Felt uneasy dealing with them. The store never provided a receipt of purchase. Possibly more focused on commercial buyers.Went with Kaiser over other recommended shops because they could deliver the bathtub glass wall within 3 days. While the frameless glass arrived, the hardware and door bottom seal did not arrive on time thereby erasing the benefit of quicker delivery. Hardware delivered 3 days after expected. Door bottom seal never delivered.Despite phoning ahead of time, shop did not release glass to contractor.Owners nor employees took responsibility for properly fulfilling purchase.Would recommend Arellanos or Paige Glass instead.
His people have a bad vibe, and they have predator pricing. They actually tried to charge me 50 bucks for a simple window pane. Just wow. Rip off. It’s so sad because the old guy who used to own it was so fair, and nice. Sad when one of the old guys in the neighborhood sells his business out to rude swindlers.
With Arrow Glass closing the owner forwarded me to Jose at Kaiser Glass and Jose a polite Latin man made every effort to get me the special 1/4 inch thick bathroom window door glass with wire inside it frosted, at first he said hed have to order, but within an hour he called to say They do have, so I went back next day and it was all cut to our size needs very good price.I would send anyone to this place, they do little jobs like mine to commercial, easy parking too.
I dropped off a simple wood frame window to get new glass. It was something I could have done myself for $20. They said it would be ready the next morning. Next morning I called at 8am, they said it was ready, I said I would come over and they said could you come later. I said ok I will go to Lowes first and then come over. I got there around 9:30 and it was not started. I went the 3 miles back home and came back after noon. The window was ready. There seemed to be some confusion on the $60. price among the employees, like it should have been $50. maybe. I felt I was jerked around and will not go back there again.
Not a vendor to trust— price is twice as much as market value-Quality is below standards— Tysen glass a better optionI won’t come back
Very good
AVOID!!!! Exceptionally unprofessional, poor quality. The owner, Ben, came in June to replace a window that was failing. Only sloppily measured but said theyd have a new window ready within a few weeks. A few weeks went by and no contact. It took reaching out many times but heard back that the window was ready and they setup a day to do the work. They failed to show, did not communicate and were not responsive. I had to reach out several more times to get a response and another time scheduled, which they also failed to show up for. This same pattern happened repeatedly over the next few months with no regard or apologies for the impact it had on my time each time. The worst case scenario finally happened in October when the old window fell out during a storm. I let them know, basically with the intent being to tell them to forget about it as Id have to go with another contractor at this point. They surprised me by making and actually keeping an appointment for the next day. Their work is absolutely terrible though. I question the measurements of the window itself and the positioning. They made an absolute mess of the trim which will all need to be replaced, all of the work is sloppy. Exposed screws, excess putty on the outside of the window that I have no easy way to deal with, dirty. Large gaps, damage to frame. The window cant even be opened properly. They said theyd be back within a day or two to finish but failed to show up. Despite all this I still gave them a couple weeks, which has only lead to more of the same unfulfilled promises from them. Not dealing with them further and warn everyone else to avoid. So much wasted time, unnecessary extra damage from the storm, and even more time needed now having to find a decent contractor to actually do the job.
