I can’t believe Ive lived in the Mission for over a decade and just discovered Indian Market & Liquor. I was very pleasantly surprised by the variety of products they carry, especially considering its a market and liquor store as opposed to an Indian grocery store. Besides a great selection and great prices, the gentleman behind the counter was so very pleasant. When I got done paying for my purchases he asked we to hang on a minute, and then gave me a Frooti and said “this will remind you of your childhood”. I appreciated that gesture GREATLY as it certainly resulted memories of growing up in India gush back. I walked out the store with the biggest grin on my face and a happy heart. Who ever would have thought that a gesture so small would go such a long ways. I did not get the gentleman’s name, but thank you, sir!!!

The owner doesnt speak English very well and horribly expensive. I bought a 12oz coke, aquafina 12oz bottled water and a single shot. It came to $9.50. I was astonished! Normally it would if been $5. Very disappointed!

Great little place to get Indian groceries! I was able to get all the stuff I needed, also found a couple brands that are not available in a bigger store. The owner is really friendly!

I was excited from day 1 of seeing this place announce conversion to Indian owned. They really filled a big gap in this area. They have continued to expand the inventory and rearrange the space. It feels authentically Indian having lived there for 4 months. Highly appreciate their willingness to order things for you as well.

Fresh curry leaves, hot pickles, good service and lots of tasty stuff. This place is fantastic and we love popping in here once in awhile to get something to spice up our cooking or for a big bag of high quality rice.

After years of driving far to get Indian groceries, we have been super excited to have an Indian grocery store nearby. This is a fantastic family run grocery store run by a very nice people! They are warm, welcoming and always listening to customers. They added many grocery items based our requests. Currently, during shelter in place they have been doing home deliveries too, while following social distancing. Can’t recommend them enough!

Holy cow! I ordered 12 items on Saturday at 1PM and the order was delivered at 1:32PM. The vegetables were fresh and looked every bit as good as any supermarket. Spices, chutney, tea, and rice were all in stock. Frozen samosas and naan should make for a nice South Asian meal.

Great quality goods and food. The best part is that they offer home deliveries which is personally helping me a lot during the lockdown. They are extremely sweet and meticulously deliver all the items you need. I am so relieved that I found this place.

To my surprise, they have a good collection of basic essentials - from Indian food condiments to dairy essentials to basic pain relievers and ointments. They even have KTape and strain bandages which left me pretty impressed. The vegetable and fruit quality is decent. Folks are courteous and are taking the needed precautions during the Covid crisis.

Really great store with extensive and well priced southeast Asian staples, small but good selection of produce, frozen and refrigerated specialties, and delicious hot samosas. Very friendly, have helped me find things I was unsure about several times. Did I mention they have online ordering and delivery within the SF area? I use them for spices, grains, paneer, roti and parathas, naan, daal, lentils. Oh, and they deliver wine, beer, and liquor. A gem.

Indian market store is great store in Noe valley. They have hot india snacks like kachori fried dumpling, samosa vegi/chicken/lamb. They did catering for 25 guest for us. Saag panner, Dal makhni, mix vegetables & rasmali was amazing
