Went in to take a gander at a ring. One the representatives a white young lady was there working with the administrator (Kristen). The worker didnt get her name yet was working there on 12/15/17 around 8:00 pm. We were dealt with like we planned to take something. Im a normal pandora client. It was my first and last time at this area. We requested that that worker see a ring we went with the aims to buy. She wasnt at that time helping anybody and advised us Im occupied would you be able to pause not so much as a moment passed by when another client asked her for help and she in a split second assistance her. THAT WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL RIDE UN PROFESSIONAL PANDORA EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! Requested to address the chief and all I was told was Im so heartbroken. I will be taking this up with corporate. I wont be dealt with this way subsequent to spending more than $20,000 at this organization.

Quite difficult to find as it’s inside the shopping centre and as “new in the area” it took me a while to find the exact location. Regardless - really helpful staff who managed to find the last panda set in their storage quite quickly. Would definitely recommend even if it would be “just for the customer service”

I came in to purchase a Pandora Moments necklace, and another patron rudely cut before me in line, and basically DEMANDED to be given her in store pick up order. Well I’m in a wheelchair, and had my service animal with me, and clearly was upset about the situation! But the staff on duty that day were incredibly kind, fair, and amazingly helpful in regards to making my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Naron and Christian dealt with the patron’s inability to have and show manners, while also reassuring me that I would not be disregarded just because their customer was being immature and disrespectful. I was treated like a queen, and well the snotty nosed little princess was able to be content that day also. Awesome job guys. Keep up the good work. This particular Pandora’s Jewelry Store is very fortunate to have employees such as yourselves. I’m most definitely coming back, and recommending you guys to ALL my friends and associates.

Christian is the best worker and manager he deserves a huge raise he runs the store amazing and great customer service unlike Santa Rosa which is doodoo.

Went in to exchange a ring that I bought before I started traveling, therefore I didnt have my receipt.The lovely Naron was so so so helpful and exchanged the ring for us anyway.It ment so much as its my engagement ring and I was devastated the stone fell out.Cannot thank her enough for her care and amazing service.If there were more stars to give, I would!!

I went in looking for a specific charm, which I knew there was a reasonable chance had sold out.Instead of asking if there might be anything else that interested me, the SA scoffed, informed me that nowhere would have it and to try eBay!She then walked away without asking if there was anything else she could do.I have literally been to Pandora stores all over the world and this is by far the most rude service I have ever received.Very disappointing.

Very nice and helpful staff. I was there to exchange a damaged bracelet and had no problem at all. Store is presentable and the jewelry is beautiful

Very good customer service, even near the end of the day. Prices seemed a bit higher than other pandora stores, but probably due to the location. Its the only pandora close by for tourists, so its the best place to go if youre from out of town.
