Perfectly fine Gamestop with mostly really friendly employees that love to talk about video games, which is really cool. Ive bought several systems and gone overboard buying games here more than once. Not always the biggest selection but only because its a smaller mall location but they also always had wanted so I cant complain.

Staff was exceptionally rude and one staff member actually called me a liar when I went in to pick up a preorder. What shouldve taken 3 minutes took over an hour. Ive shopped at plenty of well-staffed GameStops; this is not one of them. Find a different place for gaming wants/needs.

Great store! employees are super nice and patient and they have a surprisingly good stock considering the store is rather small! they have a great selection of ds and 3ds games and an ok selection of switch and ps4 games as well. i think they recently got rid of the display with ps3 games but they still have them if you ask :) would recommend if you’re looking for new or pre-owned games or accessories.

I really like this gamestop. I go to get a gift card for games, traded 2 of my nintendo switch games for a fine amount of money. Friendly service. Just love it.

The staff here were incredibly helpful, especially Otto (I think that was his name)! They made sure we got the best deal when we came in with a PS4 to trade in, made great recommendations, the whole nine yards.

This GameStop is better that the one in Westlake. They still try to up sell you but theyre not that pushy.

Fast service and great stock! I needed to get an amiibo and the cashier told us to ask one of the people that work there and there were some people available to help and he got out 5 amiibo I wanted very quick and the payment was VERY EASY too. This is a very good GameStop store!

Best games they have every games abd sometimes limet time consoles like a ps1 or nintedo ds or even a sega console

Game stop is a good place for gaming related stuff. This game stuff didnt seem to have a lot of stuff you would normally see at other locations. They did not have any playstation 4 pro bundles other than the pre order ones.All good but overall Id say is a very small store.

Great place to get bb video games

I have been swindled for the last time. This is the third reservation that I have made at this location and it is the third time that they have not fulfilled their commitment.  I would like some clarification how 3 of the 4 locations near me have guides and preorders fulfilled and the Stonestown location did not.  Why is it that I had to pay to preorder something, and not receive it when it was promised.  On top of that; those who did speak to me in store - Austin, AJ, Joelle, and Elena were of no help, assistance, or comfort and not only dismissed my questions and concerns with attitude the employees tried to lie to me about the order due date. I paid to preorder and expected to get it on a certain day and time.

It was very cramped when i went there but the employees made me feel comfortable even while it was busy

A gamestop like any othera bit smaller, but generally have any game you might be looking for.if they dont have it, they will be more than happy to call another store to have them hold it for you while you go over there.

Friendly envirjonment. Super easy to trade ypur unwanted games, equip, etc for cash or merchandise
