Amazing store, the owner is very knowledgeable about travel and really uses a lot of the stuff that he sells here. My wife and I stopped her after visiting the peak design store and everyone here was really friendly and we shared travel tips.

I bought a money belt yesterday and today one of the zippers on it broke. Very poor quality merchandise. Also, I did not enjoy interacting with the employees, who think they have a good sense of humor but don’t.

This store is so cute! It looks like the cabin of an air plane. Theres a lot of quirky little travel items in here that are super cute. The price may be above average, but its what you can expect from the area its in (Hayes Valley). Staff are very friendly, and they have an awesome collection of vegan leather purses in the back that are BEAUTIFUL.

Had a lot of useful stuff needed a men’s passport cover but they didn’t have any. But I bought a cool back pack for 50% off so I’m happy

Its been awhile since Ive been a while since Ive been treated like I was invisible. Two shop clerks didnt even acknowledge my presence as I stood in front of the counter holding an item I was trying to purchase. After about ten minutes of standing there, waiting for someone to take my money, I put the item back on the shelf and walked out. They must not need my business. So much for trying to support local. As I shop Amazon for my travel needs, Ill be thinking of you.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Came in for adapters for an upcoming trip and was promptly helped and found a couple organizers that I didn’t know that I needed!

This place has the best travel gear. Slightly expensive, but great if you are OCD like me. You can easily waste an hour browsing everything. Be sure to check the sale section in the back.

Travel specifics galore. The nice man showed me luggage that really match a lot of requirements I didnt think I could hit all in one go!

Very underwhelming. If youre a frequent traveler, this place is sure to disappoint. An odd assortment of only okay travel luggage and an expensive and suspect lineup of organizer pouches. Certainly not the destination it was made out to be.
