Best place around for suspension work.
The wizard of suspension. This was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in the motorcycle world, in any state Ive been in.The ride is incredibly comfortable while cruising the back roads or city streets. When you need it most she tightens right up for that rugged off road short cut you told yourself you just had to take home.To put it plainly:1. #1 recommended place for suspension I heard about from friends and moto family.2.You wont get nickle and dimed.3. I went 3000miles for this setup and it was worth it.4. You will be treated like family.5. Problem or question? Ask and get it fixed. Fastest response for any questions Ive had regaurding suspension out of the 5 companies Ive contacted.Thank you brother James! Stay fly brother.
Finally got the chance to test the suspension work superplush did for my 17 Africa Twin. Night and day difference for the bike - the front is sharp and precises without any of the wallow that the stock suspension came with. I was afraid that the re-valve would take away some of the plushness of the ride offroad but after a 4 day mostly off road trip through Death Valley - i am happy to report that is not the case. Great job guys! Almost like riding a new bike!
This was my first time needing a rear shock maintenance on my CBR1000RR. Theae guys were super pro about it and got it done in a record time. I appreciate it the whole process from receiving the estimate to the actual installation that took about 45 min with removing the old shock out of the way. Definitely recommend them.
I upgraded my suspension on my Honda Africa Twin at Super plush. The gentlemen there definitely know their stuff about suspension, perhaps too much (ask a question and you will get more details and information than you bargained for) - a sign a expertize and experience! I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them and am very happy with the new suspension on my bike. I highly recommend! You get a bonus experience if you quote a line from the movie, Snatch :)
Awesome guys had me ready for the track.
I just bought a 2009 KTM 300 XC, after 20 years off the dirt. The first 4 rides (15 hours) on the bike were very trying; it was sprung for a 185 lb rider, and Im 155 lbs. I was getting bounced around, and worn out, with tons of arm pump. So, I took it to super plush. On the first ride with the new suspension, I was suddenly shooting out of berms, hammering whoops, and just seeming to glide over everything in my path. Sections I was formerly crawling over in 2nd, I was now railing over in 3rd gear wide open. These past few days with the new setup have been nothing short of a dream. Huge confidence booster, and my riding was so much smoother and faster. Highly recommended- finally remembering how much fun dirt biking can be.
Awesome shop. I found these guys doing a google search. I had them re-valve my 14 KTM 350 sx-f bikes suspension for cross-country motorcycle racing. What a difference! The bike now handles amazing. I wanted to find a local shop and not ship my forks/shock via UPS across the country somewhere. They had a quick turnaround time, 2-3 days. The prices were competitive to other shops in the area. I recommend them to all my off road friends.
Great place! Very informative guys. When I get the money I’ll definitely be back!
TL;DR: Great experience, will come again.Very positive experience getting my suspension setup with these guys. I had fork kit & new rear shock put on my 690 Duke.I dealt with James leading up to pulling the trigger. He was knowledgeable, happy to answer my questions, and communicative.Eric was the one who worked on my bike. Again, very nice and knowledgeable. Walked me through my new setup, helped me packing up the old shock/springs (which I stupidly hadnt planned for bringing home on my bike). For anyone looking to at this - keep in mind its a couple week process (which I think is normal). Takes some time to get the parts from the supplier, and then these guys seem pretty busy so lead time is required to schedule an appointment.
Located inside Piston & Chain. These guys know what’s up. If you’re looking for anything suspension related this is the place to go. Eric was super helpful. The ONLY shop in the Bay Area I trust with my bikes.
Top bloke. Down to earth, great T Shirts and besides suspension he drops oil and changes filters on the curb side! ;) cheers James
I had an A+ experience. Super fast turn-around (with a little notice) and great communication and reasonable prices! A very polished operation. What more can you ask?
The most legit crew of people to customize your suspension. Highly recommend. They prefer you bring in parts rather than the whole bike.
These guys have rebuilt my shock a few times. (I ride a lot.).They always do good work and have it feeling fresh and good when I get it back. Turn around time is fast, too!
This is my 1st Experience at super plush the guys there are knowledgeable helpful friendly would recommend this place to Anyone is looking for suspension work or has questions about suspension
The best suspension shop to be found, with the best folks around. Come on down!
James and crew have all your hard-to-find suspension parts for most modern motorcycles. I regularly get parts and help with service that you just cant find on the internet or at general motorcycle repair shops. Super Plush focuses on suspension, thats all they do. WP, Showa, Ohlins, Kayaba, Sachs, etc. James has seen it all!
They know their stuff!
Best of the best

I came to these fellas last year and i completely forgot to leave the a review (shame on me! shame!)I was working on a project bike and brought in my forks and asked for a new badass shock cause Honda used a non rebuildable shock stock because they are godless heathens. any who I got my bits back from them and slapped them back in the bike and boy howdy do she rail now! I flippin love this bike and its cause of the suspension because i havent even done any power mods on her yet, she just handles beautifully now. plenty of corner confidence trail breaking into some bend and getting on the throttle and just getting soo pitted bro!!! seriously it handles great! only realized i didnt leave a review because im coming crawling back to them for another bike to have them do their magic on.
