North Face is one of the best brands for adventure wear in the world. Also, love the design of the downtown SF location!

Its nice to see this place open. Very neat and clean with helpful staff.( Actually they are exceedingly nice. They ask if they can help, they point you in the right direction, and then they disappear until you need them.) The colors this year are a little too bright for me. Other than that, the down jackets are as fluffy as ever. The North face down jacket that I own for the past 10 years is just beginning to wear out. Im anxiously awaiting my new North Face down jacket. Much of downtown San Francisco these days appears post apocalyptic. North Face is a bright shiny object.

Nicely designed store that really fits the outdoor vibe of the brand, with its modern displays complimented by wood floors and circular lighting racks. Staff was very attentive, friendly, helpful, and willing to engage in the customer experience. Shoutout to those guides, once again.

I expect will find my favourite shoes, unfortunately not many selection especially for small size ~40, and for child apparel too.

This is their flagship store. Its three levels and has all the latest clothing lines. Also, if they dont have something in stock, you can buy it online (including multiple sizes), and return the ones you dont want or dont fit to the store. You can also ship to store and try on/return there.

The place have a good amount of clothes, backpacks and shoes, but I had a big problem, they sold me accidentally sold a backpack twice times expensive than the backpack I primarily choose, to be my money back it was a mess, more than a hour waiting for a solution that I’m suggested in the beginning!

I love North Face. They have all the quality gear that you would need for what ever kind of out door activity on your agenda. I was looking for a particular style of cold weather parka. I found the parka that I was looking for. But unfortunately not in the color I wanted. I was also looking for the lined flannel shirts and they didnt have any of those either. This is usually the time that you need them.

This store is great! Awesome mountain and snow gear downstairs and casual things upstairs. The employees are very knowledgeable about all their product and will even assist you for gearing up on a future trip with 1 on 1 assistance. If you need anything from camping, snowboarding, skiing, to just something to keep you warm and dry around the city this is the place to go. Plus you get a lifetime warranty on all of their products!

I like this store because everything is well displayed in a bright uncluttered store. The sales people are friendly and helpful here. I need to buy a birthday present for a friend, but didnt know his size. The sales guy asked if I needed help and I said not sure about the size. He asked me point out someone in the store similar in height and size, he was able to help me get the right size. No pressure here with sales people following you around.

I’m suspected to talk about the products of this brand. I really like and trust on the North Face products. Unfortunately the price in general isn’t cheap. The staff in the store use to be kindly and friendly. I’m super recommend.

Located in down town San Francisco close to union square. Has a large selection of outdoor gear. The only thing is that they never seem to carry 3XL and I like many others dont like the jackets fitted. There solution is to either order online or they just dont make it in a 3XL which neither is good. Other than that its a good place for some outdoor clothing.

A great place to checkout the current TNF line of clothes, gear, shoes etc, but the you really need to catch the Black Friday deals before the Holidays. A better alternative is to hit the “TNF Outlet ship in Berkeley for better prices (but much more narrow selection)

This hotel has an old architecture that keep it beauty. The client has to know that there isnt bathroom in the room, just in the sidewalk. It is a little detail that you has to keep in mind, specially if you are traveling with kids. But in general has a great location, close to everthing

Great store with a hint of everything they offer including the latest. Contrary to normal belief, unless you are looking for a lot of assistance, you should come during busier hours. The number of service reps during the day is honestly overbearing. If you are just browsing or making decisions on personal taste, youll likely be a little annoyed with the consistent prodding of the sales floor folks.

Bought a jacket love it good price

Great selection, I was pleasantly surprised by their ice climbing gear selection, if I recall correctly its only petzl stuff, but its rare to find that stuff, most REIs dont even carry that stuff. In addition to this welcome surprise they had everything from lounge wear to gear to summit Everest.

Terrible. Their lifetime warranty is falsely advertised as a free lifetime warranty. They still charge $85 for any repairs.
