At first I was a bit skeptical of this service since I found it in a pop-up ad but I needed my current hearing aids replaced because my problem is not with loudness but with clarity.My visit was a revelation as the entire staff were pleasant and very helpful and knew what they were doing. The technician that assisted me in the hearing test and fitting was top notch. She was very supportive and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my various questions. The test itself was very thorough and professional.My new hearing aids are rechargeable and Bluetooth enabled, and are a vast improvement over the old ones I got from my medical provider. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs top-notch, state -of- the-art hearing aids.

Inessa will treat you kindly, courteously and with up to date knowledge about all of her products and services.BTW, the office is in a shopping center - so there is always plenty of free parking and other stores and services easily accessible.I will never go anywhere else.Tim H

Suggest you find someone else other than this office. I showed up for my appointment on time (early) the device had not yet arrived. I spent the whole day trying to solve and they were not the least bit cooperative. They do not understand customer service at all. This was a terrible experience with this office but some of the fault lies with the provider of the device; just to be fair.My two cents, good luck!

The sound is spacious and comfortable I like to here the sound
