I still cannot believe how spot on he was with it. When it came to logistics of what to look for in a diamond, we had no idea how to approach this, but he guided us through the 4 Cs and each and every step to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. He was cognizant and respectful of our budget as well which was much appreciated!Ever since the proposal I have been staring at my hand non-stop since it turned out so perfect! We have been back once since to resize and they were so fast and helpful in the process. We also were able to meet his son Ian (also part of the business) during the visit and it was an absolute pleasure. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands, and any other jewelry needs for the decades to come!

Great store. We went shopping around and this was the first store we stopped. No need to go anywhere else. Prices are amazing, service best and jewelry is mostly custom made. I bought an engagement ring for my beautifull lady. It was customade with yellow diamond. A one of a kind ring. Resizing took them only 1.5 hours. Great store and great people. Highly recommend this store. Definitely will be back. I live 7 hours away from this store and its amazing staff but from now on I will make a trip for all my jewelry needs. Roger and his team are amazing craftspeople and artists. He worked for months with me to custom design and build the perfect engagement ring. When we came back for wedding rings, once again he was thoughtful both about our budget and quality but more so about what our personal style and tastes were. I love that we can always stop in for a polish or shine, and that he stands behind his work forever. Just came in for a resizing and was super impressed with how great everything went.

My wife lost a sapphire from her ring and we visited many jewelry stores in Marin and SF to find a replacement. Roger showed us the stones he had and, when we didnt find one we wanted, he brought in several more. After we changed our mind on the shape stone we wanted, he brought in still more until we found the perfect size, shape, and color stone that we wanted. Then his team rebuilt the ring perfectly.
