A marvelous selection of chocolates and other candies at reasonable prices. There something for everyone even some novelties like BBQ mealy worms. Yum. The ice cream and sorbets appear to be hand made and verge on the edge of being fine Gelato. The flavors were outstanding.

Theres a huge selection of chocolates in nice displays and also ice cream. They accept digital wallet payments too and the service was good.

Stopped by to enjoy the smells, but left with a couple of pieces of English toffee, which is my favorite.

Fantastic shopping experience! had everything I needed, sales associates were awesome and helping me locate what I couldnt find. great customer service and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone as an enjoyable shopping experience. it is one of the best places in town for a convenient shopping trip. WORST STAFF EVER. This store is the worst store I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service.I URGE everyone to BOYCOTT THIS location for their illegal discrimination towards people with a disability.As a person with a disability and in need of a medical alert dog, this location decided to make up their own rules about federal law. First, they illegally asked me to leave. Second, the illegally refused me to purchase anything.Under ADA Law and stated by the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, “Under the ADA, State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go.”ADA law was violated by this San Francisco Chocolate Store location in Fisherman’s Wharf. Furthermore, they posted an illegal sign that denied access to a federally protected class and choosing what type of task was allowed in the store—-which is illegal!

This is fabulous Chocolate store. They sell lots of chocolate, sweets, candies even Signature Ice Cream and Sorbet. If you are a Choco Lover, this is a Must Visit place while in San Francisco.

Excellent store excellent food I love the chocolate the ice cream is very delicious the place is very clean and breath taking but there was a cashier there accusing me and my wife stealing ice cream very embarrassing and traumatizing if it was not for my wife telling me to calm down it would have been chocolate everywhere we have to do better

2020 Review: The store is lined with tasty sweets and chocolate-dipped treats. The dark chocolate treats were especially tasty, and treats were high quality. Not many people frequent this area nowadays, especially with the current covid restrictions but the quality of treats are still good.A general downside to being in this area (especially now) is that the area has a handful of unassuming tourists who are either inconsiderate (or at least are ignorant) of the mask mandate when walking around outside.Loved the dark chocolate covered coconut haystack, rocky road, and peanut butter cookie. This place is awesome! They have a great variety of chocolate and candy. I got a 72% dark chocolate ice cream which Ive never seen before and it was amazing as well as their all real strawberry ice cream.

Really great selection of sweets and very friendly personnel not in your face but more then willing to help if you need it.

We purchased two bars of Ghirardelli salted caramel chocolate bars and a packet of Jose Cuervo filled chocolate balls and realized at home all of them expired months ago. I understand that the sales have plummeted because of the lockdown, but the associates should check the shelves a lot more often and sort out expired goods.

We picked up a chocolate covered twinkie, a whit chocolate and milk chocolate giant peanuts butter cup, it was cupcake size and only 3.50! A double scoop of chocolate moose and chocolate mint ince cream, and milk chocolate malts balls. They all were splendid! Very well done!

Very overpriced and the fudge was unimpressive. It was overly sweet and not at all like the fudge at pier 39, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The sweet aroma of delicious desserts immediately greets you at the door. You initially stand still overwhelmed by the fantastic display of candies before you, trying to take in all of the displays. This candy store has an exceptional variation and assortment of all things candy and divine!! Browsing this store is a treat in itself. You will find many old favorites and new ones you have never seen. The hand made ice cream is definitely something to try. All of the candies that we bought were packed with flavor and were quickly consumed. The prices are on the higher side. Though in this location, mostly tourists, that seemed to be normal by the end to us. The staff were friendly and attentive. To any one one that loves candy, this is a must visit!

Some reviewers have never had natural candy. No preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup means the candies dry out easier and get a big hard. Scandinavians love chewing on hard gummies and candies, it is perfectly normal and how candy gets if it has no added emulsifiers or preservatives. Ive been here dozens of times and their candy is always good.

The cookies and cream fudge is super super good. My boyfriend and I make a point to go to this store and get that fudge every time we visit Fishermans Wharf. Its become our new tradition. Were both a fan of white chocolate so this is perfect

Totally charming and sweet with the small neighborhood store vibe. The candy selection is wide (many varieties of gummies, chocolates and old fashion favorites), the service is friendly and helpful. Prices are clearly displayed on all of the items. Blows Miette out of the water.

What friendly staff! Had the pecan turtles. I think they were the best I’ve ever had. They have some interesting ice cream flavors and offer free samples. They’ll rope you in with the free samples. I wasn’t even planning on ice cream but couldn’t turn it down after trying the samples.

Absolutely loved this place! It was so cute! We got chocolate covered bacon, and I recommend it. They do have a $5 minimum on card payments, though.

What a great little store! First of all, they had non-sugar chocolate, and they were DELICIOUS. They are a very helpful store with really great people working there. The manager knew what she was talking about and so when I asked her what they were made with, she was able to tell me right away. Fantastic! They have so many delights and delicious confections that I recommend them highly to anyone wanting to satisfy their sweet tooth!

Fantastic homemade ice cream. Golden coffee had a depth of strong flavor. Cookies and cream had big chunks of oreos. Make sure you upgrade to the chocolate dipped cone for 50 cents more.

I found sugar free chocolate and candy here. They have a good variety of candies at this location. I was in the north bay looking for candy for my wife for Valentines day. I use to go to Rocky Mountain candy on Jefferson St. I was saddened to see they were gone, but just down the street I found my new candy store San Francisco Chocolate Store. Ill be coming back.

Chocolate was bomb

Well, neat store but very rude lady working there did not listen to what I ordered and responded to me like I was bothering her, when I asked for a small bag I was charged ten cents. I struggled to get the ten pennies out of my wallet and she became very angry with me and said nevermind just take, I insisted at this point to give her the ten cents because of her treatment so I left the ten cents there and walked away. Be nice to people!!!! I was the only customer in the store.

Love the soft brittle with milk chocolate. Best way to describe this is a very very fresh butterfinger. Yummy. Turtle candy available with multiple nut choices. Lots of other chocolates. Strawberry ice cream is delicious. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were visiting San Francisco and stopped by here heading to Pier 39 and WHOAH, this place was so cool! We got two little cream chocolates. My husband loved it. They have so many options for eating or getting gifts.

Chocolate slaps hella hard. I definitley reccomend trying some truffles, which are gonna cost a bit but they look and taste super good. Offers a huge variety of chocolate and San Francisco souvenirs and paraphernalia.

The only thing I ever get here are the filled soft black licorice tubes. I can eat a whole bag. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Stopped in the first night we were in San Francisco and the fudge was so good I went back the next day for more. I bought almost everyones souvenirs there. I cant wait to visit it again!
