Really good prices and the pepole working in the shop are so friendly and nice

Outrageously poor customer service.I bought a carry-on suitcase that had a wheel broke off after 100 yards, and the flat out refused to assist, replace or refund, even if the receipt stated that they do replace items within five days. I was told to contact the producer of the bag myself, to get a replacement or repair. The gentleman was aggressive and rude. Ended up giving the broken bag to a homeless person who was happy enough.Stay away.

Go to Westfield at market street instead. The Samsonite store is cheaper.
