A more than worthwhile institution, give them your patronage and help teach the next generation of doctors. I had previously been a patient at the dental school which was a great experience. Then my husband went to the Hearing and Balance Center for an updated hearing check-up and to get his hearing aids fixed. It was a very positive experience for him, so when I got a case of tinnitus, I made an appointment. It is only $65 for the visit and hearing test. Excellent Covid protocols. Pleasant staff, highly recommend.

Located in a beautiful medical facility with an easy 1 block walk from Powell St. BART station. All precautions being taken in this COVID time. Hearing Center staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hearing test itself was absolutely the most thorough I have ever received. I think I was administered at least 4 different tests for precise results of hearing loss. Highly recommend.

The hearing center has always been helpful and competentFor some reason, my new right aid does not fit well. At first, it was too big and I was unable to use it for more than a few days because of hurting, The second time sending it back to the manufacturer it no longer was too big, but too small. This results in very bad whistling. I need to get it fixed once again, and will call them soon.

The hearing center was on time and efficient. I got many questions answered and feel more comfortable moving ahead with some aids. They ran on time and everyone was very helpful.

My appointments have gone very well; Im a difficult patient and everybody has been professional, pleasant and friendly, which I appreciate, as I can be cranky. The students have done a good job, and Dr. Todd is terrific and I can see she is an excellent teacher; very patient.

The staff and faculty made the extra effort to diagnose and solve a problem with one hearing aid. The issue was solved in about 10 minutes without charge since the hearing aid was under warranty. I could not be more pleased.

1st time visiting the new UoP building near 5th and Mission Sts. Quite spacious with Covid-19 protocols in use for both patients and staff. Had a quality audiology exam covering all areas of concern, as well as a thorough Q&A session afterwards to explain the results.
