I needed the glass screen on my iPhone 11 fixed so I called a couple of places for an estimate. I liked Sultan’s professionalism and flexibility - set up an appointment to go in the same day. I was happy that I was able to get it fixed right away!

Sent my laptop for repair & cleaning. They did a good job repairing my laptop, but did a very sloppy job cleaning it. The cover of my Laptop is permanently scratched up, and I had to make a 2nd visit because they recklessly left a piece of debris inside my laptop after cleaning it. I will never visit here again to clean my laptop and will look elsewhere. Im very upset that I paid to have permanent scratches on my laptop.

Ive been using Priceless Computer for over 20 years and every time I had a computer problem, they solved my computer issues expeditiously and at a very reasonable cost. On my most recent visit, I took my computer to have it diagnosed and a power supply replaced and it was finished within 2 hours. Cool people but I went to fix my screen for Mac book pro 15 and left it for a week because i was told they have a really great guy..they didnt replace it entirely right. Color is a little distorted. They offered to fix it but i dont know if they meant charge me more and it was pretty spensive enough already so I got impatient and just left

They replaced the keyboard on my MacBook Pro 13.” I had spilled cocoa powder on it then attempted to clean it with compressed air and Pledge All-Surface. It looks brand new now, works great and was done on time and as promised. Eclectic shop with a mom and pop vibe. The owner was fastidious about invoice and they are very transparent about pricing. They also sell various accessories, cases, cords and the like.

I took my old MacBook Pro in to get it fixed. He advised that it was not worth putting the money into. Instead he was able to transfer my motherboard to another laptop for a really reasonable price. Any other person probably wouldn’t have put in the effort to help he put. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I will definitely be returning great service 🙌🏽

Sultan and his team were awesome, very friendly folks, and replaced my screen and I was able to pick it up within 2 hrs of bringing it in. Brought my 24 2007 iMac in because one of the fans was making noise. I was very happy with the service and price for this kind of computer repair. First suggestion they gave me was that it wasnt worth fixing because the computer was so old. That made me feel really good because I knew they werent just trying to make a buck on unneeded repairs.I chose to get it fixed anyway and they replaced all 3 fans for about 20% less than they originally estimated. This included hunting down the replacement parts for such an old Mac and the labor. Very professional, excellent value, and my iMac sounds as good as new. They also gave me the old parts to show me what theyd replaced and the specifics of the broken fan that was causing all my noise issues.All-in-all a very positive and affordable computer repair experience.

Had my cell phone battery ordered and replaced. The guys where very accommodating and helpful. My back cover was broken during the process of replacing the battery which wasnt surprising because of the make of the phone (thinq) but they took full responsibility and replaced the back cover. Very helpful advice on computer repair saved me money even though they didnt then get the business themselves. Shop shelves and display area a bit disorganized but thats not a reason go elsewhere. They had door open but gate closed to have safe one-at-a-time customer service. Easy to find by 7-11 at Rosemead and Duarte intersection. Adequate free parking in lot. I called ahead to assure I would not have to wait on arrival to be helped.
