Little window serving solid coffee!La Lucha coffee bar is located in Thee Parkside and it opens earlier than the restaurant in the morning (still not really that early though). There are some small tables by the side. Its a nice spot to grab coffee for folks at the Jackson Park across the street so it can get busy during the weekend.
Much like the bar its attached to, the staff here is completely incredible. If youre fortunate enough to get Laura, Malia, Kelli, and especially Shane go buy yourself a lottery ticket cause youre one lucky s.o b.
Great location, wonderful coffee, super friendly staff / owner and bicycle friendly. Whats not to love!
Got a shot of espresso and it was one of the best Ive ever had! Lots of flavor with no bitterness. Whoever dialed in is really great at their job. Thanks for the great coffee!
Great coffee in a neighborhood where its hard to find. The barista was nice, and the drinks were made nicely. Sitting in a dark bar was a bit weird at first, but it was nice to have a quiet, spacious place to talk. Will definitely come back again. Feels like a secret.
Good option for quick quality coffee in Potrero. There are donuts from dynamo some days too.

Delicious coffee (!) and fast, friendly service. I always look forward to my morning coffee from here.
This place is located inside Thee Parkside, but have a corner of their own. Window slot was only for fresh air as I thought you can order from outside. Instead, youll need to walk inside to order and pay. They serve serve coffee with beans from Sightglass. The girl barista is cool and engaging with whatever you asked her. Its just one of those old-school cafe that dont spend much on the place, but enough for coffee connoisseurs to admire.
Best coffee in lower potrero
