Theisen Glass gave me an estimate to repair my double-hung Marvin window quickly, and the estimate was the lowest of the 3 I got in SF. Cathy ordered the replacement glass and let me know it would take about 10 days to get it. The replacement arrived as expected, and Cathy scheduled the repair. The people in the shop were courteous and helpful when I interacted with them. It was a big help to be able to have the window fixed in a few hours. I recommend Theisen.

Good quality glass at reasonable prices

Rip off artists. They tried to charge me $50 for a small window pane cut. The old guy who used to own this place was one of the greatest guys in the neighborhood. It’s sad when predators take over old family businesses.

Very professional though theyre very busy.I called about a cracked glass door and they scheduled 4 days in the future to measure. They measured as scheduled, called with a fair quote the same day and scheduled for the next day to replace the glass. The technicians arrived as scheduled (totally rare for any kind of contractor) and did the work neatly and very quickly leaving no mess behind.
