So far the best real food with exception of the chicken-fried steak tasted good but was pre-prepared other words.I think if you want real chicken fried steak you have to go to Texas!

First time there. Was recommended by my regular smog shop as I needed star testing. The pricing is GREAT, staff is friendly and customer service is amazing! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!

I went for a pre-smoke test got a check engine light diagnostic instead.They give a list of repear thing that I needed to pass the smoke test I agreee and left. I received a call from them with another list of repeares that I needed to get fix I agree again, when I went to pick up my car they said that they didnt know what was wrong with my car and that they can no longer help me. And I end up paying $780.00 and my car didnt pass the smoke test.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody looking to be dealt with honesty and ethics. Unsuspecting customers are feasted upon at this establishment. And most dont even know. I would recommend going to the smog shop on enterprise in San jacinto! Go anywhere but here. Drive to up to San Fran for your smog before you come here. Or come with another mechanic to try and prevent these mechanics from giving you the shaft.

Do not come here what ever you do. They are very rude. Brought my car in today to do a smog check. Was hoping I would deal with Eric like I always have. I was helped by a skinny old man which was very rude to me. Did not listen to what I had to say then proceeded to tell me if I didnt like it to leave and do not come back. Now if you decide to come here make sure eric helps you he is very Professional.

Best smog shop in town! They always are so nice and accommodate our family of 8. We take up almost all the seating whenever we go in, but they never make us feel unwelcome. Karen is lovely and always does all our DMV work. I wouldnt trust anyone else but Rapid Smog, they know what theyre doing.

Open early. Super service. It is not their control if your car passes smog or not It is not their fault if your car does not pass smog. However the good customer service was gifted through speady smog testing. I was there for 10 minutes! Keep up the amazing work.

This is the only Smog center I use. Its small, a little bit hidden until youve been there once. Courteous, fast, very reasonable charges!

DO NOT GO HERE! Showed up here to get a smog, the lady in the office was unbelievably rude. She shouted at the mechanic asking if they were still doing smogs because she was ready to go home and spoke to me in a belittling tone. After about 20-30 minutes the mechanic came in and told me it failed due to 4 monitors not being on even though the car ran clean and fine, said I needed to drive at least 80 miles (I drove 150). I took it back a few days later and there was a different woman running the office (the attitude and tone wasnt any better from the other woman). The mechanic comes back in after an hour (no Im not exaggerating) and tells me he failed me for a visual inspection (due to my cold air intake), even though I had been here before and he ran the smog test after passing me on a visual inspection the 1st time. Keep in mind my aftermarket parts are 50 state legal and C.A.R.B. Certified. I dont know how this business is still running. Absolutely avoid this place, horrible location, horrible service, and a horrible experience. Do not waste your time.

Do not go here, they are crooks. Brought my car to get smogged $50.00 after having a new battery put in. They said it failed because it needed to be ran longer 50 miles at 55mph no faster, no slower. Than I can bring it back to get re smogged, to see if it passes..at another charge of $50.00. Common business sense tells you if your computer has no info it cant be smogged come back after 50 miles and we can do it right the first time.Bad business, bad customer service=bad review.

I took my car for a smog check...LAME SERVICE! Alex is a shyster who will look at your car prior to the test and knowingly that it will not pass visual inspection...instead of letting you know the very simple fix from the beginning just completes the test to charge you! That is not the way of doing business nor will you build long term clientele.I would not be wasting my time writing this NEGATIVE review if I was wrong but the fact that really gets me upset is the premeditated intention of screwing people over this guy has. I would seriously advice anyone looking to getting a smog check in San Jacinto to stay away from Rapid Smog. The only thing Rapid about this place is how fast you get your money jacked for a lousy service. His arrogant attitude toward disclosing he is not a mechanic nor is he there to assist and brush off any obvious reasoning after the customer mentions this and feels he got jacked for the money is just BAD BUSINESS!CUSTOMER BEWARE - CUSTOMER BEWARE - CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!

I took my truck to repair one thing and it went wrong for another, there is Miami, I realized and said to the senor and he did not want to be responsible, he said that if he fixed it but he charged me extra, that is to steal

He put some used parts in MY truck and I wanted them charged as if they were new and there is the check and I realized that they were used as he asks and he stepped aggressively the man
