His son Greg is also awesome, he helped me with resetting my eternity ring and soltaire ring which is absolutely gorgeous and gave it a new look. He even helped me save a big amount of $$$ by suggesting a cost effective way of resetting my rings.I will definitely come back to Derco for my future jewelry needs! I first came here 4 years ago to have my antique engagement ring worked on. Derco did such an amazing job that we commissioned them to do both of our wedding bands.Now, I an back to have rhodium plating to help with changing the gold band to a more updated look. This place is amazing. I purchased a pinky ring, and 2 sets of solitaire earrings over 13 years ago! I hadnt been wearing the ring and a pair of solitaire earrings over the past few years, and when I decided to step up my look again, I found my earrings were stripped!I was able to drop off my earrings to have the posts replaced and have the earrings serviced. I had the most SUPERIOR experience at Derco Fine Jewlers. My family and I were greeted upon entry right away and was seated immediately. My whole family was even offered water as we were seated. Came here to pick out an engagement ring during the pandemic. There was hand sanitizer at the door and everyone was masked. Derco was also spacing out customers for social distancing.I worked with Christina to pick out a natural radiant cut diamond and a setting. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She walked me through how to evaluate each diamond’s clarity and color so I could get a better understanding of the relative value of each diamond. She gave me the tools and knowledge to make an informed decision. I never felt pressured or rushed, which I greatly appreciated.I also brought in an old ring to get appraised as I was looking at engagement rings. In fact, I was surprised at how many non-traditional wedding band materials and styles they carry in their showroom to appeal to all ages and budgets.For those who are concerned about mined diamonds or stones, they also carry a large selection of lab-grown stones.Although their prices for some items might be higher than a comparable style you see elsewhere (for example certain warehouse conglomerates), the quality of the components and workmanship will always be higher (if you care about that sort of thing). Absolutely wonderful! I needed to have diamonds from a wedding ring(8-.3 ct.) reset into 3 pairs of earrings and a pendant necklace for my daughters(and myself😉). Absolutely the best service - a long over due review for Kathryn, Jack and Delin who have provided the best service and care for my jewelry needs over the past 7 years. They have replaced stones, created custom pieces, resized, and some of it were my own pieces purchased awhile ago or passed down through the family. Whether its their piece or one of your own, they treat it all like its something they made for you.When Ive done custom pieces, they usually offer a preview before finalizing, theyve made pieces from a drawing or a photo. They are always happy to clean your jewelry and provide you cleaner to take home. Again, the service and craftsmanship are the highest. Thank you for being my go to jeweler all these years. I came in to get my engagement ring re-sized. It is a family heirloom, and I wasn’t sure anyone would be able to size it for me given how old it is. Oh my goodness! What kind, welcoming, generous, and efficient jewelers! They sized the ring perfectly within an hour for me, and treated me like a member of their own family. I went to Derco today for the first time and was blown away by the customer service. I went in for a resizing and cleaning for my engagement ring, and was in and out in under an hour—my ring came back to me absolutely gleaming and the perfect size (I have a very small finger, they had to size it to just under 4 1/4 but not quite 4”). I can’t recommend Derco highly enough, I think I just found my lifelong jeweler!

First came into Derco a few years back when shopping for an engagement ring. We had a wonderful experience at Derco. Delin was our sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and experienced. She showed us some amazing diamonds at great prices. We wanted to design our own ring. She had many different molds of rings to look at to get a feel for almost any design. She was very personable. If you are in need of a wedding or engagement ring, I would high recommend going to Derco. Everyone in the store is absolutely friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience they made everything easy for me. I went in to get a new setting for a stone I had. I had so many options available and they did they ring for me, didn’t have to be sent out. In a couple of hours I had my new ring on my hand and was wearing it that day. So happy and will definitely be going back in the future.

If you are looking for jewelry for a special occasion, I highly recommend Derco! I stumbled upon Derco while I was looking for my wedding band. I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of jewelers located at the Gift Center. I walked passed Derco, but I didn’t have an appointment. To my surprise, they welcomed me in with open arms and helped me narrow down my ring options.My store associate, Christina, was absolutely amazing! She showed me a number of different styles based on my preferences. I wasn’t 100% positive about what I wanted, and I was so glad Christina was so patient and did NOT push me to buy a ring I wasn’t positive about, just so she can make a sale. I left that day without purchasing a ring, but I kept thinking about how amazing the customer service was and how comfortable everyone in the store made me feel.A few months later, I was ready to purchase my ring and I gave Christina a call and she was happy to make an appointment for me that same day! She showed me the rings I had liked from my prior visit but also pulled a few rings that were slightly different than what I was originally looking at. I’m so so glad she did because I fell in love with a ring that I wouldn’t have otherwise looked at!The Derco team and Christina made this process so fun and stress free! They also re-sized my engagement ring and wedding band in less than 24 hours!I would also like to add that I was shopping during the pandemic. There was very limited access to the Gift Center, but Derco had a separate show room across the street. Derco provides excellent, personalized service. Delin helped us find the perfect engagement and wedding rings out of their wide selection. The prices were very reasonable and we’ve been back a few times for the free ring cleaning and polishing. Delin even remembered our names after over a year since our last visit! Derco also provided great service for several repairs of my mom’s wedding rings as well. I highly recommend Derco!!!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade her diamond and decided to try the S.F Diamond District as we read some favorable reviews. We entered Dercos and found Customer Service to be exceptional. From the moment we walked in, a gentleman (who we found out later was one of the owners) brought us waters and took my wifes jewelry to be cleaned. Our salesman John S was well knowledged and answered all our question...with that. He picked us out a beautiful 1.6ct Diamond that looks gorgeous on my wifes hand today. These guys are friendly and helpful....will recommend Derco highly to anyone looking to buy or upgrade their Diamond. You have to trust your Diamond dealer..and We trust Derco.

I brought an heirloom wedding set to Derco and worked with Delin to design a new wedding band and pendent with the stones from the ring. Delin was super helpful and it was great to look at a wide variety of bands that they had in the store to get ideas on what I could do to set my stones.Before going in they gave me a very fair quote (compared to others I contacted they were the lowest price) and confirmed that what I had in mind would be possible to make. We made an appointment and spent a little over 2 hours looking at other rings and necklaces and coming up with our design. They had a wax mold of a similar design already so I just approved the design all in one day. Then 6 weeks later the ring was ready. They also let us sell back our old platinum and deduct that from the cost which was helpful.I am soooo happy with how my ring and necklace turned out. The diamonds look even more beautiful than they did in the original ring and the quality is amazing. They are very knowledgable, fair and helpful and we will definitely be back for any future custom jewelry needs. Thanks Delin! :)

Derco is amazing! My fiancé and I came here to get our wedding bands. They have a huge selection of jewelry and wonderful customer service. Everytime I come in, they offer to clean my engagement ring even though it didn’t come from them. They even resized it for free! We’ve purchased a couple of things from here now and they’re very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend coming here for your jewelry needs!

John Sarmiento was extremely helpful in seeking out a fabulous stone as a replacement for a missing stone from my 18 year old engagement ring. He worked with me finding a great value which allowed me to upgrade my stone size and quality as well as helping me to use my original ring/ setting.I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
