I needed my engagement ring and wedding band fixed (engagement ring prong fell off and wedding band a diamond came out) and I saw a friend post about Mark and decided to look him up. Turns out he just opened an office in Sausalito and was able to have me in right away. He was transparent in his pricing, very clear with how he was going to repair both and was just overall a really nice guy. Rings came back a week later looking brand new and under projected price. Will definitely be going back for my next jewelry purchase or fix.

Watson & Son is recommended by the finest antique jewelry stores in the city and I certainly can see why. I visited last week and Mark Watson is extremely knowledgeable and considerate.He was able to provide some recommendations for some of the items I had, fixed something else that I had not been able to get fixed in a long time, and made sure all of my jewelry was in great shape. I will certainly come back with any future repairs that I need done!If youre able to visit his office, he has a very cute dog. Social distancing was practiced which I appreciated.

What an absolute blessing to meet Jimmy today. He was really engaging to chat with and helped me find the perfect 24mm band for my watch :)! he took the time to make sure I liked what I had, and even educated me on how to change my own bands. I could not recommend him any more if I tried! what are you doing? go over there and have an amazing experience!

If you need a watch repair, come here first. Dont see a jeweler, these guys are watchmakers by trade. Got my IWC Pilot serviced in couple of days.Jimmy did a perfect job. Highly recommend this store.

I bought a watch about 5 months ago, they were helpful and found me a nice watch that was on sale. About 3 days ago, the battery died, and they fixed it for free! The warranty doesnt even cover that. I cant recommend Watson & Son enough.

Very rude receptionist or whoever answered my call. I asked how they do appraisal and what is the process, and she started bragging about how they do it and no one else does what they do, and I can go find someone else better than them if I want. I wont recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a descent customer service. I just cant trust someone, who is so rude and immodest with our valuables.

I got a ring appraised here. Couldnt believe the low appraisal so I brought it to another reputable jeweler. That jeweler appraised my ring for 10 times the appraisal of Mr Watson. Would not go here and would definitely not leave items for consignment
