This is not an in person retail store! Looked for it forever (it’s on the 3rd floor inside Neiman Marcus) only to find it is a place you take your own designer goods to resell! There is no place to buy their goods other than online.

I Arrived at 5:10 around 45 mins before closing (which is 6:00pm) and they won’t let me in saying they are about to close. I already paid for parking expecting to sell my items how inconvenient. I decided to still head up to the 3rd floor and there were 3 people working standing there gossiping and laughing. Instead of taking in a customer because they are “getting ready to close” they are doing nothing sitting around for 45 mins until the close. Instead of wasting time I rather take my items to the real real next time.

Update: Problem finally solved after emailing back and forth with Kaitlyn, a very helpful representative who responded quickly. I feel that it’s easier to talk to them by email because when I called they turned down my request straight away.———————————-I submitted 2 packages - first package I asked for Store Credit (+10% bonus) and the second I asked for Direct Deposit. I filed them separately and even sent them in different boxes to make it clear that I was requesting 2 different payment methods. Fashionphile specifically asked sellers to submit forms which clearly stated my chosen payment method along with the items that were included in that particular box. Which part of that is not done correctly??? Fashionphile didn’t check the forms clearly and went straight ahead to paying me with Direct Deposit for the first package (the one that I requested Store Credit for because I wanted the 10% bonus so buy something from them afterwards). If they’re not going to look at those papers, why bother asking sellers to print them out and send them??? Do they actually need me to call them because it was wrong of me to expect them to check the papers that they asked for??? They said once payment has been initiated they couldn’t do anything. I understand that part but how about issuing a credit note for the 10% bonus that I was supposed to get? The answer was no. I said to them I was ready to purchase an item that was already in my cart but I need the 10%...they appeared not to care about business from me and said no. Wow, this is how they deal with their own negligence like “ya, too bad. Not gonna do anything about it. Take it or leave it.”

I bought a Gucci New American Flag Limited Edition boston bag & an 18K white gold with diamonds Cartier C logo ring...They came exactly how they were described online. I havent gone to the store & Im satisfied purchasing their items online. I bought them both from their Excellent condition category. I love Fashionphile, they satisfy my passion for using high end designer stuff for less.

Poor customer service -- they do not want to resolve your issues. Update: It’s funny how someone from the company reached out on Google Reviews but when I contacted them they still didn’t respond. Beware of this company.

I bought an LV Alma PM bag from them. No where in the description did it say the handles were sticky. In my excitement I removed the tags, took it out of the packaging and OMG the handles were sticky! I mean lollipop sticky. I called the client representative and they said theyre nothing they could do because I took the tag off already. I said you could at least have described the bag accurately - that the handles feel like an old lollipop. She said they would have cleaned it and never sold a bag like that, yet here we are. Unbelievable. If you buy anything from them, keep that damn tag on. They never offered to have it cleaned, which is what I was hoping they would do. Instead they only offered to buy it back for 70% of the price. She went so far as to say I probably did it. Worst customer service and deceptive descriptions.

Fashionphile is currently closed I believe that the closure is permanent as there is a retail for lease sign above the boarded up front of the business

If I could give this company a 0 stars I would! I’ve purchased two bags from them, one Celine and one Saint Laurent. The Celine one was in average condition and the Saint Laurent one was in poor condition. I decided to sell back the Celine one in 6 months because I barely used it and it was way too heavy. They claimed I put extra wear on it and compared it with photos they had previously taken. The photos they used are in bright lighting and you cannot see anything on it. I feel like their business practices are quite poor - also while you wait, you feel like you’re in a jail while they’re examining your designer bag. Forget used, I’m going back to the designer to buy brand-new and will tell all the people I know never to buy or sell with this brand again! What a waste of my morning and my time. Don’t let them lowball you and definitely don’t give them your business!

Took a cab from my hotel. I was so excited to visit this store. It was disappointing that the employees decided to not lift a hand when I couldn’t get in the door. Guess I will continue to do business with Tbe Real Real.
