Super nice staff came in looking for a dress for a friend out of the blue and they gave great customer service! This is the place if you are bride looking for dress ideas and options. Right in the heart of Union Square in San Francisco.

Very helpful staff and security guard was really helpful because we didnt have an apt but the guard told us to call anyways and they let us in the guy working there was super helpful and answered any questions that we had overall great customer service and very clean

The gown selections are superb but some of the greeters/assistants are pretentious and judgy, causing brides-to-be and their entourage to feel unwelcome.
