The name and address on the ID must match the name and billing address of the card used for the purchase.2. Picture or copy of a Utility Bill (such as a phone bill, water bill, etc): the name and address on the utility bill must match the name and billing address on the ID.3. Picture or copy of the credit card(s) used for purchase; the picture must contain the last 4 digits of your credit card number.For your privacy, please remove or cover any sensitive information on the documents. We only need to see the address and name on the photo ID and utility bill and the last 4 digits of your credit card number.1) The billing address and shipping address were not different2) There were not several orders or several attempted orders to the delivery address.3) It was my first order, which was about $200. So there was no basis for an average order amount4) Their system successfully charged my account with no issues immediately indicating no issues with verifying my address.

Customer service is lacking every time I come in. The store is underwhelming in my opinion. I was in Seattle the other day and that location is on a whole different level compared to the SF location. In Seattle the sales associates were quick to ask if I needed help with anything, they were attentive and personable. This BAIT location is mediocre at best.

Very cool store. One of my favorite types: a boutique with street wear and vinyl toys. I collect toys and they have great things here. Even if I cant afford some of those big pieces its fun to see stuff by the likes of Ron English and Marcel Dzama.The Bait branded clothing is quality. The pieces with Tetsuin Atom are particularly hot. They have kicks for days.Super nice staff. Definitely worth a stop if youre into this culture!

Worst shopping experience Ive ever had. Shoes werent organized, employees werent helpful, etc. Would never go back. Seriously, any place is better. Would give negative stars if I could.

Thank god this isnt just another sneaker boutique. A really nice mix of collectibles (toys), collab street wear (think Marvel characters meet Bait style hoodies, and solid selection kicks. Definitely coming back on my next visit.

Otaku culture meets fashion in a super cool environment. Great selection on kicks and clothes. They always have crazy deals on holidays like 4th of July.

Waited in line for shoes and was the first 10. On their insatgram they said they had a full size run so I waited for 5 hours earlier. 20 min before they open they said they got a split shipment. Went home empty handed sitting out in the cold weather.
