Imagine a company that is so bad, they had to change their name. Prices are truly excessive, customer service is nonexistent, no one knows what they are doing. The product is of really low quality, with screen freezes, dropped sound, a horrible interface, a custom service phone number that is 95 percent Artificial Intelligence, a technology that is still in its infancy, and does nothing but waste ones time and patience, and will hang up on you. Comcast AI actually uses sound effects of someone using a typewriter while it attempts to process your request. Id rather have rabbit ears on my TV.

Beautiful service it was by appointment every thing simple and I am a costume also and the people are more than nice I guess that IS where HOLLYWOOD live, they sell Hollywood you know every body love Hollywood. They are in the good mood all the time . You feel like youre in the movies.

The store has good interior design and facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. When I walked in someone asked my name and then they called me according to the order. The waiting time was around 20 minutes each time I have been there (Ive been 2 times).There is a public parking just next to the store. The parking looked convenient and according to the signboard it is $2 per 15 minuets. However, you can park on the street and pay to meter device which is cheaper and finding available spot was easy in time of my visits (early afternoon).

I was there to replace a faulty remote which was handled in a matter of seconds once I was checked in. While the person I dealt with was very polite, he also gave the impression of being very bored. It must have been a slow or boring day for him. Still, I got what I needed taken care of in an expeditious manner.

Only thing that takes the fifth star away is they rely to much on the automatic system. Some issues the computer cant do and you need a live agent for example my iPhone was stolen and the computer is not equip to handle these situations. So instead of send me to a live agent the computer hangs up not cool.

I was in the process of purchasing an internet service online with Xfinity, but decided at the last minute not to go ahead with the purchase. I had not hit the confirm button at that point, but had already put in my credit card information. *Despite the fact that I never actually purchased service with Xfinity, they still put a $25.00 hold on my bank account*. Four frustrating calls with Xfinity customer service later, I have been told that I will need to wait two to four WEEKS for the hold to be removed. Completely ridiculous, and a 100% shady practice for Xfinity to charge customers *even if they dont end up purchasing service*.

Even though I dont like this service provider and they charged me for a year for a box we werent using, never telling us to return it. The store had plenty of workers eager to help. Friendly, helpful staff!! They are set for covid with appt. Times or walk in safely measures on place.

Not helpful at all. I called to cancel my contract because it’s not an option online. I waited on hold for over 2 hours. The website recommended visiting the store due to high call volume. I visited the store, waited in line for 25+ minutes. They claimed to only be doing essential services but refused to help me cancel my contract. If that’s not an essential service, what is?

Xfinity is ripping me off. They are imposing data caps for internet service.I called and spoke with a rep who switched my plan to one with unlimited data. The next month I get an email saying Im near the data cap. I call again and the new rep says I have to rent their hardware to receive unlimited data.They know they have a monopoly and are screwing everybody over because we have no choice. If my kid didnt need internet for school, I would gladly cut off service.

Awful supplier! we suffer with the Internet. They promised 200 megabits for $ 80. Every day the Internet hangs, everything is terribly loaded. Today on a call I found out that I pay 80 $ for a speed of 25 megabits !!!! You che in general there were insolent ?????

Wouldn’t let me drop off my equipment, said I needed an appointment or I could wait 45 minutes. Really frustrating. Recommended I go to a UPS instead to drop it off. So glad that I cancelled Comcast and get to move on. First need to get rid of this tv box that they made me receive even though I didn’t want it or opened it.

I went in here after moving to transfer services to another address and ended up opening a new account because after assuring me of the transfer, the woman behind the desk just opened up a new account. She did try to get me a better deal but I guess she had hooked up too many other costumers.

Greeted immediately by gentleman made me feel instantly at ease. Added an extra $60 per month of over 100 additional channels, double internet speed, DVR and phone land line. Felt shaky about new expense but person who finally helped me trade in my old box for new one patiently answered all of my questions, and there were a lot. As an aside, there were bus stops on both sides of the store at Geary and Divisidero so had fun figuring out where Uber could pick me up but all good at the end.

Every time I’ve been here I’ve walked in and been helped immediately- the most recent experience (transferring my internet account over to a roommate) was a dream - 5 minutes max from beginning to end. I’d recommend booking an appointment online through the website to make sure a team member will be available.

Incredible speeds, awesome customer service, no contracts, and fair pricing.The technician who installed our internet was wonderful. It only took him about 20 minutes to get everything hooked up.Would absolutely recommend.

A had a mixed experience there. The people who greeted me were nice and friendly. I went in for a quick box pick up. They assigned me to an agent who lacked basic customer service skills. She was yawning, looked bored ...and was not well trained. After sitting with her for two hours(no exaggeration), I went home without the box and the changes that she made to my account had increased my bill by over $100. Everything she did was wrong! Because I felt uncomfortable with what she did, I called the service line to get clarity and they corrected her mistakes.

The speeds are impressive, but we are experiencing service disruptions with increasing frequency. They have not communicated with our HOA regarding the reasons for this decline or what they are doing to address it. Until they sort these issues out, I would avoid Xfinity Store by Comcast.

I went in two months ago to give comcast my credit card and I have a 621.00 charge on my credit card. I had to call my bank to get it as a fraud charge. Im almost certain the woman who helped me stole my credit card number. If the manager chooses to contact me so I can tell her which woman it was, I would be happy. Comcast is a horrible company.

Lord have mercy how on earth does one schedule an appointment with Comcast? Yes I know, a very Very VERY simple question, with a simple solution, right? Well, I called, no option to schedule an appointment to physically go to a store, and I know that that option exists. I downloaded the app, the My Acct app, and navigated through the app to a make an appt resulted in no success. Even the help option in the app resulted in no search, “schedule an appointment” apparently isn’t a common question, since it resulted in nothing. No local branch number, so what now?! I just want to schedule an appt to go to one of their stores to simply exchange a cable box that doesn’t work.

I came in to exchange a non working cable box for a new one. Jose Quezada greeted me courteously, uploaded my info and with minimal dialogue handed me a new box. I couldn’t believe it. I wanted to tell him about my problems and realized it was irrelevant. I was out the door in minutes. Thanks Jose!

I went from Comcast Hell to Comcast Heaven in 24 hours. Our main TV (Tivo with Comcast cable card) lost several channels we previously had and in trouble shooting that problem discovered the guest BR TV had no signal and that the master cable box downstairs had been unplugged and not reinstalled. Called the 800 number and after several cycles of their voice mail tree finally got a technician who was absolutely terrible, wouldnt answer questions, didnt let me know what his thinking was, long pauses and waits, then after 45 minutes suggested I exchange the master box (which is what I had suggested at the beginning of the session since it appeared that manual resets and his attempts at sending a reset signal were unsuccessful). So I go to the Geary Blvd Xfinity store, was told there would be a 30 minute wait but was seen sooner. Ferdinand Sugiharto listened carefully to my issues, quickly confirmed that my plan SHOULD have included the missing channels (I was concerned because an earlier call to the billing department for a rise of $30 in my bill resulted in getting a new promotion and I was afraid they had inadvertently canceled some channels), and proposed solving the problem by giving me three master/slave units instead of my previous master/slave, Comcast slave and Tivo slave units. This way each TV functioned independently from each other and a single master/slave unit malfunctioning wouldnt affect all the TVs in the house. He also told me that my plan included a Comcast DVR (which I did not know) so I can now cancel my Tivo subscription. He grasped the problem very quickly, came up with a superb solution, gave me the added benefit of no longer needing a Tivo unit and its associated subscription cost, all done efficiently and professionally. The store itself is clean, has many staff, seems organized. Only downside is no parking other than street parking, unlike the Honey Baked Ham store that use to be in this space. So happy I dont have to go to Potrero or the Westlake store (now moved to Serramonte).

I have had the worst comcast experiences (which is really saying something) at this location. First, my roommate and I went to transfer the account as she was moving out. They said that this was completed, but a month later she received our bill even though she lived in EUROPE making it a nightmare to get it paid. They clearly didnt do it right the first time.Then I went back to the location to get everything resolved. An employee named Lee said he fixed it, that my internet would be turned off, but to call to get my new account turned on. After a week, our internet had never shut off so I went back to Comcast. I spoke to a different employee who said that we needed to create a new account, and made another account.I just went to pay my monthly bill and found that I now have TWO bills for the same address, and have to reach out to Comcast again to fix it. I dont usually go on rants about negative experiences, but this is truly awful. Seriously, the phone/chat option is better than going to this location.

This is the worst experience ever. Came in, they asked me to take a seat, that someone would take care of me in 15 minutes. Got to the store at 10 am. After waiting well over an hour, no one ever took care of me. The excuse was that they are new in the cell industry and that this is what happens when they only have new people working (Adrian ... guy with a pony tail / that also asked for 15 mins)A person that seems to be a manager, she was on the cell phone the whole time while I asked her a simple question about when I was next. Didnt even look at me.Its craaaaazy. Just wanted to activate a phone. And it turned into something like a DMV visit. Do not come here

While I did have an appt and it took them a while to get to me (about 15 min after my scheduled appt time) the manager came to assist me with questions before I was helped and once I was helped by the staff they answered all of my questions with ease. I certainly feel this location should be the standard for other Comcast locations.
