Friendly staff just wished they had better stock always out of what Im looking for

Ended up driving to this location to get a nearly sold out product at every other store. Nice store, even nicer and knowledgeable staff. If I lived closer, Id drive to this location.

No PS4 controllers? I by the insurance because it seems that the L3 button always goes. This time the L2 is shot. They want me to send it in and theyll mail one back. My PS4 has my TV apps on it. How do I change channels for 2 weeks?

I spoke to Michelle, the assistant store manager and she was super helpful and informative with helping my husband and I out with purchasing our extended hard drives for our consoles. She knew a lot of information that really helped us with our purchase. Thanks for being helpful and kind! It definitely goes along way!

This particular store locations didnt have what I was looking for and there selection was rather small, but at least the ladys at the counter where as helpful and as courteous possible answered my questions and recommended a larger store location for the items I was looking for.

Dont trade in your consoles here, I brought my ps4 pro in because they called and offered me a trade in towards my xbox series x for $200. they gave me a 200$ credit but then said they cant test the consoles in store anymore and some other BS and then wanted to charge me almost $100 in fees to send it out to be tested. so alot of BS from them. there is a reason this company is on its last leg and wont be around much longer.

Playstation 5 realease date 11-12-2020. Got an email to pre- order limited quantity 11-11-2020. Went into store to inquure at opening that day and the girl said we dont get info about playstation 5, and that e- mail is for gamestop.com, not us. Go to best buy tomorrow they will have extras she said. Rude, to bad for gamestop. No more pro renewal from me

Ive been going to that GameStop since I was 12. Now Im 22, thats 10 years of satisfactory customer service not only by the employees but by the manager. Ive only ever had one incident with them but it was the corporation who was providing the pre-order bonus for Injustice 2 that didnt provide the shirts. I waited in line for hours. I was the second person in line, The only reason I was second in line is because I decided to let two little girls go ahead and have a chance to get to Jersey. They didnt have the jersey.

What this Gamestop in San Jacinto has done with the ps5 pre orders has been the most unfair, unprofessional and most of all it shows how they dont care about there customers they have had them waiting some since 4:00 AM to be told at at 11:00AM before there doors were even open that they were sold out because there very own employees and managers bought them before they opened. And they each were allowed to buy multiples

New games are supposed to come in new boxes not the box i grabbed from shelf to show you what game i wanted LOL 👎👎

Went looking for xbox one consoles none to be found

Im just going to assume that this was due to the whole pandemic changes but this was a pretty disappointing experience.I pre-ordered a bundle (specifically for Persona 5 Royal) and was unable to pick it up on release date due to the shutdown of stores. I was hoping that they would hold the copy or warn me via a call/text that they would be giving it away as I have deposited 20$ on it.After finding out the store was not closed, I decided to call the number on the door to ask if I can pay off the game and finally pick it up. I was somewhat rushed to call customer services instead of them and was offered no alternatives. My questions about my deposit as well as the game were not answered and were swiftly met with the response of Customer Service will help you on that.I called back 50 minutes later just in case they werent able to understand what I was asking. I received the same treatment only to wait 2 hours for nothing on the GameStop customer service line that supposedly only had a 30 minute wait.Not gonna lie, pretty disheartening stuff.

As a gamer you love gaming stores. I have been a pro member with gamestop since 2009 and I havent had a bad experience yet if you cant find a game or item, they will find it for you sometimes they have good deals. This is a great place

Most recently, I was sent here to pick up a game by another location - they were the only store in the area that had a copy of it. They had it on hold for me and I was in and out. On previous visits, I had more time to browse and speak to the staff, all of them are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of my favorite locations in town.

Knowledgeable employees, a gamers paradise.

They were open, not to many people in the store and masks are required to enter. The only down fall was the inventory, although they did have exactly what I was looking for but all in all the inventory was low.

Great place to get games. They have a friendly staff who know what they are selling and can give good recommendations. The store is always clean. They dont have a lot of used nintendo switch games but im sure over time they will get more. Overall this gamestop is a good location if your looking for new or used games

In all my 22 years of being a consistent game stop consumer, today marked the first occurrence in which I was not treated fairly and given due process with a transaction for picking up my call of duty modern warfare pre-ordered game in which was paid off in full before the release date. I was mistreated by the assistant manager and supportive cashier staff team.At first I was denied my paid in full game after two back to back visits and lengthy conversations with the cashiers and assistant manager, but finally almost 45 minutes later of onsite exposure I was given my game. Just want to inform potential customers and current customers of complications that can occur when picking up pre-ordered titles. The assistant manager along with a few other staff members was rude and inconsiderate during this whole ordeal I was arbitrarily put through and I will not be giving any business to this location ever again. I will defer my game stop dealings to the Moreno valley mall location in the city of Moreno Valley where I was a customer for 12 years and they have compassionate and customer friendly service that is a cut above the rest, I recently relocated to the city of San Jacinto from Moreno Valley and it proves to be very convenient for me and my family to do business at the San Jacinto location, but after todays visit ill just stick with Moreno valley.

Awesome place. GameStop is GameStop no matter where you go but the employees are what make this one better than most. Very helpful all of them are Gamers so they are knowledgeable when it comes to asking for recommendations.

Video games rock

I like Gamestop. They have a good selection of used games and their 7-day return policy is great. Their trade in deals arent always the best, but sometimes they have really awesome specials. I once traded in six games and got almost $300. They werent super new games either.

Got a great used game for $10. Works like new.

Employees need more money for what they do. If you go to a gamestop, not just here it all, expect to wait because there will be only 2 employees if your lucky.

The workers are sweaty and I swear I watched a worker re-wrap a “new” copy of a video game in plastic and sell it to me for full price

The workers in the store are good when you are in the store. Dont use the app or webpage to hold a title, as you will get a response that the items is ready and the workers have not pulled anything.

I went into gamestop today and i encountered the most disrespectful staff ever. I have been dealing with gamestop and i always had a pleasant experience. Jessica is her name, first she tells me i called about an xbox headset, i told her i dont have a xbox so why would i ask for one. I have a ps4 she told me i know what i heard. I really had to pray then she told me i was uppity. No customer service whatsoever !! I was asking Brenda for the managers number and Jessica jumped in and said we cant give out the managers number. I said please dont talk to me!! I am not letting this go. I will not ever go to that gamestop as long as Jessica works there

Went to buy a ps4 control. I couldnt find them so i started looking at the stuff behind the counter and one girI started talking to me.So i ask to see one hanging she gets it and i reach out for it and she places it on the counter when I reach for it she grabs the other side and wont let go like im going to grab it and run.I was going to buy despite that but then I got to thinking how rude that really was so I went to wal mart instead the lady opened the case and handed it right to me and it was $10 cheaper.

The staff is nice; personable, they have a wide selection of content catered mainly for newer generation technology, however, they do keep stock on older things for quite a while for us that are behind; for example, I purchased two Wii Nunchucks yesterday, even though the Wii is two consoles behind the latest, the Nintendo Switch. Prices for used content is good, prices for new merchandise and content is expected.

Wasnt good the dog tasted really rooten and the cat was alive and it was not so tasty and they said noodles were a 100% dog but tasted like cat and the water taste like moster and the dog grouled at me not so pleasnt by the way the dog was cooked in the inside and the fried chicken tasted like call of duty infite warfare and there was dog barking and cat meowing

The first time I went down here it was great good experience they have my order ready and I was in and out with quickness the second time I had went here I had checked online to see if they had a flash drive and they did and then when I got there the gentleman behind the counter a Mexican guy with a goatee told me they only had the flat not the flash drives but they have the MicroSD but online they said they had them in stock and he told me to go to Walgreens and he didnt even check the back which really made me offended
