I have a flight in 3 hours, I needed a case for my new iPhone and They are supposed to open at 11:00 am. It 11:22am and no one is around yet. Every other store is open in the mall but them. 😡

My wife went went here to buy a case for her new iPhone. She found one for $24 that would be $12 on Amazon... she was ok with that. However, in the process there was a $24 screen protector installed on the phone that she reported was not explained/priced. She left only to realized later that $48 was charged for the $12 case and $2-3 protector (Amazon prices). When she returned to complain, she was told that the screen protector was non-returnable. Long-story short, she is not someone who frequents technology stores and afterward felt that the sales rep was not honest. She will not return and wanted to report her experience.
