Poppy is very responsive, knowledgeable, and has assisted me with packing valuable items for shipping, selecting shipping services, internet and printing services, and post office box rental. Pricing is very reasonable and excellent service. It is conveniently located; parking availabilty is good.

Have been a customer there for years and its great to have a local business like this in the neighborhood.The owner Poppy is really friendly and helpful, and Im proud to support it. I believe they also have work spaces you can rent as well which is pretty cool for a little neighborhood in the sunset.Its important to note that Poppy is the recent new owner of Offix Edge, and she has been great. The one star reviews and replies I believe are related to and from the former owner. Regardless of the content of those older reviews, its important to know that Poppy is now the new owner.
I came in today to cut down a few pieces of paper. Ive come in multiple times for printing services. The new(ish) owner was extremely helpful and friendly! Always reliable, always affordable, always quick. Highly recommend.
In the 5 years Ive lived in the Sunset, this place has been my go-to. Theyre better stocked than most of the chain stores and they always have exactly what I need. Ive never left with anything less than I exactly what I came in for.If youre looking to print some pages or pack a shipment, skip buying supplies and print services from UPS/FEDEX, come here to do it.

The tools from self service computers to specialized Architect and Engineering Printers are easily accessible.Overall experience is the ease of completing ones needs and attentiveness of the owner.

Offix Edge is awesome! Everything I need to work remotely during this Covid craziness. Space is very clean, Internet connection is FAST, and free coffee! I would strongly recommend this place to anybody in the outer sunset who needs to get out of their house or away from their family for a few hours, or a few days.

Always, since Day One, Offix Edge on Noreiga and 30th has been an add to the neighborhood. The current owner/manager, Poppy as we all know her, is a gem. She and her staff at the shop provide top grade service, including secure scanning (important for me, as an attorney required to protect client confidences). On top of that, it is evident that Poppy genuinely takes the time to get to know her patrons, large and small. And, she supports local businesses in the Sunset. If there were a sixth star for reviews, Offix Edge on Noreiga and 30th would get multiples.
Great, professional location for when you need to be productive. I’ve logged hours here to collaborate with others or to crank out work on my own. Real WiFi and good coffee. Hourly rates, no monthly subscriptions. Beats a cafe every time!
The owner offers great professional services at a VERY reasonable rate. We are a small construction firm the has a lot of plans plotted out at Offix Edge.Mr. Nash has done very specific plotting for us and does it quickly. Way better than any other copy store in the area!
I proffer myself an aficionado of CMREs and shipping stores, and Offix Edge is first class! I was already a private mailbox customer for a couple years before the original founder retired, and I couldnt be happier about being a customer with the new owner and manager, Poppy. This is a true neighborhood establishment, from entrepreneurs like myself that rely on having a CMRE to operate their small business, to everyone who needs to pack, ship, or get something impressive printed.
I rented their offices several times and they are very nice. Used to be there was a gentleman at the front desk and recantly a lady is in the front and both are very helpful and nice.

I live couple blocks away. This is a gem. This guy has everything you need in regards shipping, printing and more. Today we are going to get passport photos there. And no more dreadful visits to the sluggish USPS offices. Tom is a no BS guy and in my experience very courteous and fair guy. We love that. This is a fair family business. These are the kind business that should and need local support!!!!

I went this store 2 weeks ago. I printed the DHL barcode for return package. The man said he can’t take my package because I don’t have invoice. (Hes got bad attitudes)And I never heard something about return invoice! So I went another store, and they take it! So??
Very dishonest and rude man owns that place. I recommend to avoid their services as there were zero human dignity and honesty in the way he treated me. I wanted to send package to Ukraine for my parents, and received just a lie about pricing, the box advice(he made me buy it, when I asked for free flat rate USPS box) and the wrong information. The man was rude and than rejected to help to resolve my question.
Very helpful staff. I always come with the item I want to ship. The gentleman always help me to wrap and pack the item. And they have a wide choice of delivery company.Good price with great customer service, and usually only 1 or 2 lineup.

Something is very wrong with this guy Tom. He is probably just crazy. He was yelling at me for sending to printer “too many pages”. He was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I have been living in US for 15 years. I have never been treated so badly anywhere in this country.
