO!

I am giving this place 3 stars only because i love the clothing here. Its to die for. I would totally give the place 5 stars but i would rather die then deal with the people who work ior should say dont work at this store. They have amazing treasures when you find them on sale. You literally have to search and dig through what looks like a fashion war zone. I mean they employees are either too busy standing around contemplating their life woes, pretending to be Inspector Gadget, trying on clothes, or talking about the customers that pay their salaries. There are 2 girls who work there that are amaze balls, one is a Latina dresses pretty funky is a bit on the serious side, and the other is African American and is totally talkative and helpful. Sorry Ladies I didnt get your name but you Ladies ROCK. The other employees well they do not rock at all. This place is so BITTER SWEET that i have to give it a 3 because the clothes are awesome and those 2 girls make shopping there bearable.

Had a few cool items, but not as many things here as I remember them having before. They also need to lower the temperature here as well. Couldnt stay in there very long before having to go outside to get air and cool down!

One of the better Urban Outfitters Ive been to. 4 floors stacked uniquely. Great skin care offering all the way upstairs. Lots of housewares downstairs, and mens.

This shop is always fun to browse through. Especially downstairs...has a little of everything that Urban Outfitters sells from clothes (alot are on sale too ), to bathroom decor sets, to novelty items ( most on sale) most of the stuff downstairs on sale: bargain hunter style! And right now they seem to be open the latest in that area.

Three floors. Great clothing options and they sell a bunch of games too. In downtown SF. Close to uniqlo and other stores which makes it convenient

Terrible experience in this town with this store! They make you pay for a bag if you buy something. Which I decide not to buy one, because I only brought some small items. Also ask for a email receipt instead of a paper one because I like to save the trees :) When I get to the door to leave the store. Of course something rings the alarm, and then I have to produce and have to prove I brought these items with email receipt. Made me feel like I was stealing a pair of socks. Lol you better get a better system urban outfitters SF.

Trendy place loved by millenials. I was wondering why I see so many like-minded youths wearing Fjallraven Kanken backpacks in San Francisco when it is a product once upon a time only available in Sweden. Albeit it is an environmentally responsible Swedish company deserving our support, I began to wonder if Sweden has become the new trendy place for American youths to flock... until I found such backpack sold here! More trendy items popular with todays youths is the FCUK clothing line which you find here. This is a great store to buy gifts for teenagers: though items are expensive, they are trendy and your young adults will find you cool for buying such trendy gifts :))))

Urban Outfitters always has the trendiest and interesting things you can find on the market. It is a good place to come and see what interesting things there currently are. Things include clothes, toys, books, bedding, and so many more. I personally enjoy walking around just to look at interesting things.

They have an interesting book selection. sometimes better than others. you always can find a unique and well made gift. a book as a gift is always an option here. I have built a contemporary library over the years from the many many books from urban outfitters. they do have a few unique houseware and clothing finds however they come at a premium. $$$$

Super fun and pretty store. They got pretty good brands, making it pretty pricey but offer a wide variety of apartment/room decor, clothes, film cameras, and beauty products. Bottom floor is Mens, entrance floor is vinyl/womens, top floor is womens.

Urban Outfitters has always been a special store and this one is no different even with the addition of large quantities of tourists and hipsters. You can find interesting books and toys, cameras, and sunglasses on the first floor with the womens stuff located above and the the mens floor below. This is one large store. On the bottom level with the mens clothing youll find household decorative items that are pretty cool and often sell for a good price.Make sure to spend some time in the discounted sections. Youll often find STEALS when it comes to great clothes at good prices. No one said anything about quality though, but you get what you pay for.Oh and dont count on anyone to help you out unless theyre ringing you up upstairs or giving you a changing room. Customer service here is non-existent.

I like to dig through the ever-changing and often very messy clearance section. They always seem to have that something Ive been looking for. This visit: pine scented room and linen spray ($18) and a small green shoulder bag ($15).

Mediocre and waay more than I feel comfortable paying for clothing. I like the fun selection of cosmetics and hair products. But other than that, their sizes run large and it seems like all of their stuff is so boxy. Not my fave.

Whats not too like about this fun shabby shiek place. Modern retro style clothing and simple house decor accessories. I find most everything here moderately priced and the staff to be very helpful. Anything bought here would stand the test of time or it can be disposed of without feeling like youve taken a big hit to your pocket book.

Many stories worth of Urban Outfitters but overall probably the same or less inventory (it seems) as one that is in a more suburban location where there is more space. Despite the small size found everything was looking for. Even though there was a mild line the staff were speedy and friendly and overall a great experience.

Some unique items could be found here, from fashion items to home merchandise and toys. The price is quite high than most retail store. The store was well maintained, despite lacking of staff. However, it wont be surprised if they might be overwhelmed with holiday madness on the weekend. This is already shown at the slow check out station. Though they are smart enough to place the niknak shelves to distract the frustration of long wait.

Got a nice hat and sunglasses there. Pretty clothes. But they didnt seem to have much in my size. Im not a huge person, but Im not a rail either. 58 and usually a size 6 or 8. But things seemed small. Maybe all the larger pieces were sold already, but if thats the case they should stock up better.

Ive been to several urban outfitters, most of them are the same. This one is really cool. It has 3 floors, the bottom is my favorite. It consists of the guys section and home accessories. Twice weve been down there and there was a band playing live music, awesome. Worth a visit.

3 floors of items near the cable car turnaround. sale items on the basement floor. they usually put up posters to let you know if there are any deals going on. the staff are helpful, but it feels understaffed sometimes. there is an elevator to connect the 3 floors.

Went down to the first floor to the sale rack and home goods. About half of the sale rack was strewn on the floor. I also took a look at the rugs looking to buy a 3x2 floor mat and every one looked damaged or heavily used. A shame since I like their products and its my local store. The entrance and top floor looked more taken care of though.

I always love dropping in to this store. Its fun to browse all the cool books and random things but they also have some very cool clothes (pricey tho). Whether Im looking to buy or not I always stop in for a browse.

Suburban Outfitters might be more accurate; it used to be awesome and kinda edgy - now its more like a less hip jcrew, although treasures can still be unearthed esp. in the lower level housewares dept.

Check out the Sale or Clearance racks and bins. Some of the stuff you find in there are priced just right.

Very fun, hip store mostly for youthful clothing, as well as some home accessories/decor, etc.During a recent shopping visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even one of the other shoppers chimed in with very helpful advice as I was about to check out! 😀

My wife looks amazing in everything from Urban. This is a solid spot with 3 floors.

Uber hipster flagship store selling everything from custom Converse All-Stars, vintage and designer T-shirts, books, home decor, vinyl, candles, music and clothing. Staff is typically bearded, bright haired, tattooed, eccentric and fairly moody. Prices in the past decade have skyrocketed, so expect to pay $30+ for a t-shirt here. Store plays cool music, and has a lively atmosphere.

Vist there to browse new t-shirts and sneakers. didnt find anything good that time but they have variety of brands such as Stussy, Patagonia. still its limited items. you may find good one for you

I love shopping at Urban Outfitters for interesting gifts and apartment items. I think that they have some really great clothes and shoes but I sometimes get overwhelmed by the selection. The home accessories department is definitely one of my favorites. They have similar items to Anthropologie but at a fraction of the cost. Check out their sale section downstairs for great finds!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Came in for an in-store pick up and it was THE WORST in-store pick up ever. The blonde associate looked so disinterested and walked away from me w/o acknowledging me and I could have sworn she ROLLED her eyes at me when she asked me what I was picking up.Not cool. Not ok. This is one of my favorite stores out in San Francisco. Although the price range varies from time to time it is well worth it. There is always something there for any and everyone and everything makes you look super skinny!

This is by far the best Urban Outfitters in the city! They have all of the clothing on the website, and much more. They have a mens section, too! The sale section is really busy, but there are always great deals.

Pretty standard Urban Outfitters experience. The staff seem to be able to walk the line between too much attention and none at all. There is a clearance section but its usually kind of messy.

I really like the clothes and the style of this store, but their is like no stretch material in the jeans, which sucks for women who have hips, thighs, etc, because the clothes just fall off of us. If they are some stretch they might be able to sell to a bigger demo.

The staff is friendly and good looking. However, I find it almost hard to get through the sale racks. On a lighter note, I love the new featured artists that play in the background.

This store has a lot of interesting products that are very useful. However expect to wait 20 minutes in line, because they generally staff 1 person at the register.

Very good shop, top clothing and quite a large number of clothing on sale. The layout is lovely and there is a large variety.
