Awesome place! This is my go-to haircut place for as long as I remember. Jen is great, Ive been with her when she was still located at CA. So glad I have kept in contact with her all this time. She will always give you her honest opinion on the hair style youd like and even if you change your mind, youd still leave 100% satisfied with her work. I always make an appointment and ask for her. And they also have a point system and I have redeemed these points for the beauty supplies at the store front.

Expensive and the owner was so incredibly rude! On top of that, after the mission I made to get to this place, the owner tells me he has to close early, even tho they still had 3 hours to be open, how convenient. Many other beauty places locally are a much better choice. Avoid this place like the plague!

Customer service is lacking. Theyll follow a black person around but never ask Do you need any assistance? . As a black woman, I ve never bought anything for my personal use. And never will. Ill spend my cash at DISCOUNT BEAUTY SUPPLY on Fillmore.

Its a nice store with a lot of nail supplies. Unfortunately I had bad experience. I was looking for a top coat for my gel polishes. They didnt have gelish So cashier suggested me to take the another one ibd seal, which is lately I found out not working with gel polishes. Dont ask questions or suggestions there about products. Not helpful at all

I love this place. They have recently remodeled the entire store and its twice the size now. TONS of nail colors to choose from. Good supply of brushes, clips, pedi/mani needed items. The hair section is pretty great although you have to dig for some stuff but they may have it all organized now. The reviews I read about the owners being rude is something new to me. I have never been treated poorly in there. Yeah sure, some of the guys may follow you around at first bc they dont know you but thats to be expected. The area isnt the greatest and Im sure they get a lot of TL riffraff so can you blame them? The owners son is super cool. Hes very sweet and stayed late for me one time, I kept apologizing and he was super nice and told me no worries, take your time. Doesnt get much better than that. I do wish they had more of a selection of hair color but other than that, this place is solid.Oh, they also sell colored contacts! Not the cheap-o ones either. I snatched up three pairs of pale blue. ($18 a pair I think. $50 online.) They also have the crazy ones for Halloween/B2B or what have you.
