T-shirt and accessories store very near the Wharf. Lots of cool clothing, riding gear and Harley stuff. Very friendly staff.

We found all the dealer collectibles we were looking for (shirts, shot glasses and poker chips). The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Interesting souverirs from SF I bought here - cool T-shirts, magnets, stickers, etc. Very nice stuff, I took interesting photos of old bikes, several dozen years old. For example modell A-7 from 1911.

Great selection of Harley Davidson products. There should be something here for anyone. Nice clean store and quite central. However, service was non-existent and some items were priced pretty steeply and there were no specials like we saw at other stores.

Great customer Alcatraz Harley-Davidson was very knowledgeable. Took my Alcatraz Harley-Davidson in for some work, in and out in the same day. Great overall experience.

Strictly apparel and trinkets, but some cool stuff specific to the Alcatraz theme. Worth the trip just to say, I got the shirt!

We were surprised by the business hours, ( Thursday to Sunday 10 am to 5 pm ) but we were determined to get our Alcatraz Harley Davidson shirts before riding out .Staff was friendly and helpful.

I tried calling to look for a cap for my boyfriend for Christmas, my local dealership helped me out to find who has it and this store did. I called and asked for them to look, obviously did not look because I was on the phone with them the whole time told me that there was a lot of shoplifters and that’s why he didn’t have it. Also said that if I was not in his dealership That he would not sell to me. Why would you not want to make money. Was not friendly at all. Will not be calling them again.

Great place nice people but hard to find parking on the weekend

$100.00 for 2 t shirts and they want to charge for a bag. Half a block down the street spend 14.00 on 2 shirts and got a free bag, or perhaps they are smart enough to build the bag into the price. Employee stated store will be under water in 100 years... I was like well the bag has already been produced. Will not return.

Small store, but had plenty to choose from. I loved that they offered merchandise from all the different stores so that there was plenty of variety and for those that collect things from each, it makes it a lot easier to get it all. The service was great, the staff was attentive and helpful.

It is a nice store with very nice workers. I was disappointed at the fact that they had a much larger selection of men’s clothes then women’s clothes and a lot of the women’s clothes were showy (let’s go with that) and not practical for actual riding. Also small story: a baked came into the store looking for a bathroom and the employees kicked him but still I don’t recommend to come here if you have little kids in case that happens again.

Sad shirt size selection. Obviously all of the better looking prints are going to be hot sellers. Absolutely no L or XL. I unfortunately had higher expectations for a Harley apparel location such as well, let’s see here,.... Fisherman’s Wharf, where there’s constant tourist traffic. The cashier was rather rude, and seemed to become irritated that I was looking for a hidden L or XL.

I collect Harley Davidson t-shirts where ever I travel around the country. I was happy with the t-shirts that I purchased. Dudley Perkins Harley Davidson owns this location store I heard. A lot to offer for a small store.

Went in to grab an sf tank top real quick. All sales staff in the back, not to come out when the door chime sounded. Not a big deal but fresh reefer aroma coming from behind the counter. Absolutely no acknowledgement from staff until I brought my purchase to the counter. Im not too bugged as my transaction was simple but it was enough of an experience to write a review.

Horrible customer service! We were in town for Fleet Week and I purchased a T shirt here. When I arrived at home I noticed a hole near the armpit. I called the store and got the run around. Emailed pics and the receipt and was told the Manager would contact me. Every time I try to make contact I am told Manager is only person that can help me, amazingly the Manager is never available. Shameful!

This is the first HD that I have gone and no say hi or good day. Has a funky smell. Very disappointed.

Great place.we stayed at the Hyatt do definitely needed to stop by ..when we went their were 2 employees which the older gentlemen was helpful but the younger chick wasnt she could not get the security tag off a hat and was just boring ...anyways glad they had bigger sizes as well

Love the parts department. I mean, they are awesome. Their service department is ALWAYS 1 month out on service. So, if you are like me and ride everyday - this aint the place to take your bike. Frustrated as I tried 2 different times of the year to get a set of tires installed and was told sorry but it will be 4 weeks.

Highly annoyed! Internet says the shop is open but get there and it is closed. Well, they might have run out of closed signs because the Wednesday didnt have the word closed next to it. I am from Australia and make a point of collecting Harley pins ant T shirts from the stores in the countries I visit. Poor show guys!

Thay should let people know there a novelty story no motor cycles for sale, but cool peeps and shirts made in USA very pricey but it is down town San Francisco.
