I was fortunate to work with Alexis in search of my wedding dress. Kind and warm, she put me (and my guest accompanying me) immediately at ease and made the shopping experience fun and relaxed. Oh, and she also helped me select a fabulous dress! Thank you, Alexis!

I was thrilled with my experience at Nordstrom SF bridal suite! I was nervous about shopping for a wedding dress but I had Alisa Rylin as my wedding dress stylist and she made the entire experience very enjoyable and productive. She asked some very thoughtful questions in advance of my appointment and was prepared with some dresses pulled she thought I would like - and boy did she nail it! She pulled the dress I ended up purchasing on the first try! I cannot recommend Nordstrom SF and Alisa Rylin as a stylist highly enough!*update - finally got around to posting some wedding photos. We had our dream wedding in Greece and Alisa really helped me pick the perfect dress for the setting. Thanks again!

Im very disappointed in the way theyve handled booking. I made an appointment for this Saturday more than a month in advance. Just over 2 weeks prior to the appointment I was canceled by them because a stylist went on leave. They should have found coverage. As people working in the business of weddings they should know how difficult it is for everyones schedules to line up. And with the wedding being 8 months away alterations would take time assuming we found dresses.I called back asking if there was any way to find coverage because we are not all local, flights have been booked and schedules adjusted to accommodate this specific day, they offered to put me at the top of the waitlist in case anyone cancels. Today, 2 days prior to the date, I call back to follow up only to find I was never put on the waitlist!Now Im being told Im being put at the top of the waitlist again. This business of scheduling is being held completely unprofessionally.1 star for bad customer service, terrible communicators, unreliable, and disorganized.
