Haily is lovely. She was patient as I browsed the dresses and accessories answering any questions. She showed me where my sizes would be and explained the color on the tags indicates the discount % ( I stopped by w/out an appointment) Haily even helped me try on a dress I liked despite not having booked an appointment. The selection is very feminine with lots of sparkles, glitter, and beading details. There were a few classic styles (silk with minimal embellishments) The have a nice selection of accessories - belts, veils, capes, skirts, and laying bridal tops. Ultimately I bought a veil. If the alternations I make to my existing dress dont work out Ill be back to purchase an alternative dress for my big day.

This is a fantastic place to go for off-the-rack wedding dresses. Very appropriate name. There should be more places like this! The gowns are of amazing quality. The sale associates were kind and patient. And they had a lot of lights in the viewing area so the dresses are even more bright and beautiful. So if you need a dress fast, I highly recommend checking out this place. Its not cheap, but the dresses are amazing. Make an appointment!

Bridal Galleria is the best bridal salon in San Francisco. They have a beautiful selection of designer gowns and their level of service is great. Grace in particular is wonderful! She is very accommodating and will give you her honest opinion when it comes to alterations (also, she is a whiz at alternations-- unbelievable). Everyone at my wedding was in awe of my dress and I cannot thank the Bridal Galleria team enough for helping pull off the wedding day look of my dreams!

I will be requesting another stylist to help us as I was disappointed with the experience and service Haily provided. We were 30 mins late to the appointment, but when I called ahead, we were not told this would affect the length of our appointment. I do not understand why I filled out paperwork of information they already had, and nothing I wrote down about my wedding location, or fiances name was even referenced in the appointment.After rushing through 5 gowns in 30 mins. I was not even given a list of the gowns tried, even though I felt strongly about at least 3 of them. I was told by Haily to go around the racks after she had put the gowns back and take pictures of the tags (that were worn down and barely legible) . I have never experienced this in a bridal store before.After asking 3 times for her to write them down or send an email I was told she can do so but it will be much later on when she gets around to it as she was very busy.Having worked in the bridal world, I do understand as a boutique, you have back to back appointments and commitments to all customers. I just think that if this was my first bridal appointment I would have been extremely disappointed and I hope this is not the reality for any of their future customers, as they deserve the full bridal experience with an enthusiastic stylist by their side, when buying the most important dress of their life.

Its a gem hidden in the middle of the hussle and bussle. Staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful. Great recommendations and amazing dresses. Its going to be hard to pick just one...

Had a fantastic experience with Laura -- she was so patient, kind, and sweet. The selection is great for a sample sale store, and youre free to peruse and try on dresses to your hearts content. The prices are an absolute steal for how gorgeous/high-end the dresses are. Will hopefully be back to pull the trigger on my favorite.

Had a really good experience here with Pascale & Grace, and ultimately bought my dream wedding dress here after trying out 70+ gowns in SF, going to almost all the boutiques around including Glamor Closet. Am taking my girlfriend whos getting married here as well, and hope to have another amazing experience.

Wow, stopped by here to browse just because I was next door having lunch and buying cards for my friend’s baby shower, and was shocked about the aggressive service. The off-the-rack part also smells heavily like cigarette smoke. Definitely don’t recommend spending your money (or even time) here.

Jean was an amazing help! She took personal care of me and made me feel like I was the most important person to her at that time. She was very knowledgeable about the gowns, styles and designers. Im thankful she was there to help me.

I had a freaking blast here. Was at a friends birthday. I didnt have to pay a dime so I cant really say much of the pricing. But the vibe in there, was great. Very cool place to dance and have a few drinks with friends. Im not much into the club scene... but this place is cool in my book. The lighting, with the selection of music... really gets you away from the city rush.

I got married in my dream dress thanks to GBridal Galleria, 2 Embarcadero Center. I walked in to browse, and left with a heavily discounted Romona Keveza classic in impeccable condition! The girls were extremely helpful, and the clip system worked well as a means to choose gowns to try on. I only wish that I had looked elsewhere for a veil, as the plain options were quite overpriced.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress here in 2012. pasquale was amazing and found the perfect dress for me almost immediately. from start to finish i didnt have to stress about anything even when i needed some more adjustments last minute.

I had a terrible experience today at this store. I am a size 8 in normal street wear dresses, however, when I went to try on dresses here they failed to notify me that they only carry model sizes. I was humiliated trying to squeeze into their dresses and ended up leaving my appointment early an absolute mess and ball of tears. It was a truly traumatic experience!
