Outstanding service at this Chanel store. Right when you walk in, the sales people are so friendly and nice. There is currently a waiting list to enter the store, but it is definitely worth the wait. Deborah McCorkle helped me in the shoe department and she was so friendly and helpful. They definitely go above and beyond at this location and make your shopping experience a memorable one.

Worst experience I have ever had. SA was extremely pretentious as if I couldnt afford anything and kept asking if I shopped at Chanel before. They wouldnt let me get on the waitlist for any of the classic flaps saying itll be too long and I probably wouldnt be able to get it anyway.

Really bad customer service. SA is not helpful at all. She kept asking me “do you like it or not?” rather than helping me to find the one that I like. I ended up going to a different boutique and the SA there provided me much more information/ product list that I can buy/ put my name on the waitlist. Don’t waste your time in this store!

The Sa is not helpful at all. He looks seem abused me. I asked anything about did you have business card. He didnt seem interested in what I said. DONT BUY IN THIS STORE. Go buy las vegas is better. You have to look well for him to be nice to you. 👌🏻 And then for sure i gonna return it and buy new store:)

I got a cute little purse here. It’s a hit or miss when you come into this store. It’s either pretentious or not, there’s no in between. Lol...I know it’s Chanel but still. This last time Cari helped me and she was very nice and accommodating. I would come back here and shop from her. This is the little cutie I got.

Staffs are not my favorite, but they have pretty good inventories. I miss my old SA in the South coast plaza in SoCal. 😓 SAs in this boutique are just okay. They eventually help you out, but it always takes so long to get the communication back. Never felt they are nice nor giving you the feeling of happiness/excitement to get your coco🖤🤍

Le service Chanel aux Etats-Unis, c’est terrible et/ou pathétique.Also, they completely ruined my long anticipated excitement of gifting my wife a pair of Chanel sneakers on the day of our first ever anniversary, but you or they most likely do not really care (everyone has to look out for his or her own sad feelings, right? It’s a tough, tough world out there!).Lucky that this brand has got some of the best creative flair in the whole wide world, because otherwise, with this kind of “service” (what is it? a clownesque operation?), it would be tremendously hard for this store to justify remaining in business as it is without major rehashing.

Service was okay, our SA was attentive and very patient. She worked hard with her supervisor to get me the o-case in the color I wanted from another store.But, they don’t serve drinks to patrons, covid or not. So, not the best place for a fun shopping day with your friends. It felt more utilitarian than luxe. Out of our list when shopping for Chanel.Also my O-case arrived with black spots on it. It was shipped from the Houston store. Good thing it came off with some light cleaning, otherwise, I would’ve returned it. 😂

Ventured here on a Thursday late morning without an appointment with my girlfriend. Was able to immediately enter and had the pleasure to work with Ceci Peng. I was looking for an everyday cross-body bag and scored! So so happy!! I also bought a CC brooch with beautiful baguettes. My GF bought her second CC bag this week; she left with a beautiful glittery black tweed that is absolutely gorgeous! Ceci was extremely helpful and spent a good amount of time with us. She was very professional, personable and attentive. Such a great experience for our day of much needed retail therapy!!! She is our new CC BFF!! ❤️

Was at this store in December. The first day we walked in, the store was very busy and we were pretty much ignored. The next morning we went in when the store had just opened. It was my good fortune to meet Gina, who was very friendly and helpful. So helpful, she found me both my wish list items as well as a third item that had to come home with me. I later discovered Id misplaced my prescription reading glasses and left her a message, She promptly returned my call, checked to see if they had been found, and texted the rest of the staff as well to be on the look out for them. Great service!

Chanel SF has been stridently fighting the opening of a luxury cannabis/weed store, near to the Chanel store. I think theyre unaware that many fashionistas also like weed. I own quite a few Chanel items, but I wont be shopping here—or with this brand—in the future. Not a good look for Chanel.

Love this store! The service is excellent and they have a couple levels to show different products and clothing. I really love the Beauty section in the back where all the makeup is housed. I first stumbled on the makeup section a while ago and started talking to the makeup artist, Jonathan, and ever since then, I go back every couple months to just buy whatever latest item they have out. I switched my foundation, my lipstick, and brow pencil to Chanel since Jonathan recommended it. Also, try the Sublimage line!

So I’m a guy and not into Chanel or handbags at all. I have a good friend who is. I cannot personally speak to the products or the insane prices, because those are beyond my comprehension. But I can speak for the customer service. I don’t know if Marcia is still there, but she knows a thing or two about excellent customer service. She was super helpful and patient with my indecisive friend. I felt bad for Marcia, but she handled it like a pro.

The worst experience one can have . They will not return your call after you purchase with them. They do not even give a tracking number and are horrible to deal with. The absolute worse experience. You spend a ton of money with them and they do not care. The 1-800 chanel customer service is not that great either and are no customer service whatsoever just redirect to boutique. Worst customer service. Linda the so called director can not give anyone a call back. Spent almost 4k on something that never came. Biggest nightmare and they can not help me whatsoever. This is not a company that cares. I bought a black tote for 3500 and tax but they could care less.

I bought Chanel sunglasses... You would think that for the price I paid, they would be of great quality! NOT!!!Just after a few wears, the tinting is foaming and has air bubbles (if thats what its called).And I cant even exchange them as I threw out the receipt :(Never buying Chanel glasses again!!!

Update 2021: You are unable to book any appointments online, you cannot call into the store directly, the SAs have not gotten back to me, and maybe you can get a walk in if you can wait an indeterminate amount of time. Extremely frustrating - I have a full time job and schedule to adhere to, I can’t wait for *maybe* a call back for an appointment. I was long gone 1.5 hours later when an appointment did open up.Try the Neiman location for quicker access.—-I bought a medium black caviar flap in Italy, under pressure because it was the last one in store and we were leaving Europe tomorrow. I left with this heart wrenching feeling it wasnt the one. I had ditched the bulky box, but had the receipts and all the original wrapping except for the tissue paper on the handles.The SF Chanel store was very accommodating when I asked for an exchange. Troy took the time to answer my questions on how international returns and exchanges work over the phone.I received great customer care from Linda. She was incredibly patient, as I asked for a new bag from the back and scrutinized the bag for any issues. Another associate packed the bag for me and was apologetic when they didnt have the right sized box. Would love to have Linda as my SA again. I am now a happy owner of a lambskin flap!Pro tip: When you call and they ask you where to route your question, just tell them what it is. Otherwise you might get sent to an answering machine.

One star is too more! The store is filled with people and the customer service is too busy to provide patient service. I must remind me this is CHANLE boutique rather than the low-end retail store.I bought a pair of earrings. The staff told me there is no maintenance service and the return policy is extremely strict, only 14 days, with the arrogant expression!There are too many substitute brand!If you dont want a horrible experience, just avoid here~

Have been to this boutique a number of times - as its the only one in SF. my experience at first was not that great as its a very busy shop and a big tourist attraction so i think its a lot for them to handle. after moving here, i connected with some of the stylist - nicole and davide - and since then, they have taken great care of me and my wife. weve had a couple private sessions upstairs, which i highly recommend if you want the full experience. the selection is pretty good but light on jewelry though.

The WORST boutique I have ever been to. Customer service is a joke! I purchased sunglasses in New York at the soho store (amazing customer service). Went to the SF boutique to exchange for a different style. Took it home wore it literally twice. Had it stored in the case. I noticed a small scratch on the front of one of the mirrored lenses. Thought it was a smudge and used the provided cloth to polish it. The more I polished the worse it got. Went from a tiny scratch to a size of a quarter where the mirrored finish has rubbed off! I took it back to the SF store to see if they could do something about it. The salesperson told me it was my fault for the scratch and didnt even offer to repair it. The scratch I understand but I think chanel quality should not have rubbed off like that!! If I had purchased them at Nordstrom they would have exchanged for a new one!!!!!

If you are thinking about shopping here I would recommend going somewhere else that sells Chanel or avoiding the brand altogether. The service is awful, and the staff is condescending and rude.I purchased a pair of earrings here in 2007. Over the past nine years I have had the earrings repaired somewhere between 5-10 times, had to exchange them 3-5 times, and actually worn the earrings maybe 15 times. I swear if I look at these earrings the wrong way the crystals fall out!Recently, I went in to have the earrings repaired... again when the sales associate told me that they no longer repair the earrings, because Chanel realizes that they are faulty. It only took them 2-3 different style changes, and 10 plus years to figure this out!! The sales associate then told me that I could exchange them for store credit toward another pair of earrings that cost 200-300 more than my store credit. I was standing in the store thinking... Is this a joke? Why would any right minded human want to fork over more money so that the same problem can happen all over again????!I decided to hold off and email customer service. I have not decided which is worse the service in the store or the online support - jury is still out.All in all I want to extend my advice to anyone interested in Chanel DO NOT SHOP HERE! I do not think it is worth mentioning names of employees, but I will say the quality of the product, and the terrible service is not worth it. Go to another brand like Louis Vuitton or Celine where you get what you pay for, and where the staff actually cares about their customers.

I mostly buy outside of the U.S. because the service is better and Ill go back to that. I bought a few things from Joyce a few weeks ago and she was lovely which lead me to think I should give the store another chance. WRONG. I mentioned that I have an old bag 15+years that needed a ornamental ball replaced if possible. She asked for a photo which I sent her and she still didnt know, said bring it in. I did that yesterday she couldnt locate the serial number Im certain I peeled the sticker out (before there was a tag sewn in) and didnt have the authenticity card at any rate she asked a colleague for help, a third person appeared and took over and Joyce just left. While it was annoying that I couldnt get my old bag sorted, I was disappointed in the service. The store was empty so she could have said something. Im going to work on something else and leave you with this person (never introduced himself). I wanted to do some shopping but after the man who was more than a bit rude, and when confronted with it gave me an insincere apology. I just left and realised its much better to shop in Chanel boutiques when Im abroad.
