Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it that. Total snobs, first of all. Marginal and over-priced selection that can found anywhere, second.But the icing is that emailed to ask about services and hours. I wanted proper down cleaning for an expensive duvet. The incompetent fool who wrote to me apparently doesnt even know the hours of his own place of work. He told me a day and time they are not even open. So I braved the bridge traffic on the weekend and drove all the way there only to arrive to a shuttered business.Well done. Really...top notch. Ill use Blanc de Plumes mail in service in Kansas. Better service. And they know what theyre doing.
