Sent me back to TMobile I purchase my phone really didnt see important enough to help me fix or replace the 2 day old phone I purchased

I have been to the store twice and I really enjoy them I’ve bought multiple phones iPads I watches from them they’ve been kind and efficient and I’m very very happy with the store especially Mariana is very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and patient with my 80 year old mom, we usually ask for her. I have been helped by AJ the Manager who is very kind and patient. I live in Hemet and pass many other stores to come here, I will only due business at this store.

Went in with a bunch of questions and most were answered honestly. I ended up keeping my service with sprint thanks to Sean. He was very patient helpful and listened to my concerns. I really appreciate his help and all the information he provided me with. I recommend this store if your looking to switch or are looking to get a new carrier with good prices and honest deals.

Usually have Great customer experiences here, but a few weeks ago as I was getting out of my car in the parking lot there was white Honda with mountains of marijuana smoke coming out of the car. Sprint representative with messy beard and dirty pants got out of the vehicle and went directly into the store, went behind the counter and immediately started working. Representative seemed out of place and made me completely uncomfortable. I left before even walking in to the store!!!

Great service, hospitality and greet with great attitude. Come to this place to get your next phone. Chase, Mariana, dajasa and Daniel. Those are the people who give great service and will help with any concern you may have. I messed up my charger port for my Galaxy s10+ and Chase did his magic and fixed it. THANK YOU!!

Changing phone companies can be an overwhelming experience even if you dont have any issues. However the team at the Sprint Store on State Street in San Jacinto made it an experience that I am honored to talk about, here and out in the public. They were not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable. They found just the right plan for my husband and I but also for the first phone that our kids have owned. They took their time showing us how to operate our new phones as well as give us pointers on how to protect our children during their first experience with technology. I highly recommend coming to the State Street Sprint Store and upgrading your phones. You wont be sorry!

Sean, the customer service representative, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with me for more than 2 hours trying to find the best price for the right phone. It will not be long before he is in management.

This sprint store is the best sprint store in town. I live in hemet but i pefer to drive to san jacinto because of excellent customer service. Thank you store manager Chase!

My phone wouldnt connect to internet, so I spent 45 mins on phone with tech support. After 45 mins they managed to get my phone to not work at all and said their advance tech support would call me back within 48 hrs. Decided to go into store and Dajha had my phone working in 30 seconds.

This store helped me update my phone. I also got a new email bit overall fast service!

Called this store on 9/15/16 to inquire about preordering the iPhone 7 plus. They informed me that the preorders were pretty backed up and I should just come in on 9/16/16 at 8:30 to get in line and just pick up an in stock phone. So I took the day off, drove an hour to the store. There was no line, so I stood outside alone for 30 minutes and while I waited, went ahead and reset my phone (iPhone forever plan meaning I am leasing my phone) to speed up the process once I get in. At 8:55am a sprint associate comes out and asks me, youre not waiting for an iPhone 7 are you? Cause we dont have any.
